Abstract

本发明公开了一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂及其制备方法,其由南艾蒿、巴豆叶、八仙花、苘麻子、白叶藤、蓖麻根、山楂核提取物、茶树精油、尤加利精油、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、聚六亚甲基胍、羟乙基纤维素、2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺等制成。本发明植物源杀菌剂使用的南艾蒿、巴豆叶、八仙花等均为天然活性物质,在环境中易降解,对疫霉病、褐锈病等细菌病害具有良好的防治效果,添加的羟乙基纤维素降低了对环境的破坏,使用的增效剂聚六亚甲基胍、2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺、茶树精油、尤加利精油与表面活性剂十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚相互配合作用,增强了杀菌效果。

一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂及其制备方法
发明领域
本发明涉及一种杀菌剂,具体地说是涉及一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
果树病害主要是真菌病害、细菌病害和病毒病害(包括病毒、类病毒、类立克次体、类细菌等)三大类。目前人们对病毒病害认识还不足,重视不够。随着全球果树业的发展,果树面积不断扩大,果树病毒病害对长期采用营养繁殖的果树危害面积和程度也越来越大,造成许多果树生长不良,产量下降,品质变劣,树体表现出许多不正常现象,给果树生产带来巨大的经济损失。
由于化学合成农药具有防效好、作用快的特点,目前是病害防治的重要手段之一。但是长期的大量的不合理地使用化学合成农药,尤其是高毒、高残留农药的应用,致使造成农药残留超标,环境和水果产品被污染,人们食用含有农药残留的水果会给人们的身体带来很大伤害。因此,研究一种环保、无毒的的杀菌剂非常重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:南艾蒿20-30份、巴豆叶10-30份、八仙花20-40份、苘麻子20-30份、白叶藤5-7份、蓖麻根3-4份、山楂核提取物12-14份、茶树精油5-7份、尤加利精油14-16份、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚8-10份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱2-4份、聚六亚甲基胍3-5份、羟乙基纤维素4-6份、2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺4-8份。
优选地,一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:南艾蒿25份、巴豆叶20份、八仙花30份、苘麻子25份、白叶藤6份、蓖麻根3.5份、山楂核提取物13份、茶树精油6份、尤加利精油15份、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚9份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3份、聚六亚甲基胍4份、羟乙基纤维素5份、2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺6份。
一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将南艾蒿、巴豆叶、八仙花、苘麻子、白叶藤、蓖麻根粉碎后混合加入反应罐中,加入5-6倍的水,加热至90-100℃,熬煮20-30min,然后降低温度至50-60℃,继续熬煮35-45min,过滤,收集滤液,然后再向滤渣中加入4-5倍的水,调整温度至70-80℃,熬煮30-40min,过滤,收集滤液,将两次所得滤液合并,待用;
(2)将山楂核提取物、茶树精油、尤加利精油混合均匀,加入5-8倍量的水,再加入牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、聚六亚甲基胍、羟乙基纤维素和2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺,加热至50-60℃,搅拌15-25min,混合均匀后再加入步骤(1)制得的熬煮液,在温度为50-60℃,转速为400-500r/min的搅拌釜中搅拌5-10min,得到所述的防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明植物源杀菌剂使用的南艾蒿、巴豆叶、八仙花等均为天然活性物质,在环境中易降解,对疫霉病、褐锈病等细菌病害具有良好的防治效果,添加的羟乙基纤维素降低了对环境的破坏,使用的增效剂聚六亚甲基胍、2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺、茶树精油、尤加利精油与表面活性剂十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚相互配合作用,增强了杀菌效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:南艾蒿20份、巴豆叶10份、八仙花20份、苘麻子20份、白叶藤5份、蓖麻根3份、山楂核提取物12份、茶树精油5份、尤加利精油14份、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚8份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱2份、聚六亚甲基胍3份、羟乙基纤维素4份、2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺4份。
一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将南艾蒿、巴豆叶、八仙花、苘麻子、白叶藤、蓖麻根粉碎后混合加入反应罐中,加入5-6倍的水,加热至90-100℃,熬煮20-30min,然后降低温度至50-60℃,继续熬煮35-45min,过滤,收集滤液,然后再向滤渣中加入4-5倍的水,调整温度至70-80℃,熬煮30-40min,过滤,收集滤液,将两次所得滤液合并,待用;
(2)将山楂核提取物、茶树精油、尤加利精油混合均匀,加入5-8倍量的水,再加入牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、聚六亚甲基胍、羟乙基纤维素和2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺,加热至50-60℃,搅拌15-25min,混合均匀后再加入步骤(1)制得的熬煮液,在温度为50-60℃,转速为400-500r/min的搅拌釜中搅拌5-10min,得到所述的防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂。
实施例2:
一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:南艾蒿25份、巴豆叶20份、八仙花30份、苘麻子25份、白叶藤6份、蓖麻根3.5份、山楂核提取物13份、茶树精油6份、尤加利精油15份、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚9份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3份、聚六亚甲基胍4份、羟乙基纤维素5份、2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺6份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:南艾蒿30份、巴豆叶30份、八仙花40份、苘麻子30份、白叶藤7份、蓖麻根4份、山楂核提取物14份、茶树精油7份、尤加利精油16份、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚10份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱4份、聚六亚甲基胍5份、羟乙基纤维素6份、2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺8份。
制备方法同实施例1。
将上述实施例1-3制得的防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂稀释800-1000倍后喷洒在患病的果树上,3天后结果如下表所示:

1.一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:南艾蒿20-30份、巴豆叶10-30份、八仙花20-40份、苘麻子20-30份、白叶藤5-7份、蓖麻根3-4份、山楂核提取物12-14份、茶树精油5-7份、尤加利精油14-16份、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚8-10份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱2-4份、聚六亚甲基胍3-5份、羟乙基纤维素4-6份、2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:南艾蒿25份、巴豆叶20份、八仙花30份、苘麻子25份、白叶藤6份、蓖麻根3.5份、山楂核提取物13份、茶树精油6份、尤加利精油15份、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚9份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3份、聚六亚甲基胍4份、羟乙基纤维素5份、2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将南艾蒿、巴豆叶、八仙花、苘麻子、白叶藤、蓖麻根粉碎后混合加入反应罐中,加入5-6倍的水,加热至90-100℃,熬煮20-30min,然后降低温度至50-60℃,继续熬煮35-45min,过滤,收集滤液,然后再向滤渣中加入4-5倍的水,调整温度至70-80℃,熬煮30-40min,过滤,收集滤液,将两次所得滤液合并,待用;
(2)将山楂核提取物、茶树精油、尤加利精油混合均匀,加入5-8倍量的水,再加入牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、聚六亚甲基胍、羟乙基纤维素和2,2-二溴-3-氮川丙酰胺,加热至50-60℃,搅拌15-25min,混合均匀后再加入步骤(1)制得的熬煮液,在温度为50-60℃,转速为400-500r/min的搅拌釜中搅拌5-10min,得到所述的防治果树细菌病的环保杀菌剂。
