本发明公开了一种防治甜椒茶黄螨虫害的杀虫剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:八仙花1.2~1.4份、洋金花1.5~1.7份、忽地笑1.8~2.0份、夹竹桃树皮2.6~2.8份、核桃树皮2.4~2.6份、相思豆3.2~3.4份、颠茄根1.6~1.8份、钩吻根1.3~1.5份、毒芹根2.1~2.3份、漆树树汁0.7~0.9份、栎树树汁0.6~0.8份、鱼胆汁0.9~1.1份、二苯甲酮0.21~0.23份、灭幼脲0.15~0.17份、啶虫脒0.23~0.25份。本发明具有高效的杀菌杀虫能力,尤其对茶黄螨虫害有很强的作用效果,且害虫不会产生抗药性;本发明天然环保,对人体和环境均无害,能够有效避免农药中有害物质残留对人体的伤害和对环境造成的污染,各原料之间作用相互促进,使得杀菌杀虫效果更加显著,且药效持续时间长,能够有效降低药剂使用频率,从而降低药剂成本和人工成本。

技术领域
本发明属于蔬菜种植技术领域,尤其是一种防治甜椒茶黄螨虫害的杀虫剂。
背景技术
甜椒俗称灯笼椒、柿子椒、菜椒,中国台湾话也称作大筒仔,是茄科辣椒属辣椒的一个变种,与普通大椒相比,味道不辣或极微辣,选择外皮紧实、表面有光泽的甜椒为好;甜椒是非常适合生吃的蔬菜,含丰富维他命C和B及胡萝卜素为强抗氧化剂,可抗白内障、心脏病和癌症。越红的甜椒营养越多,所含的维他命C远胜于其他柑橘类水果,所以较适合生吃;甜椒酱汁具有促进消化和抗癌防癌的作用。
在甜椒生长过程中,为了防治虫害,种植户会对甜椒进行药剂喷施,但是目前的药剂不仅杀虫效果不明显,药效持久性差,而且容易造成有害物质残留,对人体造成一定的伤害;因此,在如今人们更加关注饮食健康的年代,这类农药的使用会逐步受到限制,此外,这类化学农药造成的水质污染对环境危害也愈发明显,所以,寻找新型环保且效果显著的杀虫剂是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种防治甜椒茶黄螨虫害的杀虫剂,不但能够有效防治茶黄螨虫害,而且能够有效避免有害物质残留。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防治甜椒茶黄螨虫害的杀虫剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:八仙花1.2~1.4份、洋金花1.5~1.7份、忽地笑1.8~2.0份、夹竹桃树皮2.6~2.8份、核桃树皮2.4~2.6份、相思豆3.2~3.4份、颠茄根1.6~1.8份、钩吻根1.3~1.5份、毒芹根2.1~2.3份、漆树树汁0.7~0.9份、栎树树汁0.6~0.8份、鱼胆汁0.9~1.1份、二苯甲酮0.21~0.23份、灭幼脲0.15~0.17份、啶虫脒0.23~0.25份。
作为发明进一步的方案:一种防治甜椒茶黄螨虫害的杀虫剂的制备方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)将八仙花、洋金花、忽地笑和八仙花重量0.24~0.26倍量的水投入转速为3000~3100r/min的打浆机打浆570~590s,得花浆;将花浆置于温度为-16~-14℃的真空冷冻干燥机干燥至水分含量为5~7%,投入转速为6700~6800r/min的粉碎机粉碎480~500s,过260~270目筛,得花浆粉,备用;
(2)将夹竹桃树皮和核桃树皮置于温度为39~41℃的烘干箱中,烘干至水分含量为21~23%,投入转速为6700~6800r/min的粉碎机粉碎590~610s,过260~270目筛,投入温度为44~46℃的炒锅文火炒制280~300s,升高温度至62~64℃文火炒制390~410s,室温自然冷却,得树皮粉,备用;
(3)将相思豆置于温度为-10~-8℃的真空冷冻干燥机干燥至水分含量为8~10%,投入转速为7200~7300r/min的粉碎机粉碎690~710s,过260~270目筛,得相思豆粉;将相思豆粉和鱼胆汁投入转速为320~340r/min的混合机混合搅拌460~480s,盖上塑料薄膜在温度为40~42℃条件下密闭发酵75~80h,得发酵豆胆汁,备用;
(4)向颠茄根、钩吻根和毒芹根中加入颠茄根重量11~13倍量的水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮75~80min,期间每隔25min加入颠茄根根重量6.6~6.8倍量的水,过260~270目滤布,得提取液一和滤渣一;将滤渣一投入转速为7400~7500r/min的粉碎机,粉碎690~700s,过260~270目筛,得滤渣粉;向滤渣粉中加入滤渣粉重量8.5~8.7倍量、质量分数为36~38%的乙醇,大火煮沸,文火熬煮43~45min,转速为12000~13000r/min,离心970~990s,得提取液二和滤渣二;合并提取液一和提取液二,文火熬煮750~800s,室温自然冷却,得根提取液,备用;
(5)将花浆粉、树皮粉、漆树树汁和栎树树汁用转速为620~640r/min的搅拌器搅拌730~750s,文火加热不断搅拌至温度为68~70℃,趁热加入二苯甲酮、灭幼脲和啶虫脒用转速为650~670r/min的搅拌器搅拌780~800s,室温自然冷却,加入发酵豆胆汁和根提取液用转速为650~670r/min的搅拌器搅拌540~560s,置于温度为3~5℃的保鲜箱保鲜发酵45~50h,得杀虫剂;
(6)瓶装,贴标签,得成品。

作为发明进一步的方案:本发明中所使用的八仙花、洋金花、忽地笑、夹竹桃树皮和核桃树皮的含量均以鲜重重量计。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种防治甜椒茶黄螨虫害的杀虫剂,配方科学合理,制作工艺简单,具有高效的杀菌杀虫能力,尤其对茶黄螨虫害有很强的作用效果,能够明显降低茶黄螨虫害率,且害虫不会产生抗药性;本发明天然环保,对人体和环境均无害,能够有效避免农药中有害物质残留对人体的伤害和对环境造成的污染,各原料之间作用相互促进,使得杀菌杀虫效果更加显著,且药效持续时间长,能够有效降低药剂使用频率,从而降低药剂成本和人工成本;加入八仙花、洋金花和忽地笑打浆后冷冻干燥粉碎,能够保证其有效成分能够充分释放且不被破坏,其有效成分相互作用能够有效刺激害虫的神经系统,使得害虫兴奋运动量增加,然后行动不协调,最后抽搐而死;加入夹竹桃树皮和核桃树皮烘干粉碎文火炒制后,能够导致害虫呼吸困难、行动迟缓、呼吸不畅而死;加入相思豆干燥粉碎后与鱼胆汁混合发酵,能够有效刺激茶黄螨的肠胃,使其肠胃功能紊乱;加入颠茄根、钩吻根和毒芹根,提取其有效成分,不但能够增强杀虫效果,而且能够有效防治有害病菌的滋生,增强甜椒的抗菌抗病性;加入二苯甲酮、灭幼脲和啶虫脒协同作用,通过抑制害虫表皮几丁质合成酶和尿核苷辅酶的活性,来抑制害虫虫几丁质合成,从而导致害虫不能正常蜕皮而死亡,对人畜及鸟类无伤害。

本发明实施例中,一种防治甜椒茶黄螨虫害的杀虫剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:八仙花1.2份、洋金花1.5份、忽地笑1.8份、夹竹桃树皮2.6份、核桃树皮2.4份、相思豆3.2份、颠茄根1.6份、钩吻根1.3份、毒芹根2.1份、漆树树汁0.7份、栎树树汁0.6份、鱼胆汁0.9份、二苯甲酮0.21份、灭幼脲0.15份、啶虫脒0.23份。
作为发明进一步的方案:一种防治甜椒茶黄螨虫害的杀虫剂的制备方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)将八仙花、洋金花、忽地笑和八仙花重量0.24倍量的水投入转速为3000r/min的打浆机打浆570s,得花浆;将花浆置于温度为-16℃的真空冷冻干燥机干燥至水分含量为5%,投入转速为6700r/min的粉碎机粉碎480s,过260目筛,得花浆粉,备用;

捉取大小一致的茶黄螨200只,平均分为4组,每组50只,使用本实施例茶黄螨虫害杀虫剂与对比例普通茶黄螨虫害杀虫剂进行药效测试,对比如下表:
