本发明涉及塑钢门窗技术领域,具体涉及一种塑钢门窗的生产方法。
背景技术
塑钢门窗具以其良好的保温、隔热、隔音及耐腐蚀性成为钢、木窗的替代品,已经有非常普遍的应用,所谓塑钢门窗就是在塑钢门窗框架的型材空腹中加装钢板制成的钢衬,以提高塑钢门窗框架的强度。当门窗构标尺寸大于或等于规定的长度时,其内腔必须安装钢衬,钢衬的安装不能影响塑料型材的焊接。但在生产过程中由于操作人员的熟练程度、工艺条件等方面原因导致焊接强度不够,影响塑钢门窗的牢固与美观的现象非常常见。据了解,影响焊接强度的主要因素取决于焊接温度、进给压力、夹紧压力、熔融时间、冷却时间等因素。在焊接时焊温过高,会影响塑料型材的美观程度,而且高温条件下塑料分解产生有毒气体;焊温过低,塑料型材之间不能牢固连接,影响使用。同时,进给压力和加紧压力必须达到一定的数值,使塑料型材断面充分贴合,否则影响焊接强度。熔融时间太长,不仅影响效率,而且对塑料型材造成损伤;熔融时间太短,塑料型材之间不能牢固连接。冷却时间太长,影响生产效率;冷却时间太短,型材没有完全冷却。如何确定焊接的最佳温度、进给压力、加紧压力熔融时间、冷却时间一直是确保焊接牢固度和断面效果的难题之一。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种能够效率高、操作方便、焊接牢固的塑钢门窗生产方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现,一种塑钢门窗的生产方法,包括以下步骤:型材切割→铣排水孔→铣锁孔→安装钢衬→焊接→清角→装胶条→装配五金件→安装玻璃→质量检验→成品包装→入库,其特征在于:所述焊接温度为245-265℃,进给压力为0.3-0.35MPa,夹紧压力为0.4-0.6MPa,熔融时间为20-35秒,冷却时间为25-45秒。
优选的,所述焊接温度为260℃,进给压力为0.35MPa,夹紧压力为0.5MPa,熔融时间为30秒,冷却时间为30秒。
优选的,所述焊接分为两种形式:分别为全焊接成形和焊接-螺接成形。
优选的,采用玻璃胶将玻璃与窗扇连接成一整体。
优选的,所述钢衬的紧固件不得少于3个,其间距不大于300mm,距型钢端头不大于100mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果是:本发明是本公司的研发人员经过反复实验,确定了塑钢门窗的最佳焊接工艺,本发明不仅能提高塑钢门窗的焊接强度,而且能节约时间,提高生产效率。

本发明是这样实施的。
1、审阅门窗工艺图纸
首先,仔细审阅工艺图纸、依照图纸式样要求确定所需窗的类型和数量,并结合优化定尺、按同一品种不同窗型搭配制作,以提高使用率、制作率。
2、安全工艺
员工需穿戴整齐,按工作需要穿戴好劳保用品,精神集中预防危险事故的发生,车间内严禁烟火所有人员禁止吸烟。
3、型材切割
主型材下料一般采用双斜锯下料。料的每端留2.5mm~3mm做余量,焊接下料公差应控制在1mm以内,角度公差控制在0.5度以内。型材选用PVC塑料型材,其内腔可以设计出肋、筋、凸台等,可以将空腔分隔成双腔、三腔或者多腔,这样一方面可以更好地起隔热保温作用,另一方面可以使各个空腔有不同的用途,有的用来固定提高其刚度的钢衬,有的用来设置成排水腔,有的内筋可以防止型材变形,有的内筋可以提高型材的刚性,加大型材的惯性矩,且提高型材的抗冲击能力。
4、铣排水孔
框型材要铣排水孔,扇型一般要铣排水孔和气压平衡孔。排水孔的直径为5mm,长为30mm,排水孔不应设置在有钢衬的腔内,也不能穿透设置钢衬的腔窒。
5、铣锁孔
如果要安装传动器和上门锁,要铣锁孔。
6、安装钢衬
当门窗构标尺寸大于或等于规定的长度时,其内腔必须钢衬。另外,对五金件装配处及组合门窗拼接处必须加入钢衬,钢衬的装配在不影响焊接的部位预先插入并固定,在十字型和T型连接处受力部位的型钢应在型材熔融后焊板刚刚提起时对接钢开始时插入,待焊后固定。
钢衬的紧固件不得少于3个,其间距不大于300mm,距型钢端头不大于100mm。整窗单侧安装孔(固定片)不得少于3个,其间距不大于500mm,距窗端头不大于150mm。T型连接处需在中挺两侧150mm处开安装孔。
7、焊接
焊接形式有两种:一种是全焊接成形,另一种为焊接-螺接成形方式。全焊接成形的工艺方法是:将型材按门窗规格进行各杆件下料切割后,再对分格型材各接合点处进行“V ”形槽和各分格型材两端“∧”形锯切,将排水缝、锁孔、配件槽等铣切出来,然后焊接成窗(门)框和窗(门)扇,最后装五金配件使框扇合拢并装玻璃及玻璃压条。其优点是适合于批量生产,雨水不易侵入型材内腔,保护钢衬不被雨水锈蚀;其缺点是型材下料“V”形焊接时,工作量要比焊接-螺接大,生产效率较低,其焊接质量不易控制,焊接后钢衬要趁热马上穿,否则钢衬很难穿入。
焊接-螺接成形的工业方法是:先将门窗型材按门窗规格进行各杆件的下料切割,再对分格型材两个端头铣切成形,使之与窗(门)框、窗(门)扇外侧玻璃挡臂的形状的吻合,并对各杆件的排水缝、锁孔、配件槽等进行铣切加工;然后将窗(门)框焊接成形,再用螺钉将分格型材装到窗(门)框或扇上,最后再安装五金配件,将框扇合拢安装玻璃、玻璃压条而制成成品。
与全焊接相比其优点是下料快捷,组装简单,不需切“V”形口,又切“∧”形端,只铣端头即可,焊接或螺接前装入钢衬,十分方便容易,可以采用四角焊机,工作效率高,“T”形节点的强度较高于焊接,而且分格型材位置可调,便于纠正。其缺点是螺钉孔的位置及大小受人为因素的影响较大,必须用端面铣床、铣刀、端头需用密封胶、玻璃胶或密封垫密封以防雨水对钢衬腐蚀,且分格型材上要设计出专用的“十”字型螺钉孔。
焊接工序是决定门窗质量好坏的关键,控制好焊接工序的步骤如下:
(1)首先要选用符合GB/T8814-1998《门窗框用硬聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材》技术标准各项指标的型材。规定中的12项指标互相联系,互有影响,其中以拉伸强度,低温落锤冲击,简支梁冲击强度对焊角强度有直接的影响,当物理机械性能不合格时,型材的焊角强度就很难合格。
(2)焊接工艺参数的控制
PVC塑料门窗的焊接有5个主要的工艺参数,这5个工艺参数及控制范围如下:焊接温度为245-265℃,进给压力为0.3-0.35MPa,夹紧压力为0.4-0.6MPa,熔融时间为20-35秒,冷却时间为25-45秒。焊接公差应控制在2mm以内。
这5个参数组成一组,每个参数均可改变,参数的排列组合虽然使选择的余地很大,但根据实践经验,当焊接温度为260℃,进给压力为0.35MPa,夹紧压力为0.5MPa,熔融时间为30秒,冷却时间为30秒时,焊接强度达到最佳。
8、清角
清角分手工清角和机械清角,焊接后,一般冷却30分钟后方可开始清角。
9、装胶条
框、扇及玻璃压条,按照要求安装不同类型的胶条毛条。框、扇胶条的上挺部位,胶条长度应长1%左右,防止胶条回缩。胶条毛条安装完毕后无松动、脱槽、中间对接现象。使用硅化且中间带分水片的胶条比普通胶条的密封性能高。
10、装配五金件
塑钢门窗成品由框与扇两者通过五金件装配而成。五金件装配的原则是:要有足够的强度,正确位置,满足各项功能以及便于更换,五金件应固定在插入的增强型衬钢上,五金件固定螺丝必须安装齐全,五金件的安装位置也要严格按照标准执行。
11、安装玻璃
在要安装玻璃的部位,先放入玻璃垫块,将切割好的玻璃放在垫块上,然后通过玻璃压条将玻璃固定夹紧。 也可以采用玻璃胶将玻璃与窗扇连接成一整体,其优点是:1)玻璃胶将玻璃与窗扇连接成一整体,提高窗扇的抗风压能力;2)玻璃胶涂抹均匀后其密封性比橡胶密封条密封强得多,不存在因玻璃垫块安装不当致使窗扇变形的问题,因为橡胶条受温度影响伸缩率较大,其耐老化性较差。
12、及质量检验
塑料门窗组装完毕,要进行严格的质量检验。
A、外观检验:门窗表面应光洁,无气泡和裂纹,颜色均匀,焊缝平整,不得有明显伤痕,杂质等缺陷;
B、外观尺寸检验:严格控制门窗质量在国家行业标准允许偏差内;
C、密封条装毛条配均匀,接口严密,无脱槽现象;
D、密封条装配应牢固,转角部位对接处的间隙应不大于1mm,不得在同一边使用两根或两根以上胶条;
E、五金配件安装位置正确、数量齐全、安装牢固。
F、进行焊角强度实验,观察焊角有无裂缝。
G、气密性也是一个不容忽视的问题。所谓气密就是在正常关闭的门窗内外压差作用下空气的渗透量。影响气密性的不利因素有三种:1)力差的存在 ; 2)缝隙;3)存在温差。
实际制作中有一些常用的解决方法:1)内外排水孔(缝)不宜相对,而应左右错开50-100mm;
2)平开窗的密封条不能弯曲变形,转角处不能形成硬死角;
3)推拉窗毛条要密封到位,与型材有良好的接触,保证一定的压缩量,防盗、防风块要确实起到其作用;
4)执手安装合理,保证窗扇由四周均匀受力,密封良好;
5)密封配件及组装保证框扇搭接量尺寸。
H、影响窗的水密性也存在三方面原因:1)存在缝隙及孔洞; 2)存在雨水,3)压力差。
只有三个条件同时存在时才能产生渗漏,而雨水的存在是客观的事实不受人为因素的影响,因此合理布置排水系统,开内、外排水孔(缝)时要注意,尽量开在型材最低的位置,避免造成型材内部积水。另外根据连通器原理,雨水渗漏是由于外部气压大于室内气压+室内外的水面高度差所产生的压力。解决的方法之一是将室内密封好至使雨水不能漫过型材进入室内,另外一种方法是型材设计时加高室内挡水板的高度,每增加10mm的高度,便能阻挡单位面积上1kg的水量。这样可以有效抑制水漫入室内。
13、成品包装
门窗制作完毕出厂前,防止污染需打好包装,包装应在门窗易受污染处,在不影响安装的前提下,单侧包装。单侧包装胶带不少于3点其间距不大于600mm。包装后在显著位置标明窗型尺寸。

Claims (5)

1.一种塑钢门窗的生产方法,包括以下步骤:型材切割→铣排水孔→铣锁孔→安装钢衬→焊接→清角→装胶条→装配五金件→安装玻璃→质量检验→成品包装→入库,其特征在于:所述焊接温度为245-265℃,进给压力为0.3-0.35MPa,夹紧压力为0.4-0.6MPa,熔融时间为20-35秒,冷却时间为25-45秒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑钢门窗的生产方法,其特征在于:优选焊接温度为260℃,进给压力为0.35MPa,夹紧压力为0.5MPa,熔融时间为30秒,冷却时间为30秒。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑钢门窗的生产方法,其特征在于:所述焊接分为两种形式:分别为全焊接成形和焊接-螺接成形。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑钢门窗的生产方法,其特征在于:采用玻璃胶将玻璃与窗扇连接成一整体。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑钢门窗的生产方法,其特征在于:所述钢衬的紧固件不得少于3个,其间距不大于300mm,距型钢端头不大于100mm。
