Abstract

本发明公开一种基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:聚氯乙烯树脂20~30份、聚丙二醇1~6份、聚酯树脂2~8份、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯5~10份、氧杂环戊烷3~7份、消泡剂2~7份、流平剂3~9份、偶联剂5~12份、纳米填料5~15份、溶剂30~40份。本发明制备的丝印油墨,在聚氯乙烯材料上印刷时,流平性好,适合精细丝印。同时由于增加了偶联剂、纳米填料,从而使其具有更好的附着性,具有更加优良的耐磨性和光泽度,适用于含聚氯乙烯外壳的电子、电器产品等丝网印刷领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及油墨领域,尤其涉及一种基于PVC基材的丝印油墨。
背景技术
丝印油墨指采用丝网印刷方式时所有的油墨称为丝印油墨,随着社会进步和经济发展,电子电器产品广泛使用,产品发展日新月异,操作系统也越来越智能化,高性能的电子产品都要求高端的油墨进行装饰及保护。
现有的丝印油墨在聚氯乙烯外壳的电子产品上使用,使用非专用油墨大多为附着型,与基材亲和性不好而容易脱落。效果不良,主要是粘附力差,印字易脱落;而且,印字油墨本身易氧化;保质期短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种附着力强、耐磨性好、光泽度高、与PVC基材具有良好亲和性丝印油墨。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:聚氯乙烯树脂20~30份、聚丙二醇1~6份、聚酯树脂2~8份、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯5~10份、氧杂环戊烷3~7份、消泡剂2~7份、流平剂3~9份、偶联剂5~12份、纳米填料5~15份、溶剂30~40份。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性有机硅、高碳醇中的至少一种。
优选的,所述流平剂为丙烯酸树脂、脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述纳米填料为目数2000目以上的纳米碳酸钙、纳米滑石粉、纳米膨润土中的至少一种。
优选的,所述溶剂为丁酮、乙酸乙酯中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明制备的丝印油墨,在聚氯乙烯材料上印刷时,流平性好,适合精细丝印。同时由于增加了偶联剂、纳米填料,从而使其具有更好的附着性,具有更加优良的耐磨性和光泽度,适用于含聚氯乙烯外壳的电子、电器产品等丝网印刷领域。

一种基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:聚氯乙烯树脂20~30份、聚丙二醇1~6份、聚酯树脂2~8份、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯5~10份、氧杂环戊烷3~7份、消泡剂2~7份、流平剂3~9份、偶联剂5~12份、纳米填料5~15份、溶剂30~40份。
本发明制备的基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,具有附着力强、耐磨性好、光泽度高、与PVC基材具有良好亲和性等优点。
实施例1
本发明的基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:聚氯乙烯树脂30份、聚丙二醇1份、聚酯树脂2份、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯10份、氧杂环戊烷3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、丙烯酸树脂3份、铝酸酯偶联剂12份、纳米碳酸钙5份、丁酮30份。
实施例2
本发明的基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:聚氯乙烯树脂20份、聚丙二醇6份、聚酯树脂8份、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯5份、氧杂环戊烷7份、聚醚改性有机硅7份、脲醛树脂9份、钛酸酯偶联剂5份、纳米滑石粉15份、乙酸乙酯40份。
实施例3
本发明的基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:聚氯乙烯树脂25份、聚丙二醇3份、聚酯树脂5份、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯8份、氧杂环戊烷5份、高碳醇5份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂6份、硅烷偶联剂8份、纳米膨润土10份、丁酮35份。
实施例4
本发明的基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:聚氯乙烯树脂22份、聚丙二醇2份、聚酯树脂3份、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯6份、氧杂环戊烷4份、聚醚改性有机硅3份、脲醛树脂4份、钛酸酯偶联剂7份、纳米滑石粉7份、乙酸乙酯32份。
实施例5
本发明的基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:聚氯乙烯树脂28份、聚丙二醇5份、聚酯树脂7份、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯9份、氧杂环戊烷6份、高碳醇6份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂8份、硅烷偶联剂11份、纳米膨润土13份、丁酮、乙酸乙酯38份。
实施例6
本发明的基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:聚氯乙烯树脂2份、聚丙二醇4份、聚酯树脂6份、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯7份、氧杂环戊烷5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷7份、丙烯酸树脂3份、铝酸酯偶联剂6份、纳米碳酸钙7份、乙酸乙酯36份。
性能测试
本发明的主要技术性能如表1所示:

从表1可见,本发明制备的基于PVC基材的丝印油墨有附着力强、耐磨性好、光泽度高等优点。

1.一种基于PVC基材的丝印油墨,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括下列组分:聚氯乙烯树脂20~30份、聚丙二醇1~6份、聚酯树脂2~8份、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯5~10份、氧杂环戊烷3~7份、消泡剂2~7份、流平剂3~9份、偶联剂5~12份、纳米填料5~15份、溶剂30~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丝印油墨,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性有机硅、高碳醇中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的丝印油墨,其特征在于:所述流平剂为丙烯酸树脂、脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的丝印油墨,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的丝印油墨,其特征在于:所述纳米填料为目数2000目以上的纳米碳酸钙、纳米滑石粉、纳米膨润土中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的丝印油墨,其特征在于:所述溶剂为丁酮、乙酸乙酯中的至少一种。
