Abstract

本发明涉及一种利用蛋白酶预处理的负鼠毛纤维防毡缩方法,纤维先在平平加O中去除游离油性杂质,再依次采用过氧化氢进行氧化处理,提高纤维表面的亲水性,再在亚硫酸氢钠、碳酸钠中进行还原,之后利用蛋白酶溶液中进行减量反应,最后进行蛋白酶的失活处理。通过本发明,利用蛋白酶用于负鼠毛的防毡缩处理技术是最有可能代替氯化防毡缩的生态防毡缩技术,利于生态环境保护;另一方面,处理后同时可使负鼠毛细胞膜复合物的结构发生变化,增强染料分子在该区域内的扩散能力,降低染色位能,提高毛纤维的染色活性,从而实现毛的低温染色。

Description

一种利用蛋白酶预处理的负鼠毛纤维防毡缩方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种利用蛋白酶处理的负鼠毛纤维防毡缩方法,属于对负鼠毛纤维加工的应用技术研究。
【背景技术】
负鼠毛纤维鳞片表面形态,如存在裂纹,鳞片边缘的形状主要呈锯齿状、环状、瓣状、瓦片状。鳞片高度高、倾角大,鳞片与鳞片之间不是镶嵌连接。从而造成织物润湿性差、毡缩率高的缺陷。以提高负鼠毛织物的服用性能,如光泽好、防毡缩、手感柔软、色泽鲜艳、不易起球等特点,由此可满足“机可洗”易护理整理的需求。
现阶段用于毛防毡缩处理主要是用氯化-赫克塞特整理法,即先用含氯氧化剂破坏鳞片层,再用树脂整理,在纤维表面形成一层薄膜,将鳞片层包裹起来。这种方法能使羊毛织物达到机可洗标准,织物手感也较好,成本低且产量高,但因羊毛氯化过程产生的可吸收有机卤化物(AOX)毒性很高,造成严重的生态环境污染,很多发达国家的法律已限制使用。
【发明内容】
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能减少环境污染的利用蛋白酶处理的负鼠毛纤维防毡缩方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种利用蛋白酶预处理的负鼠毛纤维防毡缩方法,纤维先在平平加O中去除游离油性杂质,再依次采用过氧化氢进行氧化处理,提高纤维表面的亲水性,再在亚硫酸氢钠、碳酸钠中进行还原,之后利用蛋白酶溶液中进行减量反应,最后进行蛋白酶的失活处理;
具体步骤为:
(1)预处理:将负鼠毛纤维置于质量分数为1%的平平加O溶剂中,在40-50度环境下热洗1h,最后以乙醇及热水洗除纤维残留杂质;
(2)纤维的氧化处理:常温下,配置过氧化氢混合溶液,将纤维置于混合溶液中反应;
氧化处理工艺条件:处理浴为含质量浓度30%过氧化氢4-6%的溶液,pH3.0~5.0,常温,处理时间20~40mins;
(3)纤维的还原处理:利用亚硫酸氢钠对纤维进行还原处理,加入碳酸钠进行中和反应;
还原处理工艺条件:将温度升至30℃-40℃,加入亚硫酸氢钠6-8%,反应20mins;加入碳酸钠,按照浴比2克/升,反应15mins;
(4)蛋白酶处理纤维:氧化处理后的负鼠毛在蛋白酶溶液中浸渍处理,处理后充分净洗;
蛋白酶处理工艺条件:调节PH范围在7.5-8.5之间,加入蛋白酶反应30mins;
(5)蛋白酶失活处理:升温至70-80℃,调节PH范围在4-4.5之间,反应10mins;
(6)水洗:灭酶后织物分别以热水和冷水充分水洗。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明利用蛋白酶用于负鼠毛的防毡缩处理技术是最有可能代替氯化防毡缩的生态防毡缩技术,利于生态环境保护;另一方面,处理后同时可使负鼠毛细胞膜复合物的结构发生变化,增强染料分子在该区域内的扩散能力,降低染色位能,提高毛纤维的染色活性,从而实现毛的低温染色。

【具体实施方式】
下面通过具体实施例对本发明所述的一种利用蛋白酶预处理的负鼠毛纤维防毡缩方法作进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,一种利用蛋白酶预处理的负鼠毛纤维防毡缩方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:将负鼠毛纤维置于质量分数为1%的平平加O溶剂中,在40-50度环境下热洗1h,最后以乙醇及热水洗除纤维残留杂质;
(2)纤维的氧化处理:常温下,配置过氧化氢混合溶液,将纤维置于混合溶液中反应;
氧化处理工艺条件:处理浴为含质量浓度30%过氧化氢4-6%的溶液,pH3.0~5.0,常温,处理时间20~40mins;
(3)纤维的还原处理:利用亚硫酸氢钠对纤维进行还原处理,加入碳酸钠进行中和反应;
还原处理工艺条件:将温度升至30℃-40℃,加入亚硫酸氢钠6-8%,反应20mins;加入碳酸钠,按照浴比2克/升,反应15mins;
(4)蛋白酶处理纤维:氧化处理后的负鼠毛在蛋白酶溶液中浸渍处理,处理后充分净洗;

1.一种利用蛋白酶预处理的负鼠毛纤维防毡缩方法,其特征在于:纤维先在平平加O中去除游离油性杂质,再依次采用过氧化氢进行氧化处理,提高纤维表面的亲水性,再在亚硫酸氢钠、碳酸钠中进行还原,之后利用蛋白酶溶液中进行减量反应,最后进行蛋白酶的失活处理;
具体步骤为:
(1)预处理:将负鼠毛纤维置于质量分数为1%的平平加O溶剂中,在40-50度环境下热洗1h,最后以乙醇及热水洗除纤维残留杂质;
(2)纤维的氧化处理:常温下,配置过氧化氢混合溶液,将纤维置于混合溶液中反应;
