Abstract
本发明所述的具有电缆收放功能的采煤机,包括位于成排布置的多个液压支架顶梁下方的采煤机本体以及固连在采煤机本体机尾处的电缆,液压支架顶梁上分别设置有电缆导向连接件,电缆导向连接件下端连接有电缆导向槽;采煤机本体中段设置有放缆装置,采煤机本体机头处设置有收缆装置;电缆自靠近采煤机本体机尾处的电缆导向槽中穿入,在电缆导向槽中间段下行后经放缆装置再上行回至电缆导向槽中引出,并绕制在收缆装置上。本发明将采煤机电缆改为设置在液压支架顶梁上,并设置收放电缆速度与采煤机运行速度同步的收缆装置和放缆装置,在采煤机的运动过程中,电缆始终保持拉伸状态,有效避免了电缆悬垂从而被脱落煤壁掩埋和破坏的现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及采煤设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种具有电缆收放功能的采煤机。
背景技术
现有采煤机电缆一般布置在运输机电缆槽中,并穿设在用于保护电缆的电缆夹里。采煤机沿工作面反复调向行走进行双向割煤时,会拖动电缆夹夹持电缆随之移动,但由于采煤机和电缆夹动作不同步,经常造成电缆夹叠加,从而使相邻电缆夹之间的电缆产生弯曲悬垂现象;同时工作面煤壁在采煤机工作时会不断出现大块脱落的煤壁,容易将采煤机电缆掩埋和破坏,存在特别大的安全因素。通常需要专人跟机维护,消除煤壁掩埋悬垂电缆的现象,防止电缆被破坏,避免影响采煤工作。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有电缆收放功能的采煤机,目的在于解决采煤机电缆悬垂、容易被脱落煤壁掩埋和破坏的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的具有电缆收放功能的采煤机,包括位于成排布置的多个液压支架顶梁下方的采煤机本体以及固连在所述采煤机本体机尾处的电缆,所述液压支架顶梁上分别设置有电缆导向连接件,所述电缆导向连接件下端连接有电缆导向槽;所述采煤机本体中段设置有放缆装置,采煤机本体机头处设置有收缆装置;所述电缆自靠近采煤机本体机尾处的所述电缆导向槽中穿入,在电缆导向槽中间段下行后经所述放缆装置再上行回至电缆导向槽中引出,并绕制在所述收缆装置上。
所述电缆导向连接件为铰连在所述液压支架顶梁上的链条。
所述电缆导向槽分段设置,并依次相连。
本发明提供的具有电缆收放功能的采煤机,将采煤机电缆由布置在运输机电缆槽中改为在设置在液压支架顶梁上,并设置收放电缆速度与采煤机运行速度同步的收缆装置和放缆装置。当采煤机沿工作面由机头向机尾方向前进时,采煤机电缆由放缆装置牵引拉出后放置在电缆导向槽中;当采煤机沿工作面由机尾向机头方向前进时,采煤机电缆由收缆装置驱动,缠绕收卷储存在收缆装置内。在采煤机的运动过程中,电缆始终保持拉伸状态,有效避免了电缆悬垂从而被脱落煤壁掩埋和破坏的现象。本发明可用于综采工作面智能化无人操作系统,有效减少采煤设备的维修次数,提高采煤工作的安全系数。

具体实施方式
采煤机工作时,需要在沿工作面方面成排布置多个液压支架进行支撑,如图1-3所示,本发明所述的具有电缆收放功能的采煤机,包括位于液压支架顶梁1下方的采煤机本体2以及固连在采煤机本体2机尾处的电缆3,该电缆3引出后的布置位置与以往相比有所改变,现有设备通常将电缆3布置在运输机电缆槽中,而本发明则将电缆3设置在采煤机本体2上方的液压支架顶梁1上,并通过分别设置在采煤机本体2中段和机头处的放缆装置6和收缆装置7进行牵拉和收卷。具体地,在每个液压支架顶梁1上分别铰链设置一个电缆导向连接件4,电缆导向连接件4下端与电缆导向槽5相连。电缆3自采煤机本体2机尾引出后,从靠近采煤机本体机尾处的电缆导向槽5穿入,在电缆导向槽5中间段下行后经放缆装置6再上行回至电缆导向槽5中引出,并绕制在收缆装置7上。
该电缆导向连接件4为链条,也可以是其他形式的连接件。电缆导向槽5可以可分段设置,并依次相连。当液压支架逐个向前推进时,电缆导向连接件4和电缆导向槽5可以在液压支架的运动方向上前后移动,避免发生拗断现象。放缆装置6由采煤机本身提供或采购市售设备,安装在采煤机中段,与采煤机同步运动。收缆装置7可以采用卷扬机,设置在工作面采煤机机头方向的转载机上。上述收缆装置7和放缆装置6的收放电缆速度与采煤机运行速度同步。
当采煤机本体2沿工作面由机头向机尾方向前进时,采煤机电缆3由放缆装置6牵引拉出后放置在电缆导向槽5中;当采煤机本体2沿工作面由机尾向机头方向前进时,采煤机电缆3由收缆装置7驱动,缠绕收卷储存在收缆装置7内。在采煤机的运动过程中,电缆3始终保持拉伸状态,有效避免了电缆3悬垂从而被脱落煤壁掩埋和破坏的现象。本发明可用于综采工作面智能化无人操作系统,有效减少采煤设备的维修次数,提高采煤工作的安全系数。
Claims (3)
1.一种具有电缆收放功能的采煤机,包括位于成排布置的多个液压支架顶梁(1)下方的采煤机本体(2)以及固连在所述采煤机本体(2)机尾处的电缆(3),其特征在于:所述液压支架顶梁(1)上分别设置有电缆导向连接件(4),所述电缆导向连接件(4)下端连接有电缆导向槽(5);所述采煤机本体(2)中段设置有放缆装置(6),采煤机本体(2)机头处设置有收缆装置(7);所述电缆(3)自靠近采煤机本体(2)机尾处的所述电缆导向槽(5)中穿入,在电缆导向槽(5)中间段下行后经所述放缆装置(6)再上行回至电缆导向槽(5)中引出,并绕制在所述收缆装置(7)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有电缆收放功能的采煤机,其特征在于:所述电缆导向连接件(4)为铰连在所述液压支架顶梁(1)上的链条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有电缆收放功能的采煤机,其特征在于:所述电缆导向槽(5)分段设置,并依次相连。
