Abstract
本发明公开了一种自发热艾灸贴。它包括背衬层、自发热铁粉包、中药巴布剂层和防粘膜;背衬层的两端部粘贴有医用压敏胶,背衬层的中间部位贴合自发热铁粉包;自发热铁粉包接触空气后产生热量;中药巴布剂层贴合于自发热铁粉包上;医用压敏胶和中药巴布剂层上均粘有防粘膜;中药巴布剂层由基底和涂抹于基底上的水凝胶层组成;基底贴合于自发热铁粉包上;水凝胶层由水凝胶基质和药物组成;背衬层的两端部经折叠对背衬层的中间部位进行包裹即得到自发热艾灸贴。本发明自发热艾灸贴,其中中药巴布剂层含有艾叶纯露乳浊液,其主要成分为小分子萜类化合物,非常容易穿透人体皮肤,在自发热铁粉包和促渗剂的作用下能更加顺利的渗透皮肤被人体所吸收。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种艾灸贴,具体涉及一种自发热艾灸贴。
背景技术
艾灸是传承数千年的中医瑰宝,在全中国乃至全世界都广泛流行。《本草纲目》记载“艾以叶入药,性温、味苦、无毒、纯阳之性、通十二经、具回阳、理气血、逐湿寒、止血安胎……等功效以之灸火,能透诸经而除百病”。现代医学也证明,艾的有效成分还可以杀菌、止血。艾灸的机理,主要通过热灸的方式,把艾的有效成分(主要在艾烟里)通过口鼻、皮肤吸收进人体。而艾烟中主要成分又是艾叶挥发油。
传统的艾灸,需要明火,同时带有烟尘污染,调理起来不太方便。市面上也有无烟艾灸,是把艾碳化后再来灸。但一来同样不方便,二来效果不好。因为碳化后,艾的挥发油等有机物质基本都挥发掉了。因此,需要提供一种能够取代明火灸的自发热艾灸贴。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自发热艾灸贴,其中中药巴布剂层含有艾叶纯露乳浊液,其主要成分为小分子萜类化合物,非常容易穿透人体皮肤,在自发热铁粉包和促渗剂的作用下能更加顺利的渗透皮肤被人体所吸收。
本发明提供的自发热艾灸贴,包括背衬层、自发热铁粉包、中药巴布剂层和防粘膜;
所述背衬层的两端部涂有医用压敏胶,所述背衬层的中间部位贴合所述自发热铁粉包;所述自发热铁粉包接触空气后产生热量;
所述中药巴布剂层贴合于所述自发热铁粉包上;
所述医用压敏胶和所述中药巴布剂层上均粘有所述防粘膜;
所述中药巴布剂层由基底和涂抹于所述基底上的水凝胶层组成;所述基底贴合于所述自发热铁粉包上;
所述水凝胶层由水凝胶基质和药物组成;
所述药物为艾叶纯露乳浊液,所述艾叶纯露乳浊液由艾叶纯露和艾叶精油混合而成;所述艾叶纯露由艾叶经水蒸气蒸馏萃取得到;
所述背衬层的两端部经折叠对所述背衬层的中间部位进行包裹即得到所述自发热艾灸贴。
上述的自发热艾灸贴中,所述水蒸气蒸馏萃取的步骤如下1)或2):
1)所述艾叶为陈艾叶;
用水浸泡所述艾叶,然后进行水蒸气蒸馏,所得蒸汽经冷凝即为所述艾叶纯露;
2)所述艾叶为新鲜艾叶;
将所述艾叶进行隔水蒸馏,所得蒸汽经冷凝即为所述艾叶纯露;
所述艾叶纯露静置分层,上层即为艾叶精油;
所述艾叶纯露乳浊液中所述艾叶精油的质量百分含量为1%~10%。
为了使所述艾叶精油更好地分散于所述艾叶纯露中,通常可加入表面活性剂,如吐温-80,可按照与所述艾叶精油1:1的质量比进行添加。
进行所述隔水蒸馏时,将所述艾叶摆放好,以利于水蒸汽的通过。
所述艾叶与所述水的质量比可为1:3~8,具体可根据艾叶的干湿度进行调整;
所述浸泡的时间可为1~3小时,具体可为2小时;
所述水蒸气蒸馏的时间可为1~8小时。
经过所述水蒸气蒸馏得到的所述艾叶纯露及艾叶精油,香气纯正,其中的艾叶挥发油化学成分类型多于其它方法提取的艾叶提取物,以小分子挥发性萜类化合物为主,能特征性的反映艾叶的种属特性,主要成分包括1-甲乙基苯、丁香烯环氧物、侧柏酮、α-萜丙烯醇、桉叶油素、萜丙烯醇-4、樟脑、龙脑、甘菊环、松油醇、匙叶桉油烯醇、菊酮、蒿酮、反式香韦醇、葛缕酮等,并且都是小分子结构,非常容易穿透人体皮肤,并且在促渗剂的作用下能更加顺利的渗透皮肤被人体所吸收。
上述的自发热艾灸贴中,所述水凝胶层的厚度可为1~2mm;
所述水凝胶层中,所述药物的质量百分含量可为50%~60%,具体可为52.15%。
针对艾灸散寒止痛、温经通络的功能,可以在所述艾叶纯露乳浊液的基础上,配以当归、红花、没药等中药萃取物,具体添加成分及比例要根据不同的功效进行调整。所述中药提取物可采用超滤法进行精制:首先把复方中药粉碎熬煮,得到的中药水,用分子量截留值在50000以下的多空半透膜为介质,通过错流的方式进行过滤,使溶剂及低分子物质通过。已知大部分中药有效成分分子量一般在1000以下,而无效成分如淀粉、多糖、蛋白质等分子量一般在50000以上。
本发明自发热艾灸贴中的自发热铁粉可根据现有的配方进行配制,如由还原铁粉(100目)、活性炭(150目)、蛭石、盐和水配制得到(各组分的配比可根据需要进行调控,如按照下述的质量比进行配制:37.87%:15.89%:17%:6.81%:22.43%),装在塑料袋里,粘连在所述背衬层的中间主体部位。袋子朝背衬层那一面是有很多细小空隙的透气膜,一旦接触空气,铁粉就开始氧化反应过程并产生热量。透气膜用来控制发热的速度。所述自发热铁粉包发热可达8~12小时,最高温度60℃,均温53℃。
上述的自发热艾灸贴中,所述水凝胶基质包括粘合剂、粘合辅助剂、交联剂、交联调节剂、填充剂和保湿剂。
所述水凝胶层中,所述粘合剂的质量百分含量为5%~25%;
所述粘合辅助剂的质量百分含量为1%~20%;
所述交联剂的质量百分含量为0.1%~1%;
所述交联调节剂的质量百分含量为0.1%~1%;
所述填充剂的质量百分含量为1%~20%;
所述保湿剂的质量百分含量为10%~60%。
上述的自发热艾灸贴中,本发明自发热艾灸贴中的水凝胶基质相比于传统的橡胶膏,以及在橡胶膏基础上改良的热熔胶膏,具有极大的优势:载药量大、渗透性强、控释缓释效果好、药物亲和力强(pH值中性,可容纳各种药物,水溶性和油溶性均可)、人体皮肤亲和力高(无毒、无刺激、不过敏、粘度适中、体感舒适)。同时因为其制备温度在75℃以下,而橡胶膏和热熔胶制备温度都在135℃以上,因此能更大的保持药物的有效成分。
上述的自发热艾灸贴中,所述水凝胶基质具体由所述粘合剂、所述粘合辅助剂、所述交联剂、所述交联调节剂、所述填充剂、所述保湿剂、促渗剂和防腐剂组成;
所述水凝胶层中,所述粘合剂的质量百分含量可为5%~25%,具体可为5.69%;
所述粘合辅助剂的质量百分含量为1%~20%,具体可为1.93%;
所述交联剂的质量百分含量为0.1%~1%,具体可为0.19%;
所述交联调节剂的质量百分含量为0.1%~1%,具体可为0.19%;
所述填充剂的质量百分含量为1%~20%,具体可为2.96%;
所述保湿剂的质量百分含量为10%~60%,具体可为36.39%;
所述促渗剂的质量百分含量为0.5%~6%,具体可为1%;
所述防腐剂的质量百分含量为0.1%~0.6%,具体可为0.5%。
上述各组分的比例可以根据黏着力、延展性和保湿型等的不同要求做一些调整。
制备所述水凝胶基质时,可按照如下步骤:将上述各成分混合,加入所述艾叶纯露,充分混合以后加入所述保湿剂,再搅拌均匀,用延压法涂抹于所述基底上,盖上防粘纸,室温下静置即可成型。
上述的自发热艾灸贴中,所述粘合剂可为聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮等;
所述粘合辅助剂可为羧甲基纤维素钠;
所述交联剂可为甘羟铝;
所述交联调节剂可为酒石酸;
所述填充剂可为微粉硅胶和/或碳酸钙;
所述保湿剂可为甘油或者丙二醇;
所述促渗剂可为氮酮;
所述防腐剂可为嘉兰丹防腐剂(DMDM乙内酰脲)。
上述的自发热艾灸贴中,所述背衬层可为无纺布背衬层;
所述背衬层的中间部位呈方体形,用于粘结所述自发热铁粉包;
所述背衬层的两端部呈半椭圆形,用于粘贴于皮肤上,起到固定所述自发热艾灸贴的作用。
上述的自发热艾灸贴中,所述防粘膜可为PET膜,使用时揭去所述防粘膜即可;
所述基底可为无纺布基底。
上述的自发热艾灸贴中,所述水凝胶层上可以设有直径为3~4.5cm的孔洞,以使作为基底的无纺布露出来,用以吸收艾叶精油,使艾的有效成分更多,效果更佳。
本发明自发热艾灸贴包封在密闭袋子里,使用时拆开袋子,空气穿透无纺布背衬层,通过透气孔膜,铁粉包就开始发热。当自发热铁粉包开始工作的时候,热量穿透无纺布基底,加热了水凝胶中的组份,使其中的有效成分更加活跃。同时由于医用压敏胶的作用,艾灸贴被牢牢粘贴在人体皮肤上,使得皮肤角质层在水分和热的作用下,细胞间隙变大,排列疏松,更加利于中药有效成分的透皮吸收。氮酮等促渗剂让渗透效果更佳。而53℃的均温,不仅使得远红外线发射率更高,同时使得粘贴部位血液和经络循环加快。
本发明自发热艾灸贴完全不同于现有的艾灸贴。第一,充分吸收了传统艾灸的机理,用自发热铁粉包取代明火灸(艾烟靠近人体皮肤的温度,在43~69℃之间),有相同的热灸效果,又没有明火之虞;第二,用艾叶纯露(含艾叶精油)代替艾柱、艾烟,有效成分更加容易被人体吸收,并免去了艾烟烟尘的污染。第三,凝胶贴载药量大,而且渗透效果佳,无致敏,热传导性能好,体感非常舒适。第四,随贴随用,方便易行,不用特意花时间做艾灸。第五,渗透效果好,艾叶精油中主要成分均是萜类化合物,其大部分都是天然的促渗剂,比如龙脑、樟脑等,因此本发明艾灸贴的整体渗透效果都比较好。本发明自发热艾灸贴具有非常广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
如图1所示,为本发明自发热艾灸贴的结构示意图,即为使用前(未展开)的示意图,图2为本发明自发热艾灸贴展开时的主视图,图3为本发明自发热艾灸贴展开时的侧视图,本发明自发热艾灸贴包括无纺布背衬层1、自发热铁粉包2、中药巴布剂层3和防粘PET膜(图中未示),无纺布背衬层1的中间部位呈9×8的长方体形,两端部呈半椭圆形,作为无纺布背衬层1的两翼,中间的长方体形部分用于粘贴自发热铁粉包2,半椭圆形的两翼用于粘贴医用压敏胶,用于粘贴于皮肤上,起到固定自发热艾灸贴的作用;中药巴布剂层3粘合于自发热铁粉包2上。无纺布背衬层1的两翼经折叠对无纺布背衬层1的中间部位进行包裹即得到本发明的自发热艾灸贴。自发热巴布剂层1的两翼或中药巴布剂层3上粘贴防粘PET膜,使用时揭去所述防粘膜即可。
本发明自发热艾灸贴中,中药巴布剂层3由无纺布基底和涂抹于该无纺布基底上的水凝胶层组成,其中通过无纺布基底粘合于自发热铁粉包2上,水凝胶层由水凝胶基质和药物组成,水凝胶层的厚度为1~2mm,重量约为5g。
本发明自发热艾灸贴的水凝胶层中,药物为混合了艾叶精油的艾叶纯露乳浊液,其占水凝胶层的质量百分含量为50~60%,而艾叶精油又占艾叶纯露的1%~10%,具体可为5%。艾叶纯露通过水蒸气蒸馏的方式制备:将陈艾用水(水的用量为艾叶质量的3~5倍)浸泡2小时,之后蒸馏2~8小时(具体要根据艾叶的量来定);或者生艾直接隔水蒸馏(水的用量是艾叶质量的3~8倍)。蒸汽经冷凝即得。冷凝静置之后分层,上层为艾叶精油。将艾叶精油和吐温80按照1:1的质量比例充分混合,摇匀后倒入9倍质量的艾叶纯露,搅拌均匀之后即可得到艾叶纯露乳浊液。
本实施例制备的艾叶纯露及艾叶精油的有效成分通过HPLC测定,具体如下:艾叶纯露静置分层后得到的艾叶精油(上层),用少量无水硫酸钠干燥后,以1:5的比例(体积比)溶于乙酸乙酯中摇匀,以0.2mm微孔滤膜过滤,滤液分流进样,分流比为20:1,进样量为0.5μl,载气为N2,流速为1ml/min,进样口温度为220℃,检测器温度为290℃,色谱柱初始温度为50℃,保持3分钟后,以3℃/min的速度迅速升温至250℃,并保持15min。质谱条件:电离源为电子轰击(EI),源温290℃,电子能量70eV,仪器分辨率为1000,溶剂延迟0min。用FID检测器测定色谱峰峰面积积分值,用归一化法进行定量,根据部分标准物质的相对保留时间与其标准质谱图对色谱峰进行定性鉴别。测定得知本发明所制备的艾叶纯露的主要成分包括1-甲乙基苯、丁香烯环氧物、侧柏酮、α-萜丙烯醇、桉叶油素、萜丙烯醇-4、樟脑、龙脑、甘菊环、松油醇、匙叶桉油烯醇、菊酮、蒿酮、反式香韦醇、葛缕酮等,由此可知,所制备艾叶纯露中的成分均是小分子结构,容易穿透皮肤。
本发明自发热艾灸贴的水凝胶层中,水凝胶基质由聚丙烯酸钠(粘合剂)、羧甲基纤维素钠(粘合辅助剂)、甘羟铝(交联剂)、酒石酸(交联调节剂)、填充剂(粉硅胶和碳酸钙)、甘油(保湿剂)、氮酮(促渗剂)和嘉兰防腐剂(防腐剂)组成。水凝胶层中,上述各组份和艾叶纯露(含艾叶精油)的质量百分含量分别为5.69%、1.93%、0.19%、0.19%、2.96%、35.39%、1%、0.5%和52.15%。按照以上比例称取各组分,先把固体辅料混合,加入艾叶纯露(含艾叶精油),充分混合以后加入甘油,再搅拌均匀,用延压法涂抹于无纺布基底上,盖上防粘纸,室温下静置即可成型,即得到中药巴布剂层3。
本发明自发热艾灸贴中,自发热铁粉根据下述方法配制:按照质量比37.87%:15.89%:17%:6.81%:22.43%称取铁粉(100目还原铁粉)、活性炭(150目)、蛭石、无机盐和水,经混合即得到自发热铁粉,装在塑料袋里,粘连在无纺布背衬层的中间主体部位。袋子朝背衬层那一面是有很多细小空隙的透气孔膜,一旦接触空气,铁粉就开始氧化反应过程并产生热量。透气膜用来控制发热的速度。
本发明自发热艾灸贴包封在密闭袋子里,使用时拆开袋子,空气穿透无纺布背衬层1,通过透气孔膜,自发热铁粉包2就开始发热。当自发热铁粉包2开始工作的时候,热量穿透无纺布基底,加热了水凝胶层中的组份,使其中的有效成分更加活跃。同时由于医用压敏胶的作用,自发热艾灸贴被牢牢粘贴在人体皮肤上,使得皮肤角质层在水分和热的作用下,细胞间隙变大,排列疏松,更加利于中药有效成分的透皮吸收。
本发明自发热艾灸贴的水凝胶层上还可设有孔洞,如直径为3~4.5cm的孔洞,以使作为基底的无纺布露出来,用以吸收艾叶精油,使艾的有效成分更多,效果更佳。
用上海精创公司的RC4温度记录仪对本发明自发热艾灸贴(以添加了5%艾叶精油的艾叶纯露乳浊液作为药物)的发热进行测试。
RC4误差为±0.5℃,分辨率为0.1℃,把温度记录设定在每3分钟更新一次。在室温28℃的条件下,把本发明艾灸贴打开,把RC4的探针压在凝胶部位的中心位置(既皮肤位置),然后贴在隔热性较好的PE泡沫地垫上,测试其12小时的发热情况。同时测试3组,得到的结果基本一致:如图4所示,打开10分钟以后发热温度迅速上升到40℃,30分钟后接达到46.8℃,40分钟后达到47.7℃的最高值,在46.8℃的范围内持续了3个小时,12小时的均温达到42.9℃。
艾灸研究表明,艾灸的适宜温度在43℃~69℃之间,而在44~52℃区间能取得最佳疗效,尤其以47℃为最好。本发明自发热艾灸贴紧贴皮肤的温度持续维持在47℃左右3个小时,正是艾灸效果最好的温度段。同时,因为本发明自发热艾灸贴的凝胶膏剂并不是完全紧贴密封在皮肤上,在皮肤的收缩舒张过程中,会有一定的热量散失,因此并不会造成低温烫伤。
采用改良的Franz扩散池法,以50%(v/v)乙醇生理盐水溶液为接受液,以离体小鼠皮肤为屏障进行试验,测定本发明自发热艾灸贴的透皮吸收效果。
因为艾叶挥发油中含量最高的化合物是桉叶油素,达到11.75%。因此本发明透皮吸收效果测定目标选定桉叶油素。并且桉叶油素在50%乙醇溶液中溶解度良好。
用气相色谱法先测定本发明自发热艾灸贴中的桉叶油素含量:
仪器:气相色谱仪(GC,Agilent Technologies 6980N,FID检测器),安捷伦HP-5毛细管柱(30m*0.32mm*0.25μm)。试剂为正己烷(色谱纯,天津市四友精细化学品有限公司),供试品为本发明自发热艾灸贴,对照品桉叶油素(中国食品药品检定研究院批号110788-9202)。
测试步骤:精密称取桉叶油素适量,以正己烷配制浓度1.8078mg/mL的混合溶液,即得对照品溶液①;精密吸取对照品溶液①4mL于10mL量瓶中,加正己烷稀释至刻度,制成桉叶油素浓度为0.7231mg/mL的混合溶液,即得对照品溶液②。取自发热艾灸贴中的凝胶膏剂,刮取膏体,精密称定约3g,用6g硅藻土研磨分散,加正乙烷,超声提取15min,冷却,过滤,并加入正乙烷定容至刻度,摇匀即得供试品溶液。
测试条件:采用安捷伦HP-5毛细管柱(30m*0.32mm*0.25μm);载气为高纯氮气(99.99%),流速为0.6mL/min,分流比为10:1;进样口温度240℃,进样量1μL,检测器温度250℃;程序升温:起始温度50℃,以4.0℃/min升至75℃,保持10min,以1.0℃/min升至100℃,以8.0℃/min升至150℃,保持2min,以3.0℃/min升至165℃,保持5min,以8.0℃/min升至250℃,保持3min。在上述色谱条件下,对照品及样品色谱图如图5所示(上图为对照品的色谱图,下图为样品的色谱图)。
线性关系考察:以正己烷为溶剂配制桉叶油素3.8739mg/mL的对照品溶液A;准确移取对照品溶液A 2mL于5mL量瓶中,以正己烷定容,得对照品溶液B;准确移取对照品溶液B2mL于5mL量瓶中,以正己烷定容,得对照品溶液C;准确移取对照品溶液C 2mL于5mL量瓶中,以正己烷定容,得对照品溶液D;准确移取对照品溶液D 2mL于5mL量瓶中,以正己烷定容,得对照品溶液E;将对照品溶液E稀释1倍即得对照品溶液F。取上述不同浓度对照品溶液各1μL,分别进样测定。以浓度为横坐标,峰面积为纵坐标,绘制标准曲线,在一定范围内相关性良好。回归方程及线性范围如下:Y=1.545×103X+25.12,r=0.9999,线性范围0.05-3.87。
精密度考察:精密吸取混合对照品溶液②1μL,注入气相色谱仪,连续进样6次,测定桉叶油素峰面积,结果峰面积的RSD<0.5%,表明仪器精密度良好。
稳定性考察:取同一批样品,按上述方法制备供试品溶液,分别于室温放置0、1、2、4、8、16和24h,精密吸取1μL进行GC分析,测定桉叶油素峰面积,结果峰面积的RSD<2%,表明供试品溶液在24h内稳定性良好。
重复性考察:选用同一样品6份,按上述方法制备供试品溶液,精密吸取各供试品溶液1μL,进行GC分析,通过外标法计算各样品挥发油成分含量,RSD<3%,表明该方法重复性良好。同样,回收率考察显示回收率分别在97%~103%之间,且RSD<3%。
取体重合格的健康小鼠,断颈处死,用脱毛膏(淀粉:皂粉:Na2S=7:1:3,加水调成糊状)脱毛,清水洗净,取腹部皮肤,剥离脂肪层,生理盐水冲洗数次,置冰箱中冷藏备用。
采用改良Franz扩散池进行测定,该装置由上下2只筒状玻璃管对合而成,夹于玻璃间的贴片将其分为上下2室,上室为扩散室,下室为接收室,扩散池容积为20mL,有效扩散面积为3.14cm2。实验前将皮肤取出,室温放置30min。实验时,接收室加满接收液(50%乙醇生理盐水溶液),将小鼠腹皮夹在2室之间,角质层朝向扩散室,将凝胶膏剂贴于小鼠腹皮上,背衬层朝向扩散室,固定在2室之间,排除气泡,恒温水浴加热,温度精密控制在37±0.2℃,开动磁力搅拌器,转速300r/m in,在24h时将接收室中的接收液全部倒出,将接收液蒸干,加正乙烷定容至10mL,按照上述GC测定法进行含量测定,计算得到24小时累积透过率为54.69%。
Claims (10)
1.一种自发热艾灸贴,其特征在于:所述自发热艾灸贴包括背衬层、自发热铁粉包、中药巴布剂层和防粘膜;
所述背衬层的两端部粘贴有医用压敏胶,所述背衬层的中间部位贴合所述自发热铁粉包;所述自发热铁粉包接触空气后产生热量;
所述中药巴布剂层贴合于所述自发热铁粉包上;
所述医用压敏胶和所述中药巴布剂层上均粘有所述防粘膜;
所述中药巴布剂层由基底和涂抹于所述基底上的水凝胶层组成;所述基底贴合于所述自发热铁粉包上;
所述水凝胶层由水凝胶基质和药物组成;
所述药物为艾叶纯露乳浊液,所述艾叶纯露乳浊液由艾叶纯露和艾叶精油混合而成;所述艾叶纯露由艾叶经水蒸气蒸馏萃取得到;
所述背衬层的两端部经折叠对所述背衬层的中间部位进行包裹即得到所述自发热艾灸贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自发热艾灸贴,其特征在于:所述水蒸气蒸馏萃取的步骤如下1)或2):
1)所述艾叶为陈艾叶;
用水浸泡所述艾叶,然后进行水蒸气蒸馏,所得蒸汽经冷凝即为所述艾叶纯露;
2)所述艾叶为新鲜艾叶;
将所述艾叶进行隔水蒸馏,所得蒸汽经冷凝即为所述艾叶纯露;
所述艾叶纯露静置分层,上层即为艾叶精油。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自发热艾灸贴,其特征在于:所述艾叶纯露乳浊液中所述艾叶精油的质量百分含量为1%~10%。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的自发热艾灸贴,其特征在于:所述水凝胶层的厚度为1~2mm;
所述水凝胶层中,所述药物的质量百分含量为50%~60%。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的自发热艾灸贴,其特征在于:所述水凝胶基质包括粘合剂、粘合辅助剂、交联剂、交联调节剂、填充剂和保湿剂;
所述水凝胶层中,所述粘合剂的质量百分含量为5%~25%;
所述粘合辅助剂的质量百分含量为1%~20%;
所述交联剂的质量百分含量为0.1%~1%;
所述交联调节剂的质量百分含量为0.1%~1%;
所述填充剂的质量百分含量为1%~20%;
所述保湿剂的质量百分含量为10%~60%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自发热艾灸贴,其特征在于:所述水凝胶基质由所述粘合剂、所述粘合辅助剂、所述交联剂、所述交联调节剂、所述填充剂、所述保湿剂、促渗剂和防腐剂组成;
所述水凝胶层中,所述粘合剂的质量百分含量为5%~25%;
所述粘合辅助剂的质量百分含量为1%~20%;
所述交联剂的质量百分含量为0.1%~1%;
所述交联调节剂的质量百分含量为0.1%~1%;
所述填充剂的质量百分含量为1%~20%;
所述保湿剂的质量百分含量为10%~60%;
所述促渗剂的质量百分含量为0.5%~6%;
所述防腐剂的质量百分含量为0.1%~0.6%。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的自发热艾灸贴,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为聚丙烯酸钠或聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮;
所述粘合辅助剂为羧甲基纤维素钠;
所述交联剂为甘羟铝;
所述交联调节剂为酒石酸;
所述填充剂为微粉硅胶和/或碳酸钙;
所述保湿剂为甘油或丙二醇;
所述促渗剂为氮酮;
所述防腐剂为DMDM乙内酰脲。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的自发热艾灸贴,其特征在于:所述背衬层为无纺布背衬层;
所述背衬层的中间部位呈方体形;
所述背衬层的两端部呈半椭圆形。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的自发热艾灸贴,其特征在于:所述防粘膜为PET膜;
所述基底为无纺布基底。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的自发热艾灸贴,其特征在于:所述水凝胶层上设有孔洞。
