本发明所述一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨,按照重量百分比,其原料包括:去离子水80‑90%,渐变活性剂0.2‑1%,己内酰胺1‑3%,聚乙二醇PEG800 2‑10%,乙二醇2‑10%,色料0.2‑1%,其避免了使用时产生苯、酮、苯酚、甲酸等挥发物,有利于改善工作环境,有利于环境和生产人员健康保护,而且成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油墨,具体地说,涉及一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨及其配制方法。
背景技术
油墨的种类很多,物理性质各不相同,有的很稠、很黏,有的去相当稀。它的成分可以分为三大部分:其中液体成分称为连结料:固体成分为色料(颜料或染料)以及各种助剂。不同的油墨其干燥方式也不同;不同印刷过程所使用的油墨不同;不同的承印物材料使用的油墨也不同。
油墨应该具有一定的流动性,并且满足各种印刷过程所要求的性质,能够在印品上迅速干燥,干燥后的墨膜应该具有相应的各种耐水、耐酸、耐碱、耐光、耐擦、耐磨等耐抗性。
溶剂型油墨将在很长一段时间内不会遭到淘汰,并且这种受人欢迎的油墨能够很好地渗透到承印物上,从而确保了户外印品对耐久性的需求。溶剂型油墨具有耐久性强,成本低(尤其是当从第三方生产厂家购买油墨的时候,成本优势更为突出)等优点。
虽然溶剂型油墨有这么多的优点,但是它也存在着一些劣势。最主要的是其干燥方式是通过溶剂的蒸发,因此,必须考虑溶剂的蒸发会影响室内空气质量(室内通风要有适当的通风措施来保证工作室内的人身安全);室外的空气质量(使用了溶剂油墨而产生的溶剂蒸发或许会触犯到所在地区空气质量条例)。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨及其配制方法,避免了使用时产生苯、酮、苯酚、甲酸等挥发物,有利于改善工作环境,有利于环境和生产人员健康保护,而且稳定性好。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨,按照重量百分比,其原料包括:去离子水80-90%,渐变活性剂0.2-1%,己内酰胺1-3%,聚乙二醇PEG800 2-10%,乙二醇2-10%,色料0.2-1%。
进一步,按照重量百分比,其原料包括:去离子水87%,渐变活性剂0.5%,己内酰胺2%,聚乙二醇PEG800 5%,乙二醇5%,色料0.5%。
进一步,所述渐变活性剂为烷基硫酸酯盐或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐。
进一步,还加入所述油墨1-2%的纳米碳酸钙。
进一步,在去离子水中加入色料,渐变活性剂,己内酰胺,聚乙二醇PEG800,乙二醇后50℃条件下充分搅拌1小时,然后降温到30℃,继续搅拌30分钟后,在50~70℃条件下静置3小时熟化;再通过纳滤膜设备过滤;经过超声波除去溶液中的气泡制成墨水。
进一步,所述去离子水中还加入纳米碳酸钙。
进一步,所述纳滤膜设备的膜孔径为0.3-0.8μm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:

以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明所述一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨,按照重量百分比,其原料包括:去离子水87%,渐变活性剂0.5%,己内酰胺2%,聚乙二醇PEG800 5%,乙二醇5%,色料0.5%。
其中,渐变活性剂为烷基硫酸酯盐或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐。
同时,还加入油墨1.5%的纳米碳酸钙,有助于印刷时油墨吸附于面料上,起到物理稳定的作用。
一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨的配制方法,在去离子水中加入色料,纳米碳酸钙,渐变活性剂,己内酰胺,聚乙二醇PEG800,乙二醇后50℃条件下充分搅拌1小时,然后降温到30℃,继续搅拌30分钟后,在50~70℃条件下静置3小时熟化;再通过纳滤膜设备过滤,纳滤膜设备的膜孔径为0.3-0.8μm;经过超声波除去溶液中的气泡制成墨水。

1.一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨,其特征在于,按照重量百分比,其原料包括:去离子水80-90%,渐变活性剂0.2-1%,己内酰胺1-3%,聚乙二醇PEG800 2-10%,乙二醇2-10%,色料0.2-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨,其特征在于,按照重量百分比,其原料包括:去离子水87%,渐变活性剂0.5%,己内酰胺2%,聚乙二醇PEG800 5%,乙二醇5%,色料0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨,其特征在于,所述渐变活性剂为烷基硫酸酯盐或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨,其特征在于,还加入所述油墨1-2%的纳米碳酸钙。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨的配制方法,其特征在于,在去离子水中加入色料,渐变活性剂,己内酰胺,聚乙二醇PEG800,乙二醇后50℃条件下充分搅拌1小时,然后降温到30℃,继续搅拌30分钟后,在50~70℃条件下静置3小时熟化;再通过纳滤膜设备过滤;经过超声波除去溶液中的气泡制成墨水。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨的配制方法,其特征在于,所述去离子水中还加入纳米碳酸钙。
7.根据权利要求5所述一种用于印花机的高稳定性油墨的配制方法,其特征在于,所述纳滤膜设备的膜孔径为0.3-0.8μm。
