Abstract
本发明公开了一种石墨丁基胶粉增强气密性的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,由下列重量份的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶100‑105、OMMT15‑17、高密度聚乙烯20‑22、二硫化钼7‑9、聚四氟乙烯粉2‑3、DOP3‑4、过氧化二苯甲酰0.2‑0.22、马来酸酐4‑5、硫磺粉2.5‑3、炭黑12‑14、防老剂RD0.4‑0.5、偏苯三酸三辛酯4‑5、可膨胀石墨9‑10、丁基胶粉5‑6、硬脂酸1‑1.3、无水乙醇适量、去离子水适量。本发明制成的密封条的密封性能极佳,尤其是气密性,适合用作气密性开关柜,性能优异,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种石墨丁基胶粉增强气密性的三元乙丙橡胶密封条。
背景技术
开关柜是一种提供给人们生产、生活所需要的电力的设备,其箱体是由前封板、侧封板和后封板组成的密封结构。但是,在将几个开关柜组合拼装使用时,相拼接的侧封板之间会出现缝隙。这种缝隙不仅影响整体美观,而且很容易落入灰尘或者水滴,还不足以阻挡电磁辐射,造成使用中的不安全因素。为防止灰尘、异物或水分等进入开关柜内部,而导致柜内部件的性能下降或损坏,密封开关柜的使用越来越广泛,故对密封的要求也越来越高,尤其是气体密封开关柜。电气开关柜密封条可以由具有良好弹性和抗压缩变形的三元乙丙橡胶制成,虽具有优越的机械性能和耐老化性能等,但在使用过程中由于受光、热、氧和腐蚀介质等环境因素的影响仍会造成性能的逐步劣化,导致三元乙丙橡胶密封条失效,因此,通过对三元乙丙橡胶材料进行改性来提高其耐久性,对于改善三元乙丙橡胶密封材料的使用性能,延长其使用寿命具有重要意义。
《有机蒙脱土/三元乙丙橡胶密封材料的制备与性能研究》一文中,采用有机蒙脱土对三元乙丙橡胶进行改性,形成了剥离型或者插层型纳米复合结构,可以改善三元乙丙橡胶的气、液阻隔性能,耐热氧老化性能和耐反复浸水老化性能。然后用于开关柜前封板的密封胶条却由于需要经常开关,因摩擦,密封胶条磨损快,容易导致密封不良。上述文章中虽然对密封条用三元乙丙橡胶材料进行了耐老化改性,但是其耐磨性的增强并没有强调,这就需要对原有密封条材料进行改性,以满足现有各种开关柜的需求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种石墨丁基胶粉增强气密性的三元乙丙橡胶密封条。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种石墨丁基胶粉增强气密性的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,由下列重量份的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶100-105、OMMT15-17、高密度聚乙烯20-22、二硫化钼7-9、聚四氟乙烯粉2-3、DOP3-4、过氧化二苯甲酰0.2-0.22、马来酸酐4-5、硫磺粉2.5-3、炭黑12-14、防老剂RD0.4-0.5、偏苯三酸三辛酯4-5、可膨胀石墨9-10、丁基胶粉5-6、硬脂酸1-1.3、无水乙醇适量、去离子水适量。
所述一种石墨丁基胶粉增强气密性的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将高密度聚乙烯与DOP、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯粉放入高速混料机中,以1000-1200转/分的速度混合6-8分钟,然后送入双螺杆挤出机中,加入过氧化二苯甲酰、马来酸酐,加热至90-100℃,挤出造粒,得到耐磨润滑改性母粒;
(2)将可膨胀石墨置于耐高温坩埚中,放入微波炉中以1000-1200W的功率微波膨化处理,待充分膨胀150-200倍后得到膨胀石墨;将膨胀石墨中加入2-3倍量的无水乙醇,搅拌均匀后加入硬脂酸、丁基胶粉,超声分散15-20分钟后抽滤,用去离子水洗涤数次后放入真空干燥箱中,以40-50℃烘干,最后研磨,过300目筛,得到改性粉末;
(3)将三元乙丙橡胶与OMMT在密炼机中混炼8-10分钟,保持混炼温度为130-140℃,然后依次加入步骤(2)得到的改性粉末、硫磺粉、炭黑以及其余剩余成分,继续保温混炼10-12分钟,出料,然后经双辊开炼机压制成薄片,得到母炼胶;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的润滑改性母粒放入双辊炼胶机中,加热至充分熔融塑化后与步骤(3)得到的母炼胶混合,然后送入单螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆速度30-40转/分,螺杆温度90-100℃,使混合胶料连续挤出,经1000-1500MHz微波连续硫化成型,停放24小时后在电热鼓风烘箱中以150-160℃的温度硫化100-120分钟,即得本发明。
本发明的优点是:本发明在过氧化二苯甲酰的引发下,对于二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯粉共混的高密度聚乙烯进行马来酸酐接枝改性处理得到耐磨润滑改性母粒,不仅具备了良好的耐磨、自润滑性能,同时能够与橡胶基体很好的复合;本发明通过熔融共混的方式利用OMMT对三元乙丙橡胶进行改性,形成了插层型的纳米复合结构,可以显著改善三元乙丙橡胶的气、液阻隔性能,耐热氧老化性能和耐反复浸水老化性能;最后通过将耐磨润滑改性母粒熔融塑化与改性的三元乙丙橡胶母炼胶混合,经过连续挤出并且经过二次硫化得到产品,二次硫化可以使橡胶交联更加完善,除去残留的小分子,降低材料压缩永久变形;本发明产品的物理性能优异、耐老化、耐磨、封闭性能优异。
本发明通过一系列的工艺制备膨胀石墨后与丁基胶粉复配,添加到三元乙丙橡胶基体中,配合OMMT的添加,形成紧密的插层结构,而且复合材料中纳米尺度分散均匀,沿材料表面取向的无数石墨片层形成大量气体阻隔层,减慢了气体扩散速度,使得气体阻隔性能大大提高;本发明制成的密封条的密封性能极佳,尤其是气密性,适合用作气密性开关柜,性能优异,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
一种石墨丁基胶粉增强气密性的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶100、OMMT15、高密度聚乙烯20、二硫化钼7、聚四氟乙烯粉2、DOP3、过氧化二苯甲酰0.2、马来酸酐4、硫磺粉2.5、炭黑12、防老剂RD0.4、偏苯三酸三辛酯4、可膨胀石墨9、丁基胶粉5、硬脂酸1、无水乙醇适量、去离子水适量。
所述一种石墨丁基胶粉增强气密性的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将高密度聚乙烯与DOP、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯粉放入高速混料机中,以1000转/分的速度混合6分钟,然后送入双螺杆挤出机中,加入过氧化二苯甲酰、马来酸酐,加热至90℃,挤出造粒,得到耐磨润滑改性母粒;
(2)将可膨胀石墨置于耐高温坩埚中,放入微波炉中以1000W的功率微波膨化处理,待充分膨胀150倍后得到膨胀石墨;将膨胀石墨中加入2倍量的无水乙醇,搅拌均匀后加入硬脂酸、丁基胶粉,超声分散15分钟后抽滤,用去离子水洗涤数次后放入真空干燥箱中,以40℃烘干,最后研磨,过300目筛,得到改性粉末;
(3)将三元乙丙橡胶与OMMT在密炼机中混炼8分钟,保持混炼温度为130℃,然后依次加入步骤(2)得到的改性粉末、硫磺粉、炭黑以及其余剩余成分,继续保温混炼10分钟,出料,然后经双辊开炼机压制成薄片,得到母炼胶;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的润滑改性母粒放入双辊炼胶机中,加热至充分熔融塑化后与步骤(3)得到的母炼胶混合,然后送入单螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆速度30转/分,螺杆温度90℃,使混合胶料连续挤出,经1000MHz微波连续硫化成型,停放24小时后在电热鼓风烘箱中以150℃的温度硫化100分钟,即得本发明。
本发明产品进过性能测试,较普通三元乙丙橡胶密封条的透气系数减小了27.4%,O.3MPa水压下保持24h后的吸水率减小了14.2%,经50000次循环湿摩擦试验,几乎看不到磨损迹象。
Claims (2)
1.一种石墨丁基胶粉增强气密性的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶100-105、OMMT15-17、高密度聚乙烯20-22、二硫化钼7-9、聚四氟乙烯粉2-3、DOP3-4、过氧化二苯甲酰0.2-0.22、马来酸酐4-5、硫磺粉2.5-3、炭黑12-14、防老剂RD0.4-0.5、偏苯三酸三辛酯4-5、可膨胀石墨9-10、丁基胶粉5-6、硬脂酸1-1.3、无水乙醇适量、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种石墨丁基胶粉增强气密性的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将高密度聚乙烯与DOP、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯粉放入高速混料机中,以1000-1200转/分的速度混合6-8分钟,然后送入双螺杆挤出机中,加入过氧化二苯甲酰、马来酸酐,加热至90-100℃,挤出造粒,得到耐磨润滑改性母粒;
(2)将可膨胀石墨置于耐高温坩埚中,放入微波炉中以1000-1200W的功率微波膨化处理,待充分膨胀150-200倍后得到膨胀石墨;将膨胀石墨中加入2-3倍量的无水乙醇,搅拌均匀后加入硬脂酸、丁基胶粉,超声分散15-20分钟后抽滤,用去离子水洗涤数次后放入真空干燥箱中,以40-50℃烘干,最后研磨,过300目筛,得到改性粉末;
(3)将三元乙丙橡胶与OMMT在密炼机中混炼8-10分钟,保持混炼温度为130-140℃,然后依次加入步骤(2)得到的改性粉末、硫磺粉、炭黑以及其余剩余成分,继续保温混炼10-12分钟,出料,然后经双辊开炼机压制成薄片,得到母炼胶;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的润滑改性母粒放入双辊炼胶机中,加热至充分熔融塑化后与步骤(3)得到的母炼胶混合,然后送入单螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆速度30-40转/分,螺杆温度90-100℃,使混合胶料连续挤出,经1000-1500MHz微波连续硫化成型,停放24小时后在电热鼓风烘箱中以150-160℃的温度硫化100-120分钟,即得本发明。
