背景技术
对于干燥筒的刮削和/或清洁,主要使用由含有玻璃纤维和/或碳纤维的纤维复合物制成的复合纤维刮刀。在此,主要关注刮刀的使用寿命和清洁效果。不过,上述这种材料组合的特点是摩擦系数较高。这种相对较高的摩擦系数带来刮刀所需的较高摩擦功率。相应也必须为配设所述刮刀的有关单元设计较大的驱动器。这种驱动器的电流消耗同样较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进的、本文开头所述类型的刮刀,该刮刀具有降低的摩擦系数。
这一技术问题按照本发明如下地解决:即,刮刀包含一种例如环氧树脂的基体材料,在所述基体材料中混入铜和/或至少一种铜合金,和/或所述基体材料至少部分地由硅改性的环氧树脂取代。
由于这一特征,刮刀的摩擦系数得以降低。通过这样降低刮刀的摩擦系数,可以降低有关单元中、例如干燥筒中的所述刮刀所需摩擦功率,并因而减小了有关单元的驱动器的尺寸和电流消耗。
铜和/或至少一种铜合金优选以粉末状或或片状混入树脂基体材料中。
有利的是,在基体材料中混入至少一种形式为玻璃纤维和/或碳纤维的纤维材料。
基体材料优选是满足这种应用所需的弹性和耐久性要求的环氧树脂。
因此,可以制造具有降低的摩擦系数的刮刀。通过降低摩擦系数可以降低刮刀安装在其中的单元内、例如干燥筒内的刮刀所需的摩擦功率,并因此减小了所述单元的驱动器的尺寸以及电流消耗。
摩擦系数的减小尤其通过向树脂基体内混入粉状或片状的铜和/或至少一种铜合金实现。作为纤维材料,尤其考虑碳纤维和/或玻璃纤维。
另一种减小摩擦系数的可能性在于用硅改性的环氧树脂替代部分环氧树脂基体。

Claims (4)

1.一种刮刀,该刮刀用于刮削和/或清洁、尤其是用于刮削和/或清洁制造和/或处理纤维幅材的单元、并优选用于刮削和/或清洁干燥筒,其中,所述刮刀由树脂基体材料和埋入其中的纤维组成的复合材料制成,
其特征在于,
在所述树脂基体材料中混入铜和/或至少一种铜合金,和/或所述树脂基体材料至少部分地由硅改性的环氧树脂替代。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刮刀,其特征在于,在所述树脂基体材料中混入粉末状或片状的铜和/或至少一种铜合金。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的刮刀,其特征在于,所述纤维被设计为玻璃纤维和/或碳纤维。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的刮刀,其特征在于,所述基体材料包含环氧树脂。
