Abstract

本发明公开了一种双面分色塑木地板,包括以下质量百分比的组分:50~60%的沙林树脂,25~35%的HDPE,1~5%的相容剂,1~5%的抗氧剂和1~5%的颜料。同时,本发明还公开了上述双面分色塑木地板的制备方法。本发明与传统技术相比,通过上下挤出机进行同时拉挤,达到双面分色的效果,提高了视觉效果。

技术领域
本发明属于塑木业领域,具体涉及一种一种双面分色塑木地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑木户外地板主要材料为PE和木粉或者竹粉,经过加入助剂,高速混合后,进行造粒,再使用挤出机将粒料挤出成型材,此类地板可用于园林景观,别墅等户外平台。传统的塑木地板为同一颜色,作为户外建筑在视觉方面的效果不够丰富。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种双面分色塑木地板塑木地板。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述双面分色塑木地板的制备方法。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种双面分色塑木地板,包括以下质量百分比的组分:50~60%的沙林树脂,25~35%的HDPE,1~5%的相容剂,1~5%的抗氧剂和1~5%的颜料。
其中,所述相容剂为PE-g-ST或PP-g-ST。
其中,所述抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚或3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基。
其中,所述颜料为炭黑、朱砂或柠檬黄。
制备双面分色塑木地板的方法,将沙林树脂, HDPE,相容剂和抗氧剂混合10~15min后通入上下相连的两台挤出机,向两台挤出机中分别加入颜料,在130~165℃下两台挤出机同时拉挤成型。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,通过上下挤出机进行同时拉挤,达到双面分色的效果,提高了视觉效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将质量百分比为50%的沙林树脂,25%的HDPE, 5%的相容剂, 5%的抗氧剂混合10~15min后通入上下相连的两台挤出机,向两台挤出机中分别加入5%的颜料,在130~165℃下两台挤出机同时拉挤成型。
实施例2:
将质量百分比为60%的沙林树脂,30%的HDPE,2%的相容剂,3%的抗氧剂混合10~15min后通入上下相连的两台挤出机,向两台挤出机中分别加入5%的颜料,在130~165℃下两台挤出机同时拉挤成型。
实施例3:
将质量百分比为55%的沙林树脂, 35%的HDPE,1%的相容剂,5%的抗氧剂混合10~15min后通入上下相连的两台挤出机,向两台挤出机中分别加入4%的颜料,在130~165℃下两台挤出机同时拉挤成型。
实施例4:
将质量百分比为60%的沙林树脂,30%的HDPE,2%的相容剂,5%的抗氧剂混合10~15min后通入上下相连的两台挤出机,向两台挤出机中分别加入3%的颜料,在130~165℃下两台挤出机同时拉挤成型。
实施例5:
将质量百分比为55%的沙林树脂,30%的HDPE, 5%的相容剂, 5%的抗氧剂混合10~15min后通入上下相连的两台挤出机,向两台挤出机中分别加入5%的颜料,在130~165℃下两台挤出机同时拉挤成型。

1.一种双面分色塑木地板,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:50~60%的沙林树脂,25~35%的HDPE,1~5%的相容剂,1~5%的抗氧剂和1~5%的颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面分色塑木地板,其特征在于,所述相容剂为PE-g-ST或PP-g-ST。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双面分色塑木地板,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚或3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双面分色塑木地板,其特征在于,所述颜料为炭黑、朱砂或柠檬黄。
5.制备双面分色塑木地板的方法,其特征在于,将沙林树脂, HDPE,相容剂和抗氧剂混合10~15min后通入上下相连的两台挤出机,向两台挤出机中分别加入颜料,在130~165℃下两台挤出机同时拉挤成型。
