进一步：所述水凝胶药层呈片状的水凝胶层，是采用多种中草药材经过多次草药制作工序加工而成。所述水凝胶药层包含有多种中草药，分别为蕲艾绒、丁香、干姜、肉桂、佛手、花椒、川穹、蕲艾精油、红花油。以中医的经络腧穴学说为理论基础，适用于调理亚健康问题。采用上述中草药制成的水凝胶药层，主要用于治疗以下三大类疾病：疼痛类(头痛、牙痛、颈椎痛、肩关节痛、腰椎痛、肠胃痛等)；慢性病类(高血压、高血脂、胆囊炎，更年期，失眠)；亚健康类(美白祛痘、心肌供血不足、咳喘、晕车等)，且对近视和鼻炎亦有奇效。改变传统的药包热敷，将中草药熬煮为水凝胶态包覆在敷贴层外，直接接触人体肌肤，通过砭石的超声波及红外线辐射疗效，将接触肌肤的中草药在热熔融的状态下导入人体肌肤及穴位内，促进中药理疗的效果。
进一步：所述自发热层为无纺布袋。更加有利于发热、传热、针灸疗法的实现以及药效的传递吸收。
进一步：所述自发热层为在无纺布袋中放入自发热材料后密封并挤压而成扁平包状。所述自发热材料是由铁粉、蛭石粉、盐粉、活性炭粉及水混合 均匀后放入自发热包内挤压而成扁平包状。采用此类自发热材料一遇空气即可发热，发热的实现简单、方便、快捷，并且对药包加热更加均匀，温度也不会过高，避免烫伤肌肤。
进一步：所述砭石层包括若干个砭石，所述砭石为砭石粉末挤压成型的片状体。更加有利于传热、药效吸收以及砭术疗法的实现，可以进一步通过砭石层专门针对穴位进行砭术治疗。
进一步：所述砭石为圆片状，所述砭石的厚度为1mm～2mm。设置1mm～2mm厚的圆片状砭石，微突出于水凝胶药层外，用于对准相应的穴位或者不适处。
进一步：所述敷贴层上未连接所述自发热层的位置上设置有若干透气孔。一方面加强透气，减少因敷贴层粘接在肌肤上导致的过敏问题，另一方面设置透气孔可让贴敷时不紧绷，提高使用的舒适感。

进一步：所述密封保护贴膜包括隔离纸和粘接胶纸，所述隔离纸可拆卸的密封住所述自发热层、水凝胶药层及砭石层的下表面；所述粘接胶纸可拆卸的密封住所述敷贴层未连接所述自发热层的位置上。在自发热层、水凝胶药层及砭石层的下表面设置隔离纸，作为砭石及水凝胶态药层的保护用纸，使用前贴合在水凝胶药层及砭石层的下表面上，能抑制水凝胶药层的化学反应挥发，且能延长水凝胶药层的贮存期或适用期，使用时直接揭下隔离纸和 粘接胶纸，将肩敷贴对应需要诊疗的部位直接贴合在人体肌肤上。
基于上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型涉及中医药理疗耗材的技术领域，尤其涉及一种砭石草药针灸肩敷贴，包括针灸贴本体以及密封保护贴膜，针灸贴本体包括从上至下依次层叠的可向下粘贴的敷贴层、自发热层、水凝胶药层和砭石层，敷贴层的尺寸大于自发热层，自发热层可拆卸的设置在敷贴层的下，水凝胶药层连接至自发热层上，水凝胶药层下设置有砭石层，密封保护贴膜可拆卸的密封住敷贴层、自发热层、水凝胶药层及砭石层的下表面；敷贴层与自发热层之间设置有可拆卸的隔热贴。本实用新型产品使用方便快捷，可有机结合砭石疗法与针灸疗法配合中药理疗，直接外敷于患处，通过自发热包发热，促进水凝胶态药层的中草药进入人体肌肤及相应穴位，促进人体局部血液循环。且设置隔热贴，根据人体自身感觉差异，如若觉得热灸温度过高，揭开敷贴层上的自发热层，取出隔热贴，让热量从敷贴层散出，可适用于不同受体温度的人群，以此防止温度过高造成的不适。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解 释本实用新型，并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1及图2所示，一种砭石草药针灸肩敷贴，包括针灸贴本体1以及用于密封所述针灸贴本体1的密封保护贴膜2，所述针灸贴本体1包括从上至下依次层叠的可向下粘贴的敷贴层11、自发热层12、水凝胶药层13和砭石层14，所述敷贴层11的尺寸大于所述自发热层12的尺寸，所述自发热层12可拆卸的设置在所述敷贴层11的下表面上，所述水凝胶药层13的上表面连接至所述自发热层12的下表面上，所述水凝胶药层13的下表面上设置有所述砭石层14，所述密封保护贴膜2可拆卸的密封住所述敷贴层11、自发热层12、水凝胶药层13及砭石层14的下表面；所述敷贴层11与所述自发热层12之间设置有可拆卸的隔热贴3。当肩敷贴通过密封保护贴膜2封装后折叠后可通过其他外包装(包装袋或者包装盒)进行包装防护。
进一步：所述水凝胶药层13呈片状的水凝胶层，是采用多种中草药材经过多次草药制作工序加工而成。所述水凝胶药层12包含有多种中草药，分别为蕲艾绒、丁香、干姜、肉桂、佛手、花椒、川穹、蕲艾精油、红花油。
进一步：所述自发热层12为无纺布袋。
进一步：所述自发热层12为在无纺布袋中放入自发热材料后密封并挤压而成扁平包状。所述自发热材料是由铁粉、蛭石粉、盐粉、活性炭粉及水混合均匀后放入自发热包内挤压而成扁平包状。
进一步：所述砭石层14包括若干个砭石141，所述砭石141为砭石粉末挤压成型的片状体。在本实施例中在砭石层141上分别设置3个砭石141，根据使用需求，也可以设置多个，均匀分布在敷贴层14上，使用时将位于中压的砭石141对准需要诊疗的穴位，因砭石141自身具有的辐射特性也可以不对准，主要敷贴在人体不适处。
进一步：所述砭石141为圆片状，所述砭石141的厚度为1mm～2mm。
进一步：所述敷贴层11上未连接所述自发热层12的位置上设置有若干透气孔4。在本实施例中在敷贴层11的两侧分别设置1个透气孔4，根据使 用需求，也可以设置多个，均匀分布在敷贴层11上未连接所述自发热层12的位置上。
进一步：所述水凝胶药层13的上表面与所述自发热层12的下表面采用粘接固定，所述砭石层14嵌入连接或者粘接在所述水凝胶药层13的下表面上。
进一步：所述敷贴层11为长条带状，所述自发热层12和水凝胶药层13为尺寸相同的四方形片状，所述自发热层12设置在所述敷贴层11的正中央，所述敷贴层11、自发热层12和水凝胶药层13的厚度均为1mm～2mm。包装时，将长条带状的敷贴层11的两端向中间折叠，减少外包装袋或者包装盒的尺寸。
进一步：所述密封保护贴膜2包括隔离纸21和粘接胶纸22，所述隔离纸21可拆卸的密封住所述自发热层12、水凝胶药层13及砭石层14的下表面；所述粘接胶纸22可拆卸的密封住所述敷贴层11未连接所述自发热层12的位置上。在自发热层12、水凝胶药层13及砭石层14的下表面设置隔离纸21，作为砭石141及水凝胶态药层13的保护用纸，使用前贴合在水凝胶药层13及砭石141的下表面上，使用时直接揭下隔离纸21和粘接胶纸22，将肩敷贴对应需要诊疗的部位直接贴合在人体肌肤上。
在其中一个具体的实施例中，所述针灸贴本体1的所述敷贴层11为长为15mm、宽为7mm和厚度为2mm的两端圆弧过渡的长条带状，所述自发热层12和水凝胶药层13的尺寸均为7mm*7mm，厚度均为2mm，依次设置在所述敷贴层11下表面的正中央，所述砭石层14的厚度为2mm，是在水凝胶药层13的下表面设置了3个厚度为2mm、直径为2mm的圆片状的砭石141，所述隔离纸21的尺寸为7mm*7mm，厚度为1mm覆盖在自发热层12、水凝胶药层13及砭石层14的下表面上，所述粘接胶纸22的尺寸与所述敷贴层11两侧未连接所述自发热层12的尺寸一致，对应贴合在一起。
本产品使用时，直接打开外包装，揭下水凝胶药层13及砭石层14的下 表面的隔离纸21和敷贴层11上粘接的粘接胶纸22，将针灸贴本体1设置有砭石层14的一面对应需要理疗的人体穴位或者不适处贴在人体肌肤上，通过砭石层14的超声波脉冲摩擦及红外线辐射功效结合自发热层12的自发热功能将水凝胶药层13的中草药温热的导入相应穴位及人体肌肤内，完成针灸贴的理疗过程，可有效实现砭石疗法，结合自发热层充分发挥砭石的场效应和"无形针"的作用，疏通经络、调理气血，排除经络中障碍气血运行砭石疗法，辅以水凝胶态的药层，药效直达患处，实现理疗保健效果。
本实用新型涉及中医药理疗耗材的技术领域，尤其涉及一种砭石草药针灸肩敷贴，包括针灸贴本体以及密封保护贴膜，针灸贴本体包括从上至下依次层叠的可向下粘贴的敷贴层、自发热层、水凝胶药层和砭石层，敷贴层的尺寸大于自发热层的尺寸，自发热层可拆卸的设置在敷贴层的下，水凝胶药层连接至自发热层上，水凝胶药层下设置有砭石层，密封保护贴膜可拆卸的密封住敷贴层、自发热层、水凝胶药层及砭石层的下表面；敷贴层与自发热层之间设置有可拆卸的隔热贴。本实用新型产品使用方便快捷，可有机结合砭石疗法与针灸疗法配合中药理疗，直接外敷于患处，通过自发热包发热，促进水凝胶态药层的中草药进入人体肌肤及相应穴位，促进人体局部血液循环。且设置隔热贴，根据人体自身感觉差异，如若觉得热灸温度过高，揭开敷贴层上的自发热层，取出隔热贴，让热量从敷贴层散出，可适用于不同受体温度的人群，以此防止温度过高造成的不适。

  1. 一种砭石草药针灸砭敷贴，包括针灸贴本体(1)以及用于密封所述针灸贴本体(1)的密封保护贴膜(2)，其特征在于：所述针灸贴本体(1)包括从上至下依次层叠的可向下粘贴的敷贴层(11)、自发热层(12)、水凝胶药层(13)和砭石层(14)，所述敷贴层(11)的尺寸大于所述自发热层(12)的尺寸，所述自发热层(12)可拆卸的设置在所述敷贴层(11)的下表面上，所述水凝胶药层(13)的上表面连接至所述自发热层(12)的下表面上，所述水凝胶药层(13)的下表面上设置有所述砭石层(14)，所述密封保护贴膜(2)可拆卸的密封住所述敷贴层(11)、自发热层(12)、水凝胶药层(13)及砭石层(14)的下表面；所述敷贴层(11)与所述自发热层(12)之间设置有可拆卸的隔热贴(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砭石草药针灸砭敷贴，其特征在于：所述水凝胶药层(13)呈片状的水凝胶层，是采用多种中草药材经过多次草药制作工序加工而成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砭石草药针灸砭敷贴，其特征在于：所述自发热层(12)为无纺布袋。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种砭石草药针灸砭敷贴，其特征在于：所述自发热层(12)为在无纺布袋中放入自发热材料后密封并挤压而成扁平包状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砭石草药针灸砭敷贴，其特征在于：所述砭石层(14)包括若干个砭石(141)，所述砭石(141)为砭石粉末挤压成型的片状体。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种砭石草药针灸砭敷贴，其特征在于：所述砭石(141)为圆片状，所述砭石(141)的厚度为1mm～2mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砭石草药针灸砭敷贴，其特征在于：所 述敷贴层(11)上未连接所述自发热层(12)的位置上设置有若干透气孔(4)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砭石草药针灸砭敷贴，其特征在于：所述水凝胶药层(13)的上表面与所述自发热层(12)的下表面采用粘接固定，所述砭石层(14)嵌入连接或者粘接在所述水凝胶药层(13)的下表面上。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种砭石草药针灸砭敷贴，其特征在于：所述敷贴层(11)为长条带状，所述自发热层(12)和水凝胶药层(13)为尺寸相同的四方形片状，所述自发热层(12)设置在所述敷贴层(11)的正中央，所述敷贴层(11)、自发热层(12)和水凝胶药层(13)的厚度均为1mm～2mm。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种砭石草药针灸砭敷贴，其特征在于：所述密封保护贴膜(2)包括隔离纸(21)和粘接胶纸(22)，所述隔离纸(21)可拆卸的密封住所述自发热层(12)、水凝胶药层(13)及砭石层(14)的下表面；所述粘接胶纸(22)可拆卸的密封住所述敷贴层(11)未连接所述自发热层(12)的位置上。
