本发明涉及一种刮刀,用于SMT印刷电路板。
背景技术
SMT印刷电路板中刮刀一般由单一金属材料制成,制作费用高,且由于全金属材料的刮刀重量大,不利于电路板印刷。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种SMT印刷电路板刮刀,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种SMT印刷电路板刮刀。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种SMT印刷电路板刮刀,该刮刀用于SMT印刷电路板中印刷锡膏,其中所述刮刀由树脂材料和埋入树脂材料中的复合材料制成,
其特征在于:所述树脂材料中混入铝合金,所述复合材料为纤维复合材料。
进一步的,所述纤维复合材料为残纤维复合材料。
进一步的,所述树脂材料为ABS树脂。
