然而,当电池装备在车辆的底盘处时,所装备的电池可能在车辆的下表面并且可能与悬架和轮胎相邻,因此在打雷的时候,电池可能由于大电流而损坏。例如,在底盘处的电池是邻近于轮胎的金属导体,并且因此电池可作为其中大电流(最大约50,000A)流动的路径。因此,电池可能部分地被熔化并且电池的电解质可能泄漏。
当电池的电解质泄漏时,电解质气体可能导入车辆的乘客室并且因此驾驶员可能无防备地暴露在有害气体中。即,在电动车辆的情况下,在雷击时能够保护驾驶员免受大电流伤害,但是还没有制备出一种用于保护驾驶员免受因电池的损坏导致的有害气体伤害的装置。
发明内容
本公开内容的目的是解决上述在现有技术中出现的问题,同时完整地保留由现有技术实现的优势。
本公开内容的一方面提供一种用于保护驾驶员(乘客)免受由于电池因雷击而损坏所产生的有害气体伤害的装置。
根据本公开内容的示例性实施方式,用于保护乘客的装置包括:接收器,被配置为接收车辆的位置信息和天气信息;气体检测传感器,被配置为检测电池管道内的电解质气体;气压传感器,被配置为检测轮胎的气压;以及控制器,被配置为根据位置信息、天气信息、气体检测传感器的检测的结果、以及气压传感器的检测的结果来控制电池管道的打开和关闭。
根据本公开内容的示例性实施方式,用于保护乘客的方法包括当车辆的发动机在发布了雷击警戒的区域熄火时关闭电池管道的第一步骤,以及当车辆的发动机启动时根据轮胎的气压变化和电解质气体在电池管道内的检测量来控制电池管道的打开和关闭的第二步骤。

图1是根据本公开内容的示例性实施方式的用于保护乘客免受被雷击后的电池伤害的装置的配置示图。
图1的用于保护乘客的装置包括:接收器10、气体检测传感器20、气压传感器30、和控制器40。
接收器10从外部设备接收车辆的位置信息和天气信息,并且将所接收的位置信息和天气信息输出至控制器40。例如,接收器10可以经过无线通信从GPS卫星接收车辆的位置信息并且从气象局服务器接收对应于车辆的位置信息的天气信息。
气体检测传感器20位于其中安装有电池的电池管道中,并且检测在电池管道中是否存在电解质气体并且将检测的结果输出至控制器40。
气压传感器30检测车辆的轮胎的气压并且将检测的结果输出至控制器40。
控制器40根据由接收器10接收的位置信息和天气信息以及通过气体检测传感器20和气压传感器30感测的值来控制电池管道的打开和关闭。例如,控制器40使用位置信息和天气信息来确认车辆是否驶入到发布雷击警戒的区域。当发动机在发布雷击警戒的区域熄火时,控制器40关闭车辆的电池管道以阻塞乘客室与电池管道之间的通道。此外,当发动机熄火时,控制器40使用气压传感器30来感测轮胎的气压,然后存储感测的值。此外,当驾驶员启动车辆时,控制器40使用气压传感器30感测轮胎的气压,然后比较感测的值与存储的发动机熄火时的值,以控制是否打开或者关闭电池管道,并且根据比较的结果输出警告。此外,当驾驶员启动车辆时,在微弱地驱动(一级驱动)电池管道的冷却风扇的状态下,控制器40请求(suing)气体检测传感器20来确认在电池管道中是否存在电解质气体,并且根据结果控制是否打开或者关闭电池管道以及输出警告。
图2是根据本公开内容的示例性实施方式的用于保护乘客免受被雷击后的电池伤害的方法的流程图。
用于保护乘客的装置的控制器40使用接收器10来理解关于当前位置的天气信息和车辆的对应的位置(步骤110)。
例如,当经过接收器10从GPS卫星接收到位置信息时,控制器40可以与气象局服务器(或者天气信息供应商的服务器)通信以接收关于对应的位置信息的天气信息。替代地,当控制器40与车辆的导航设备链接以允许驾驶员将目的地输入至导航装置时,控制器40向气象局服务器请求关于对应的目的地的天气信息。
控制器40使用位置信息和天气信息来确认驾驶员是否在发布雷击警戒的区域启动车辆(步骤112)。
当在发布雷击警戒的区域感测到车辆发动(starting off)时,控制器40关闭电池管道并且使用气压传感器30测量轮胎的气压,然后存储测量的值(步骤114)。
即,当控制器40由于车辆的发动而未施加有电力,可能无法执行控制操作时,控制器40提前关闭电池管道,以防止由于电池受到雷击而损坏所可能产生的电解质气体导入车辆的乘客室。
接下来,如果确定车辆启动(步骤116),控制器40使用气压传感器30测量轮胎的气压,并然后将测量的气压与发动机熄火时测量并且存储的轮胎的气压进行比较(S118)。
作为比较结果,当轮胎的当前气压与存储的发动机熄火时的轮胎的气压之间的差值大于或者等于预设的参考值时,控制器40确定轮胎被雷击损坏并且输出警告消息,告知需要在电池管道保持关闭状态的状态下停车并且检查车辆(步骤120)。
可以作为警告光、警告消息、警告声音等的任一种来输出警告消息。
作为步骤118的比较结果,当轮胎的当前气压与存储的发动机熄火时的轮胎的气压之间的差值小于预设的参考值时,控制器40微弱地驱动电池的冷却风扇,然后在输出告知车辆正在检查的消息的同时通过气体检测传感器20在预设的预定时间检测电解质气体(步骤122)。
即,为了确认电解质气体是否由于电池受到雷击损坏而泄漏,控制器40一级驱动电池的冷却风扇以在使电池管道内的空气流通的同时在预定时间检测电池管道中是否存在电解质气体。在这种情况下,驱动电池的冷却风扇的原因是使电池管道内的空气流通,使得更迅速地确认是否存在电解质气体。因而,控制器40在调查电解质气体是否泄漏的同时向驾驶员输出告知车辆正在检查的消息。
作为在步骤122中检查的结果,当检测的电解质气体的量大于或者等于预设的参考值时(步骤124),如在步骤120中一样,控制器40输出警告消息,告知需要在电池管道保持关闭状态的状态下停车并且检查车辆。
作为在S122的检查结果,当检测的电解质气体的量小于参考值时(步骤124),控制器40打开电池管道,然后将不存在异常的检查结果告知驾驶员以执行车辆的正常驾驶(步骤126)。
根据上述示例性实施方式,控制器40首先使用保护乘客的方法,以在车辆行驶至发布雷击警戒的区域,然后发动机熄火时,关闭电池管道。接下来,控制器40其次使用保护乘客的方法,以确认当车辆启动时轮胎的气压是否改变并且电解质气体是否泄漏,从而仅在不存在异常的情形下打开发动机熄火时关闭的电池管道。
提供上述本公开内容的示例性实施方式仅用于说明性的目的。因此,本领域技术人员将理解,在不偏离如所附权利要求公开的本公开内容的范围和精神的情况下,各种的修改、变更、替换、以及增加是可能的,并且这些修改、变更、替换、以及增加落入本公开内容的范围内。
例如,上述示例性实施方式公开首先比较当发动机熄火时的轮胎的气压与当车辆启动时的轮胎的气压之间的差值,然后确认电解质气体是否泄漏,但可以相反。此外,如果必要的话,可以省去比较轮胎的气压之间的差的过程。
即,当车辆启动时(S116),控制器40可以立即执行S122之后的操作。
如上所述,根据本公开内容的示例性实施方式,可以保护驾驶员(乘客)免受由于电池因雷击而损坏所产生的有害气体的伤害。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于保护乘客的装置,包括:
接收器,接收车辆的位置信息和天气信息;
气体检测传感器,位于电池管道中并且检测电解质气体;
气压传感器,检测轮胎的气压;以及
控制器,根据所述位置信息、所述天气信息、所述气体检测传感器的检测结果、以及所述气压传感器的检测结果来控制所述电池管道的打开和关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述控制器使用所述位置信息和所述天气信息,以当发动机在发布了雷击警戒的区域中熄火时关闭所述电池管道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述控制器存储由所述气压传感器在所述发动机熄火时测量的所述车辆的所述轮胎的第一气压。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述控制器控制所述气压传感器测量所述轮胎在所述车辆启动时的第二气压,比较所测量的所述轮胎的所述第二气压与存储的所述第一气压,并且根据所述轮胎的所述第一气压与所述第二气压的差值大于或者等于预设的第一参考值的判定,输出表明将所述电池管道保持在关闭状态的警告消息。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中,当所述轮胎的所述第一气压与所述第二气压的差值小于所述第一参考值时,所述控制器控制所述气体检测传感器检测所述电池管道内的所述电解质气体的量,并且根据所检测的量大于或者等于预设的第二参考值的判定来输出表明将所述电池管道保持在所述关闭状态的所述警告消息。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其中,当检测所述电池管道内的所述电解质气体时,所述控制器驱动所述电池管道的冷却风扇。
7.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其中,所述控制器在预设的预定时间检测所述电池管道内的所述电解质气体,并且在所述检测期间输出将车辆正在检查告知驾驶员的消息。
8.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其中,当所检测的所述电解质气体的量小于所述第二参考值时,所述控制器打开所述电池管道。
9.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,当所述车辆启动时,所述控制器使用所述气体检测传感器检测所述电池管道内的所述电解质气体的量,以当判定所检测的量大于或者等于预设的第二参考值时,输出表明将所述电池管道保持在关闭状态的警告消息。
10.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,当检测所述电池管道内的所述电解质气体时,所述控制器驱动所述电池管道的冷却风扇。
11.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述控制器在预设的预定时间检测所述电池管道内的所述电解质气体,并且在所述检测期间输出将车辆正在检查告知驾驶员的消息。
12.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,当所检测的所述电解质气体的量小于所述第二参考值时,所述控制器打开所述电池管道。
13.一种用于保护乘客的方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步骤,当车辆的发动机在发布雷击警戒的区域熄火时关闭电池管道;以及
第二步骤,当所述车辆的所述发动机启动时,根据轮胎的气压变化和电解质气体在所述电池管道内的检测量的变化来控制所述电池管道的打开和关闭。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述第一步骤进一步包括:当关闭了所述电池管道时,通过气压传感器测量所述轮胎的第一气压并且存储所测量的第一气压。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,在所述第二步骤中,通过所述气压传感器在所述发动机启动时测量轮胎的第二气压,并且将所测量的所述轮胎的第二气压与存储的所述第一气压进行比较,以当判定所述第一气压与所述第二气压的差值大于或者等于预设参考值时,输出表明将所述电池管道保持在关闭状态的警告消息。
16.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,在所述第二步骤中,气体检测传感器检测所述电池管道内的所述电解质气体,以当判定所检测的量大于或者等于预设参考值时,输出表明将所述电池管道保持在关闭状态的警告消息。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,在所述第二步骤中,当所述电解质气体的所述检测量小于所述参考值时,打开所述电池管道。
