Abstract
本发明公开了一种混动汽车驱动磁齿轮复合电机,它包括永磁电机、滑轨、滑座、磁齿轮、推顶装置,所述永磁电机装于所述滑座上并且其控制电路的两极位于所述滑座侧面,所述滑座受所述推顶装置控制在所述滑轨上滑动,所述滑轨侧面连接蓄电池组的正负极,并有两个电极,所述永磁电机的转轴装有磁齿轮的内转子部分,所述磁齿轮的外转子及调磁铁极块装于变速器内,所述内转子随永磁电机的移动而进出所述变速器,能带动所述变速器内的外转子即输出轴转动,可以方便的切换电驱动和燃料驱动模式,并且安全性能好,便于排障和维修。

技术领域
本发明涉及电机领域,尤其涉及一种用于混动汽车的具有磁齿轮的复合电机。
背景技术
混合动力汽车是指车上装有两个以上动力源:蓄电池、燃料电池、太阳能电池、内燃机车的发电机组,当前复合动力汽车一般是指内燃机车发电机,再加上蓄电池的汽车,现有的混动汽车的电机大多数通过机械齿轮与变速器连接,而机械齿轮存在摩擦消耗,运行噪音大等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的上述问题,利用磁齿轮代替一般工艺的机械齿轮,并且将电机部分与变速装置分离以便维修,提高整体容错率,本发明设计如下:结构包括:永磁电机、磁齿轮、滑座、滑轨、推顶装置;所述永磁电机装于所述滑座上方,其控制电路的两极装于所述滑座的侧面,所述两极在所述滑座的侧面有导电触头露出;所述滑座在所述滑轨内滑动,所述推顶装置装于所述滑轨的一侧,且其一端与所述滑座侧面相对于所述两极的一面固定,带动所述滑座在所述滑轨内移动;所述滑轨两端有挡头,其中一个所述挡头内侧有两片电极,所述两片电极分别与蓄电池组的正负极连接;所述磁齿轮包括内转子、外转子、调磁极片,所述内转子固定于所述永磁电机的转轴上,所述外转子、调磁极片固定于变速装置上;所述导电触头为永磁材料制,所述电极含有铁、钴、镍任意一种或多种。
较佳的,所述导电触头为铷铁硼制,所述电极为铁镍合金制,两者的接触面为平面,有电极的挡头内侧还固定有缓冲材料层,能减少滑座与挡头的冲击力,增加使用寿命。
较佳的,所述推顶装置为电动推杆或气缸。
较佳的,所述挡头内侧还有控制所述推顶装置停止的第一限位开关,所述滑轨内侧壁也有控制所述推顶装置停止的第二限位开关。
较佳的,所述限位开关为触电开关或光电开关。
本发明适用于并联型、混联型混动汽车,它在需要电力制动时,由推顶装置将所述滑座延滑轨方向推向挡头,在接触到挡头上的触点开关后停止,此时导电触头与电极贴合,蓄电池组向永磁电机供电,并且永磁电机转轴上的内转子进入装于变速装置内的外转子和调磁极片构成的腔内,带动外转子转动形成输出轴,在不需要电力制动时,推顶装置拉回滑座,至触碰到滑轨内侧壁的触点开关时停止,内转子也随电机的移动,退出变速装置,本发明由于电机与变速装置未直接连接,方便分别检修维护且两者之间的耦合为机械控制,不存在电路故障的问题,提高了系统运行容错率,采用磁齿轮使得系统效率更高,噪音更小且几乎无损耗,值得推广。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1所示,本发明结构包括:永磁电机1、磁齿轮、滑座8、滑轨11、推顶装置13;所述永磁电机1装于所述滑座8上方,其控制电路的两极装于所述滑座8的侧面,所述两极在所述滑座8的侧面有导电触头12露出;所述滑座8在所述滑轨11内滑动,所述推顶装置13装于所述滑轨11的一侧,且其一端与所述滑座8侧面相对于所述两极的一面固定,带动所述滑座8在所述滑轨11内移动;所述滑轨11两端有挡头,其中一个所述挡头内侧有两片电极7,所述两片电极7分别与蓄电池组10的正负极连接;所述磁齿轮包括内转子3、外转子5、调磁极片4,所述内转子3固定于所述永磁电机1的转轴2上,所述外转子5、调磁极片4固定于减速机6上;所述导电触头12为铷铁硼制,所述电极7为铁镍合金制,两者的接触面为平面,有电极7的挡头内侧还固定有缓冲材料层。
更为具体的,所述推顶装置13为电动推杆或气缸。
更为具体的,所述挡头内侧还有控制所述推顶装置13停止的第一限位开关,所述滑轨11内侧壁也有控制所述推顶装置13停止的第二限位开关9。
更为具体的,所述限位开关为触电开关或光电开关。

Claims (5)
1.一种混动汽车驱动磁齿轮复合电机,其特征在于:结构包括:永磁电机、磁齿轮、滑座、滑轨、推顶装置;所述永磁电机装于所述滑座上方,其控制电路的两极装于所述滑座的侧面,所述两极在所述滑座的侧面有导电触头露出;所述滑座在所述滑轨内滑动,所述推顶装置装于所述滑轨的一侧,且其一端与所述滑座侧面相对于所述两极的一面固定,带动所述滑座在所述滑轨内移动;所述滑轨两端有挡头,其中一个所述挡头内侧有两片电极,所述两片电极分别与蓄电池组的正负极连接;所述磁齿轮包括内转子、外转子、调磁极片,所述内转子固定于所述永磁电机的转轴上,所述外转子、调磁极片固定于变速装置上;所述导电触头为永磁材料制,所述电极含有铁、钴、镍任意一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述混动汽车驱动磁齿轮复合电机,其特征在于:所述导电触头为铷铁硼制,所述电极为铁镍合金制,两者的接触面为平面,有电极的挡头内侧还固定有缓冲材料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述混动汽车驱动磁齿轮复合电机,其特征在于:所述推顶装置为电动推杆或气缸。
4.根据权利要求1所述混动汽车驱动磁齿轮复合电机,其特征在于:所述挡头内侧还有控制所述推顶装置停止的第一限位开关,所述滑轨内侧壁也有控制所述推顶装置停止的第二限位开关。
5.根据权利要求4所述混动汽车驱动磁齿轮复合电机,其特征在于:所述限位开关为触电开关或光电开关。
