Abstract
本发明公开了一种无溶剂聚氨酯足球革,包括面层和发泡层,所述面层和发泡层均采用双组份聚氨酯树脂制成,该双组份聚氨酯树脂由A组分和B组分制成,其中A组分为无溶剂羟基混合物树脂,B组分为异氰酸酯,A、B组分的用量分别以OH和NCO计、二者的OH:NCO质量比为2:1~1.5;所述A组分的质量份数组成为:无溶剂羟基混合物树脂100份,填料10~25份,无溶剂色浆0.1~2.5份,催化剂0.1~0.4份。同时,本发明还公开了无溶剂聚氨酯足球革的制备方法。本发明科学简单,无污染能耗低,节约投资,产品质量优异。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于合成革领域,具体涉及一种无溶剂聚氨酯足球革及其制备方法。
背景技术
无溶剂聚氨酯足球革主要采用无溶剂聚氨酯树脂替代传统溶剂型聚氨酯树脂来生产。目前国内停留于溶剂型树脂来生产,其DMF溶剂残留,在生产及使用场所造成环境污染问题不能得到彻底有效解决。
无溶剂聚氨酯足球革加工采用无溶剂聚氨酯树脂代替溶剂型树脂为原料,通过新型制革生产线制得革成品。无溶剂树脂不含有毒的有机化学溶剂,对环境无危害,达到生态环保的高要求。合成革上用无溶剂聚氨酯是目前最新的高科技材料。而采用无溶剂聚氨酯树脂研制体育领域用足球革难度更大,国际上尚无该项产品,我国合成革用无溶剂聚氨酯的研究起步相对较迟。采用无溶剂聚氨酯树脂制造足球用合成革国内技术应用还处于摸索阶段。目前足球用合成革基于聚氯乙烯、溶剂型聚氨酯等品种。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种无溶剂聚氨酯足球革。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述无溶剂聚氨酯足球革的制备方法。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来实现的:一种无溶剂聚氨酯足球革,包括面层和发泡层,所述面层和发泡层均采用双组份聚氨酯树脂制成,该双组份聚氨酯树脂由A组分和B组分制成,其中A组分为无溶剂羟基混合物树脂,B组分为异氰酸酯,A、B组分的用量分别以OH和NCO计、二者的OH:NCO质量比为2:1~1.5;所述A组分的质量份数组成为:无溶剂羟基混合物树脂100份,填料10~25份,无溶剂色浆0.1~2.5份,催化剂0.1~0.4份。
其中,所述无溶剂羟基混合物树脂为无溶剂聚酯多元醇混合树脂或无溶剂聚醚多元醇混合树脂;所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯。
其中,所述无溶剂羟基混合物树脂为无溶剂聚酯多元醇混合树脂;所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯;无溶剂羟基混合物树脂部分和异氰酸酯部分分别以OH和NCO计、二者的OH:NCO质量比为 2:1.1~1.5。
其中,所述催化剂为叔胺类催化剂或有机金属类催化剂。
其中,所述面层和发泡层利用双组份在线固化的工艺进行浇注烘干制得。
无溶剂聚氨酯足球革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.浇注面料:将无溶剂树脂面层树脂A组分与B组分根据配比按质量比2:1.2,分别通过料罐气压至无溶剂干法设备线上进行混合并浇注到离型纸(平纹纸)上,通过喷枪浇注机实现均匀涂覆,80℃烘干,烘干时间为4min;
2.浇注发泡层树脂:在上述烘干的面层树脂上,与步骤1工艺一样,浇注无溶剂的发泡层树脂A组分和重钙混合后与B组分根据配比按质量比2:1.2比进行浇注,并进行100°烘干时间为2min半烘干;
3.贴合、熟化:将步骤2所得半烘干的发泡层树脂贴合基布后进行烘箱熟化, 100°烘干时间为6min;
4.分离收卷:上述步骤3到产品熟化后进行离型纸剥离,收卷得到所需的无溶剂聚氨酯足球革。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,具有如下优点:
1.本发明从源头上杜绝了污染,所用原材料中不含任何有机溶剂,对生产者及使用者均无任何危害,产品环保、生态,为合成革行业目前最前沿产品,VOC接近0;
2.能耗低,因本产品不含溶剂,无需溶剂排放,无需排风装置,极大的降低了综合能耗;
3.节约投资,因本产品不含溶剂,无需溶剂回收及废水处理装置,降低了投资规模;
4.产品质量优异:本发明为达到低VOC要求,采用的是无溶剂聚氨酯树脂属于双组份交联固化型,且成膜丰满,其物理性能远远超过溶剂型聚氨酯,具有极佳的耐化学品性能,若采用耐黄变的脂肪族异氰酸酯,其耐黄变性能测试超过4级以上。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种无溶剂聚氨酯足球革,该合成革主要分面层和发泡层,为彻底降低VOC,面层与发泡层均采用双组份无溶剂聚氨酯制备而成,利用双组份在线固化的工艺进行浇注烘干制得。双组份聚氨酯树脂分为A\B两个组分。A组分为无溶剂羟基混合物树脂部分,B组分为异氰酸酯树脂部分。A组分的质量组成:无溶剂聚酯多元醇混合树脂100份,填料10份,无溶剂色浆0.2份,叔胺类催化剂0.1份。
具体制备方法包括如下步骤:
1.浇注面料:将无溶剂树脂面层树脂A组分与B组分根据配比按质量比2:1.2,分别通过料罐气压至无溶剂干法设备线上进行混合并浇注到离型纸(平纹纸)上,通过喷枪浇注机实现均匀涂覆。80℃烘干,烘干时间为4min。
2.浇注发泡层树脂:在上述烘干的面层树脂上,与步骤1工艺一样,浇注无溶剂的发泡层树脂A组分和重钙混合后与B组分根据配比按质量比2:1.2比进行浇注,并进行100°烘干时间为2min半烘干。
3.贴合、熟化:将步骤2的半烘干的发泡层树脂贴合基布后进行烘箱熟化。 100°烘干时间为6min。
4.分离收卷:上述步骤3到产品熟化后进行离型纸剥离,收卷得到所需的无溶剂聚氨酯足球革。
实施例2:
将无溶剂树脂面层树脂A组分与B组分根据配比按质量比2:1.2,分别通过料罐气压至无溶剂干法设备线上进行混合并浇注到离型纸(平纹纸)上,通过喷枪浇注机实现均匀涂覆,80℃烘干,烘干时间为4min;在烘干的面层树脂上,与上述工艺一样,浇注无溶剂的发泡层树脂A组分和重钙混合后与B组分根据配比按质量比2:1.2比进行浇注,并进行100°烘干时间为2min半烘干;将所得半烘干的发泡层树脂贴合基布后进行烘箱熟化, 100°烘干时间为6min;将产品熟化后进行离型纸剥离,收卷得到所需的无溶剂聚氨酯足球革。

1.一种无溶剂聚氨酯足球革,其特征在于,包括面层和发泡层,所述面层和发泡层均采用双组份聚氨酯树脂制成,该双组份聚氨酯树脂由A组分和B组分制成,其中A组分为无溶剂羟基混合物树脂,B组分为异氰酸酯, A、B组分的用量分别以OH和NCO计、二者的OH:NCO质量比为2:1~1.5;所述A组分的质量份数组成为:无溶剂羟基混合物树脂100份,填料10~25份,无溶剂色浆0.1~2.5份,催化剂0.1~0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂聚氨酯足球革,其特征在于所述无溶剂羟基混合物树脂为无溶剂聚酯多元醇混合树脂或无溶剂聚醚多元醇混合树脂;所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无溶剂聚氨酯足球革,其特征在于所述无溶剂羟基混合物树脂为无溶剂聚酯多元醇混合树脂;所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯;无溶剂羟基混合物树脂部分和异氰酸酯部分分别以OH和NCO计、二者的OH:NCO质量比为 2:1.1~1.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂聚氨酯足球革,其特征在于,所述催化剂为叔胺类催化剂或有机金属类催化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂聚氨酯足球革,其特征在于所述面层和发泡层利用双组份在线固化的工艺进行浇注烘干制得。
6.权利要求1所述的无溶剂聚氨酯足球革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1.浇注面料:将无溶剂树脂面层树脂A组分与B组分根据配比按质量比2:1.2,分别通过料罐气压至无溶剂干法设备线上进行混合并浇注到离型纸(平纹纸)上,通过喷枪浇注机实现均匀涂覆,80℃烘干,烘干时间为4min;
2.浇注发泡层树脂:在上述烘干的面层树脂上,与步骤1工艺一样,浇注无溶剂的发泡层树脂A组分和重钙混合后与B组分根据配比按质量比2:1.2比进行浇注,并进行100°烘干时间为2min半烘干;
3.贴合、熟化:将步骤2所得半烘干的发泡层树脂贴合基布后进行烘箱熟化, 100°烘干时间为6min;
4.分离收卷:上述步骤3到产品熟化后进行离型纸剥离,收卷得到所需的无溶剂聚氨酯足球革。
