S1、选取搅拌器为辅助工具,并将离子水、除虫菊、苦参、辣蓼、蛇床子以及金银花置入搅拌器内,然后对其进行混合搅拌,在160摄氏度的条件下进行蒸煮120min;
S2、将S1中蒸煮完成后的混合液进行第一次过滤,并在自然条件下进行冷却,冷却至室温后,再次进行第二次过滤,且第二次过滤的孔径小于第一次过滤孔径,以去除混合液内的杂质;
S3、在S2完成后,将形成的混合液置于器皿内,并将器皿内的温度升高至70摄氏度,然后向其中依次添加溴氟菊酯、阿维菌素、波尔多液以及啶虫脒,并在添加过程中实时进行搅拌,添加完成后,再次向其中置入活性剂与防腐剂,从而保证不同原料之间完全进行融合;
S4、上述完成后,取出,将其放置阴凉的密闭空间内,待温度降至25摄氏度后,对液体上层的漂浮物进行去除,再次向其中添加大蒜提取液、洋葱与松脂油,并将其混合均匀后,所得到的混合液,即为蔬菜种植用杀虫剂。

Claims (9)

1.一种蔬菜种植用杀虫剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量的配方如下:离子水30-40份、除虫菊20-24份、苦参12-16份、辣蓼8-12份、蛇床子8-12份、金银花8-12份、溴氟菊酯4-6份、阿维菌素4-6份、波尔多液4-6份、啶虫脒4-6份、大蒜提取液3-5份、洋葱汁3-5份、松脂油3-5份、活性剂1-3份、防腐剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜种植用杀虫剂,其特征在于,离子水、除虫菊、苦参的重量比为33-38:21-23:13-15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜种植用杀虫剂,其特征在于,辣蓼、蛇床子、金银花的重量比为9-11:9-11:9-11。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜种植用杀虫剂,其特征在于,溴氟菊酯、阿维菌素、波尔多液、啶虫脒的重量比为4.5-5.5:4.5-5.5:4.5-5.5:4.5-5.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜种植用杀虫剂,其特征在于,大蒜提取液、洋葱汁、松脂油的重量比为3.5-4.5:3.5-4.5:3.5-4.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜种植用杀虫剂,其特征在于,活性剂、防腐剂的重量比为1.5-2.5:1.5-2.5。
7.根据权利要求2-6所述的蔬菜种植用杀虫剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量的配方如下:
离子水33-38份、除虫菊21-23份、苦参13-15份、辣蓼9-11份、蛇床子9-11份、金银花9-11份、溴氟菊酯4.5-5.5份、阿维菌素4.5-5.5份、波尔多液4.5-5.5份、啶虫脒4.5-5.5份、大蒜提取液3.5-4.5份、洋葱汁3.5-4.5份、松脂油3.5-4.5份、活性剂1.5-2.5份、防腐剂1.5-2.5份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜种植用杀虫剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量的最优配方如下:
离子水35份、除虫菊22份、苦参14份、辣蓼10份、蛇床子10份、金银花10份、溴氟菊酯5份、阿维菌素5份、波尔多液5份、啶虫脒5份、大蒜提取液4、洋葱汁4份、松脂油4份、活性剂2份、防腐剂2份。
9.一种根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜种植用杀虫剂的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、选取搅拌器为辅助工具,并将离子水、除虫菊、苦参、辣蓼、蛇床子以及金银花置入搅拌器内,然后对其进行混合搅拌,在120-160摄氏度的条件下进行蒸煮90-120min;
S2、将S1中蒸煮完成后的混合液进行第一次过滤,并在自然条件下进行冷却,冷却至室温后,再次进行第二次过滤,且第二次过滤的孔径小于第一次过滤孔径,以去除混合液内的杂质;
S3、在S2完成后,将形成的混合液置于器皿内,并将器皿内的温度升高至50-70摄氏度,然后向其中依次添加溴氟菊酯、阿维菌素、波尔多液以及啶虫脒,并在添加过程中实时进行搅拌,添加完成后,再次向其中置入活性剂与防腐剂,从而保证不同原料之间完全进行融合;
S4、上述完成后,取出,将其放置阴凉的密闭空间内,待温度降至20-25摄氏度后,对液体上层的漂浮物进行去除,再次向其中添加大蒜提取液、洋葱与松脂油,并将其混合均匀后,所得到的混合液,即为蔬菜种植用杀虫剂。
