Abstract

本发明提供了一种背光模组及显示装置,所述背光模组包括导光板及设置在所述导光板的入光侧的灯条;所述背光模组还包括:设置在所述导光板的外侧,能够将未进入所述导光板内部的光线进行收集,并将收集后的光线传导至预设位置出射至导光板内部的光线处理装置。本发明所提供的背光模组,通过设置的光线处理装置,可以将导光板外侧未被利用的光线(如:导光板的入光侧所反射的光线)收集,并引导至需要光线的预设位置(如:导光板的暗角位置等),从而将未被利用的光线收集并加以再利用。

背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
在液晶显示器中,如图1所示,侧入式背光模组的LED灯条10设置在导光板20的入光侧,由于LED灯条10中各LED为点光源,在导光板20的入光侧的角落光线传播不到而造成暗角。尤其是,LED灯条10的末端有突起的连接器(connector)11,为了避让连接器11,在导光板20上的入光侧会做切角处理,使光线到角落难度增大。
此外,如图2所示,LED灯条10的光线出射至导光板20上时,在导光板20的入光侧会发生折射和反射,折射的光线进入导光板20被利用,而反射的光线则大部分未能被利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模组及显示装置,能够将导光板外侧未能被利用的光线收集,并传导至预设位置加以再利用。
本发明所提供的技术方案如下:
一种背光模组,包括导光板及设置在所述导光板的入光侧的灯条;所述背光模组还包括:光线处理装置,所述光线处理装置设置在所述导光板的外侧,能够将未进入所述导光板内部的光线进行收集,并将收集后的光线传导至预设位置出射至导光板内部。
进一步的,所述预设位置包括所述导光板的入光侧的角落。
进一步的,所述光线处理装置包括多根光纤,每一所述光纤包括一入光端、光纤主体及一出光端,其中,所述入光端设置在所述导光板的外侧,用于收集未进入导光板内部的光线;所述出光端设置于预设位置处,用于将由所述光纤主体传导来的光线在所述预设位置处出射。
进一步的,所述光纤的入光端设置在所述导光板的入光侧,用于收集所述导光板的入光侧反射的光线。
进一步的,多根所述光纤的入光端在所述灯条的延伸方向上按照预设间距依次排列。
进一步的,多根光纤的入光端沿灯条的延伸方向以预设间距等间距地依次排列,且所述灯条上的一个LED灯对应至少两根光纤的入光端。
进一步的,所述多根光纤的入光端的数量为所述灯条上的LED灯的数量的整数倍。
进一步的,所述光线处理装置还包括:光线引导结构,所述光线引导结构设置在所述光纤的出光端,用于将所述光纤的出光端所出射的光线引导进入导光板内部。
进一步的,所述光线引导结构包括一棱镜,所述棱镜包括设置在所述光纤的出光端的棱镜入光面、在所述预设位置处与所述导光板的侧面相对的棱镜出光面及能够将由所述棱镜入光面入射的光线反射至所述棱镜出光面的棱镜反射面。
进一步的,所述棱镜反射面上设置有反射膜片或所述棱镜反射面上涂有反射涂层。
进一步的,所述灯条包括印刷电路板和设置在印刷电路板上的LED灯,所述光纤的入光端设置在所述灯条的印刷电路板上,并位于LED灯的下方。
一种显示装置,包括如上所述的背光模组。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明所提供的背光模组,通过设置的光线处理装置,可以将导光板外侧未被利用的光线(如:导光板的入光侧所反射的光线)收集,并引导至需要光线的预设位置(如:导光板的暗角位置等),从而将未被利用的光线收集并加以再利用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图3至图5所示,本发明所提供的背光模组,包括导光板100及设置在所述导光板100的入光侧的灯条200;所述背光模组还包括:光线处理装置300,所述光线处理装置300设置在所述导光板100的外侧,用于将未进入所述导光板100内部的光线进行收集,并将收集后的光线传导至预设位置出射至导光板100内部。
本发明所提供的背光模组,通过设置的光线处理装置300,可以将导光板100的外侧未被利用的光线(如导光板100的入光侧所反射的光线)收集,并引导至需要光线的预设位置(如导光板100的暗角位置等),从而将未被利用的光线收集并加以再利用。
在本发明实施例中提供的背光模组中,优选的,如图3和图9所示,所述预设位置包括所述导光板100的入光侧的角落。也就是说,所述光线处理装置300可以将导光板100外侧未能进入到导光板100内的光线进行收集之后,传导至导光板100的暗角位置,而补偿暗角。
当然可以理解的是,所述预设位置并不仅局限于导光板100的入光侧的角落,还可以是其他位置,也就是说,所述光线处理装置300在实际应用中,也可以是将收集的光线传导至其他位置上加以利用。
此外,在本发明实施例中提供的背光模组中,优选的,如图3所示,所述光线处理装置300包括多根光纤310,每一所述光纤310包括一入光端311、光纤主体312及一出光端313,其中,所述入光端311设置在所述导光板100的外侧,用于收集未进入导光板100内部的光线;所述出光端313设置于预设位置处,用于将由所述光纤主体312传导来的光线在所述预设位置处出射。
采用上述方案,所述光线处理装置主要是采用光纤310来收集和传导光线,所述光线处理装置300有多个光纤310的入光端311,用来广泛收集未利用光线,光线收集后,通过光纤310传导至预设位置。需要说明的是,在实际应用中,所述光线处理装置300还可以采用其他结构来收集和传导光线,在此并不对此进行局限。
此外,在本发明所提供的实施例中,优选的,如图3至图5所示,所述光纤310的入光端311设置在所述导光板100的入光侧,用于收集所述导光板100的入光侧反射的光线。
采用上述方案,所述光线处理装置300可以将导光板100的入光侧反射的光线加以再利用。应当理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述光纤310的入光端311还可以是设置在导光板100的其他位置的外侧,以收集其他位置上未能进入导光板100内的光线。
此外,在本发明所提供的实施例中,优选的,如图6所示,多根所述光纤310的入光端311在所述灯条200的延伸方向上按照预设间距依次排列。
采用上述方案,利用密集的多根光纤310来收集被导光板100的入光侧表面反射回来的光线,且多根光纤310的入光端311沿灯条200的延伸方向以预设间距依次分布,以收集导光板100的入光侧各个位置上反射的光线。
优选的,多根光纤310的入光端311沿灯条200的延伸方向以预设间距等间距地均匀分布,并且,如图6所示,所述灯条200上的一个LED灯202对应有至少两根光纤310的入光端311。并且,进一步优选的,多根光纤310的入光端311的数量为所述灯条200上的LED灯202的数量的整数倍。
采用上述方案,可以保证多根所述光纤的入光端能够均匀地收集导光板100的入光侧各个位置上反射的光线,光线收集效果好。
在本发明所提供的实施例中,优选的,如图4和图5所示,所述灯条200包括印刷电路板201和设置在印刷电路板201上的LED灯202,所述光纤310的入光端311设置在所述灯条200的印刷电路板201上,并位于LED灯201的下方。其中,所述光纤310可以是粘贴固定在灯条200的印刷电路板(PCB)上。
在本发明的其他实施例中,所述光纤310还可以是固定在背板上。
此外,在本发明所提供的实施例中,优选的,如图3、图5、图7和图8所示,所述光线处理装置300还包括:设置在所述光纤310的出光端313,用于将所述光纤310的出光端313所出射的光线引导进入导光板100内部的光线引导结构。通过设置所述光线引导结构可以将光线按照预定方向射入导光板100内。
本实施例中,优选的,如图5至图8所示,所述光线引导结构包括一棱镜320,所述棱镜320包括设置在所述光纤310的出光端313的棱镜入光面321、在所述预设位置处与所述导光板100的侧面相对的棱镜出光面322及能够将由所述棱镜入光面321入射的光线反射至所述棱镜出光面322的棱镜反射面323,在所述棱镜反射面323上设置有反射膜片或所述棱镜反射面323上涂有反射涂层。
采用上述方案,所述光线引导结构可以采用一棱镜320来实现,结构简单。该棱镜320的结构可以有多种结构形式,对此不进行限定。
还需要说明的是,在本发明所提供的实施例中,如图3所示,所述光纤310的出光端313以及所述光线引导结构设置在导光板100的入光侧的一侧角落位置,在其他实施例中,如图9所示,所述光纤310的出光端313以及所述光线引导结构也可以是设置在导光板100的入光侧的两侧角落位置。
此外,本发明实施例中还提供了一种显示装置,包括如上所述的背光模组。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (12)

1.一种背光模组,包括导光板及设置在所述导光板的入光侧的灯条;其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括:光线处理装置,所述光线处理装置设置在所述导光板的外侧,用于将未进入所述导光板内部的光线进行收集,并将收集后的光线传导至预设位置出射至导光板内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述预设位置包括所述导光板的入光侧的角落。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述光线处理装置包括多根光纤,每一所述光纤包括一入光端、光纤主体及一出光端,其中,所述入光端设置在所述导光板的外侧,用于收集未进入导光板内部的光线;所述出光端设置于预设位置处,用于将由所述光纤主体传导来的光线在所述预设位置处出射。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述光纤的入光端设置在所述导光板的入光侧,用于收集所述导光板的入光侧反射的光线。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
多根所述光纤的入光端在所述灯条的延伸方向上按照预设间距依次排列。
6.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
多根光纤的入光端沿灯条的延伸方向以预设间距等间距地依次排列,且所述灯条上的一个LED灯对应至少两根光纤的入光端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述多根光纤的入光端的数量为所述灯条上的LED灯的数量的整数倍。
8.根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述光线处理装置还包括:光线引导结构,所述光线引导结构设置在所述光纤的出光端,用于将所述光纤的出光端所出射的光线引导进入导光板内部。
9.根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述光线引导结构包括一棱镜,所述棱镜包括设置在所述光纤的出光端的棱镜入光面、在所述预设位置处与所述导光板的侧面相对的棱镜出光面及能够将由所述棱镜入光面入射的光线反射至所述棱镜出光面的棱镜反射面。
10.根据权利要求9所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述棱镜反射面上设置有反射膜片或所述棱镜反射面上涂有反射涂层。
11.根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述灯条包括印刷电路板和设置在印刷电路板上的LED灯,所述光纤的入光端设置在所述灯条的印刷电路板上,并位于LED灯的下方。
12.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至11任一项所述的背光模组。
