本发明公开了一种添加树脂包覆氮化铝导热增强的密封胶条,由下列重量份的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶100‑105、OMMT15‑17、高密度聚乙烯20‑22、二硫化钼7‑9、聚四氟乙烯粉2‑3、DOP3‑4、过氧化二苯甲酰0.2‑0.22、马来酸酐4‑5、硫磺粉2.5‑3、炭黑12‑14、促进剂TMTD0.5‑0.6、钙锌稳定剂2‑3、氮化铝12‑14、酚醛树脂3‑4、无水乙醇适量、硬脂酸1.5‑2。本发明配方科学合理,制成的产品具备良好的物理性能,而且具有优异的导热性能,用于开关柜等产品的密封,散热良好,提高开关柜的安全系数,延长开关柜的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种添加树脂包覆氮化铝导热增强的密封胶条。
背景技术
开关柜是一种提供给人们生产、生活所需要的电力的设备,其箱体是由前封板、侧封板和后封板组成的密封结构。但是,在将几个开关柜组合拼装使用时,相拼接的侧封板之间会出现缝隙。这种缝隙不仅影响整体美观,而且很容易落入灰尘或者水滴,还不足以阻挡电磁辐射,造成使用中的不安全因素。为防止灰尘、异物或水分等进入开关柜内部,而导致柜内部件的性能下降或损坏,密封开关柜的使用越来越广泛,故对密封的要求也越来越高,尤其是气体密封开关柜。电气开关柜密封条可以由具有良好弹性和抗压缩变形的三元乙丙橡胶制成,虽具有优越的机械性能和耐老化性能等,但在使用过程中由于受光、热、氧和腐蚀介质等环境因素的影响仍会造成性能的逐步劣化,导致三元乙丙橡胶密封条失效,因此,通过对三元乙丙橡胶材料进行改性来提高其耐久性,对于改善三元乙丙橡胶密封材料的使用性能,延长其使用寿命具有重要意义。
《有机蒙脱土/三元乙丙橡胶密封材料的制备与性能研究》一文中,采用有机蒙脱土对三元乙丙橡胶进行改性,形成了剥离型或者插层型纳米复合结构,可以改善三元乙丙橡胶的气、液阻隔性能,耐热氧老化性能和耐反复浸水老化性能。然后用于开关柜前封板的密封胶条却由于需要经常开关,因摩擦,密封胶条磨损快,容易导致密封不良。上述文章中虽然对密封条用三元乙丙橡胶材料进行了耐老化改性,但是其耐磨性的增强并没有强调,这就需要对原有密封条材料进行改性,以满足现有各种开关柜的需求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种添加树脂包覆氮化铝导热增强的密封胶条。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种添加树脂包覆氮化铝导热增强的密封胶条,由下列重量份的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶100-105、OMMT15-17、高密度聚乙烯20-22、二硫化钼7-9、聚四氟乙烯粉2-3、DOP3-4、过氧化二苯甲酰0.2-0.22、马来酸酐4-5、硫磺粉2.5-3、炭黑12-14、促进剂TMTD0.5-0.6、钙锌稳定剂2-3、氮化铝12-14、酚醛树脂3-4、无水乙醇适量、硬脂酸1.5-2。
所述一种添加树脂包覆氮化铝导热增强的密封胶条,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将高密度聚乙烯与DOP、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯粉放入高速混料机中,以1000-1200转/分的速度混合6-8分钟,然后送入双螺杆挤出机中,加入过氧化二苯甲酰、马来酸酐,加热至90-100℃,挤出造粒,得到耐磨润滑改性母粒;
(2)将酚醛树脂中加入10-12倍量的无水乙醇,以1000-1200转/分的速度强力搅拌至酚醛树脂完全溶解,加入氮化铝,继续搅拌2-3小时,静置2-3小时,然后在80℃条件下利用旋转蒸发仪将悬浮液中的无水乙醇蒸发出来,将余下的粉末置于烘箱中,以70-80℃的温度烘干,最后粉碎,过300目筛,得到混合粉末;
(3)将三元乙丙橡胶与OMMT在密炼机中混炼8-10分钟,保持混炼温度为130-140℃,然后依次加入步骤(2)得到的混合粉末、硫磺粉、炭黑以及其余剩余成分,继续保温混炼10-12分钟,出料,然后经双辊开炼机压制成薄片,得到母炼胶;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的润滑改性母粒放入双辊炼胶机中,加热至充分熔融塑化后与步骤(3)得到的母炼胶混合,然后送入单螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆速度30-40转/分,螺杆温度90-100℃,使混合胶料连续挤出,经1000-1500MHz微波连续硫化成型,停放24小时后在电热鼓风烘箱中以150-160℃的温度硫化100-120分钟,即得本发明。
本发明的优点是:本发明在过氧化二苯甲酰的引发下,对于二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯粉共混的高密度聚乙烯进行马来酸酐接枝改性处理得到耐磨润滑改性母粒,不仅具备了良好的耐磨、自润滑性能,同时能够与橡胶基体很好的复合;本发明通过熔融共混的方式利用OMMT对三元乙丙橡胶进行改性,形成了插层型的纳米复合结构,可以显著改善三元乙丙橡胶的气、液阻隔性能,耐热氧老化性能和耐反复浸水老化性能;最后通过将耐磨润滑改性母粒熔融塑化与改性的三元乙丙橡胶母炼胶混合,经过连续挤出并且经过二次硫化得到产品,二次硫化可以使橡胶交联更加完善,除去残留的小分子,降低材料压缩永久变形;本发明产品的物理性能优异、耐老化、耐磨、封闭性能优异。
本发明利用一系列的工艺将酚醛树脂包覆在氮化铝表面制成混合粉末添加到三元乙丙橡胶基体中,由于氮化铝经酚醛树脂包覆改性后,降低了其表面自由能,减小了粒子之间的吸引力,使得氮化铝在橡胶基体中更易分散,且酚醛树脂的加入,增强了氮化铝与橡胶之间的连接作用,提高了体系中导热网链形成率,从而提高了胶料的热导率;本发明配方科学合理,制成的产品具备良好的物理性能,而且具有优异的导热性能,用于开关柜等产品的密封,散热良好,提高开关柜的安全系数,延长开关柜的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
一种添加树脂包覆氮化铝导热增强的密封胶条,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶100、OMMT15、高密度聚乙烯20、二硫化钼7、聚四氟乙烯粉2、DOP3、过氧化二苯甲酰0.2、马来酸酐4、硫磺粉2.5、炭黑12、促进剂TMTD0.5、钙锌稳定剂2、氮化铝12、酚醛树脂3、无水乙醇适量、硬脂酸1.5。
所述一种添加树脂包覆氮化铝导热增强的密封胶条,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将高密度聚乙烯与DOP、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯粉放入高速混料机中,以1000转/分的速度混合6分钟,然后送入双螺杆挤出机中,加入过氧化二苯甲酰、马来酸酐,加热至90℃,挤出造粒,得到耐磨润滑改性母粒;
(2)将酚醛树脂中加入10倍量的无水乙醇,以1000转/分的速度强力搅拌至酚醛树脂完全溶解,加入氮化铝,继续搅拌2小时,静置2小时,然后在80℃条件下利用旋转蒸发仪将悬浮液中的无水乙醇蒸发出来,将余下的粉末置于烘箱中,以70℃的温度烘干,最后粉碎,过300目筛,得到混合粉末;
(3)将三元乙丙橡胶与OMMT在密炼机中混炼8分钟,保持混炼温度为130℃,然后依次加入步骤(2)得到的混合粉末、硫磺粉、炭黑以及其余剩余成分,继续保温混炼10分钟,出料,然后经双辊开炼机压制成薄片,得到母炼胶;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的润滑改性母粒放入双辊炼胶机中,加热至充分熔融塑化后与步骤(3)得到的母炼胶混合,然后送入单螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆速度30转/分,螺杆温度90℃,使混合胶料连续挤出,经1000MHz微波连续硫化成型,停放24小时后在电热鼓风烘箱中以150℃的温度硫化100分钟,即得本发明。
本发明产品进过性能测试,较普通三元乙丙橡胶密封条的透气系数减小了26.9%,O.3MPa水压下保持24h后的吸水率减小了14.2%,经50000次循环湿摩擦试验,几乎看不到磨损迹象。

Claims (2)

1.一种添加树脂包覆氮化铝导热增强的密封胶条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶100-105、OMMT15-17、高密度聚乙烯20-22、二硫化钼7-9、聚四氟乙烯粉2-3、DOP3-4、过氧化二苯甲酰0.2-0.22、马来酸酐4-5、硫磺粉2.5-3、炭黑12-14、促进剂TMTD0.5-0.6、钙锌稳定剂2-3、氮化铝12-14、酚醛树脂3-4、无水乙醇适量、硬脂酸1.5-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种添加树脂包覆氮化铝导热增强的密封胶条,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将高密度聚乙烯与DOP、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯粉放入高速混料机中,以1000-1200转/分的速度混合6-8分钟,然后送入双螺杆挤出机中,加入过氧化二苯甲酰、马来酸酐,加热至90-100℃,挤出造粒,得到耐磨润滑改性母粒;
(2)将酚醛树脂中加入10-12倍量的无水乙醇,以1000-1200转/分的速度强力搅拌至酚醛树脂完全溶解,加入氮化铝,继续搅拌2-3小时,静置2-3小时,然后在80℃条件下利用旋转蒸发仪将悬浮液中的无水乙醇蒸发出来,将余下的粉末置于烘箱中,以70-80℃的温度烘干,最后粉碎,过300目筛,得到混合粉末;
(3)将三元乙丙橡胶与OMMT在密炼机中混炼8-10分钟,保持混炼温度为130-140℃,然后依次加入步骤(2)得到的混合粉末、硫磺粉、炭黑以及其余剩余成分,继续保温混炼10-12分钟,出料,然后经双辊开炼机压制成薄片,得到母炼胶;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的润滑改性母粒放入双辊炼胶机中,加热至充分熔融塑化后与步骤(3)得到的母炼胶混合,然后送入单螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆速度30-40转/分,螺杆温度90-100℃,使混合胶料连续挤出,经1000-1500MHz微波连续硫化成型,停放24小时后在电热鼓风烘箱中以150-160℃的温度硫化100-120分钟,即得本发明。
