Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种对产品降温的绝缘骨架注塑模具,通过在动模顶部和底部设置安装块来安装纵向气缸,纵向气缸连接安装条来安装伸入杆,伸入杆头部设置吹气头,当动模和定模开模时,接近感应器开始靠近定模处,当接近感应器感应不到定模时,纵向气缸启动将伸入杆往动模和定模之间伸入使吹气头对着成型块和左成型腔从而对产品进行吹气降温,设置时间继电器,当吹气一定时间后,纵向气缸将伸入杆推出,十分方便,效率高,适用于生产中。

技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘骨架的注塑生产领域,尤其涉及一种对产品降温的绝缘骨架注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑机又名注射成型机或注射机。它是将热塑性塑料或热固性塑料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备。注塑机中最主要的就是注塑模具。我公司主要生产绝缘骨架,绝缘骨架采用注塑模具进行注塑。绝缘骨架种类有多种,绝缘骨架在模具中注塑完毕后需要开模下料,注塑开模后的定模和动模表面温度高,若是需要对人工取产品的话,产品温度也高,会伤害工人,但是目前的模具部具备此功能。因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种对产品降温的绝缘骨架注塑模具,通过在动模顶部和底部设置安装块来安装纵向气缸,纵向气缸连接安装条来安装伸入杆,伸入杆头部设置吹气头,当动模和定模开模时,接近感应器开始靠近定模处,当接近感应器感应不到定模时,纵向气缸启动将伸入杆往动模和定模之间伸入使吹气头对着成型块和左成型腔从而对产品进行吹气降温,设置时间继电器,当吹气一定时间后,纵向气缸将伸入杆推出,十分方便,效率高,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种对产品降温的绝缘骨架注塑模具,包括有动模和定模,所述动模在左,定模在右;所述动模顶部和顶部靠近内侧均设置可拆卸的安装块,安装块外侧设置有纵向气缸,所述纵向气缸外侧为活塞杆,活塞杆头部连接有安装条,安装条向右伸在动模右侧;所述安装条右端内侧设置有伸入杆,伸入杆可伸入动模和定模之间,伸入杆头部左侧设置有2-4个吹气头。
进一步改进在于:所述伸入杆头部右侧设置有接近感应器,接近感应器位于当动模和定模合在一起时靠近定模处。
进一步改进在于:所述纵向气缸左侧设置时间继电器用于控制纵向气缸的运行时间。
进一步改进在于:所述定模内左侧为右成型腔;所述动模内右侧为成型块,成型块外侧为左成型腔,所述吹气头伸入动模和定模之间时正对着成型块和左成型腔。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在动模顶部和底部设置安装块来安装纵向气缸,纵向气缸连接安装条来安装伸入杆,伸入杆头部设置吹气头,当动模和定模开模时,接近感应器开始靠近定模处,当接近感应器感应不到定模时,纵向气缸启动将伸入杆往动模和定模之间伸入使吹气头对着成型块和左成型腔从而对产品进行吹气降温,设置时间继电器,当吹气一定时间后,纵向气缸将伸入杆推出,十分方便,效率高,适用于生产中。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种对产品降温的绝缘骨架注塑模具,包括有动模1和定模2,所述动模1在左,定模2在右;所述动模1顶部和顶部靠近内侧均设置可拆卸的安装块3,安装块3外侧设置有纵向气缸4,所述纵向气缸4外侧为活塞杆5,活塞杆5头部连接有安装条6,安装条6向右伸在动模1右侧;所述安装条6右端内侧设置有伸入杆7,伸入杆7可伸入动模1和定模2之间,伸入杆7头部左侧设置有3个吹气头8。所述伸入杆7头部右侧设置有接近感应器9,接近感应器9位于当动模1和定模2合在一起时靠近定模2处。所述纵向气缸4左侧设置时间继电器10用于控制纵向气缸4的运行时间。所述定模2内左侧为右成型腔11;所述动模1内右侧为成型块12,成型块12外侧为左成型腔13,所述吹气头8伸入动模1和定模2之间时正对着成型块12和左成型腔13。
通过在动模1顶部和底部设置安装块3来安装纵向气缸4,纵向气缸4连接安装条6来安装伸入杆7,伸入杆7头部设置吹气头8,当动模1和定模2开模时,接近感应器9开始靠近定模2处,当接近感应器9感应不到定模时,纵向气缸4启动将伸入杆7往动模1和定模2之间伸入使吹气头8对着成型块12和左成型腔13从而对产品进行吹气降温,设置时间继电器10,当吹气一定时间后,纵向气缸4将伸入杆7推出,十分方便,效率高,适用于生产中。

1.一种对产品降温的绝缘骨架注塑模具,包括有动模(1)和定模(2),其特征在于:所述动模(1)在左,定模(2)在右;所述动模(1)顶部和顶部靠近内侧均设置可拆卸的安装块(3),安装块(3)外侧设置有纵向气缸(4),所述纵向气缸(4)外侧为活塞杆(5),活塞杆(5)头部连接有安装条(6),安装条(6)向右伸在动模(1)右侧;所述安装条(6)右端内侧设置有伸入杆(7),伸入杆(7)可伸入动模(1)和定模(2)之间,伸入杆(7)头部左侧设置有2-4个吹气头(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述对产品降温的绝缘骨架注塑模具,其特征在于:所述伸入杆(7)头部右侧设置有接近感应器(9),接近感应器(9)位于当动模(1)和定模(2)合在一起时靠近定模(2)处。
3.如权利要求1所述对产品降温的绝缘骨架注塑模具,其特征在于:所述纵向气缸(4)左侧设置时间继电器(10)用于控制纵向气缸(4)的运行时间。
4.如权利要求1所述对产品降温的绝缘骨架注塑模具,其特征在于:所述定模(2)内左侧为右成型腔(11);所述动模(1)内右侧为成型块(12),成型块(12)外侧为左成型腔(13),所述吹气头(8)伸入动模(1)和定模(2)之间时正对着成型块(12)和左成型腔(13)。
