Abstract
本发明公开了一种移动式油漆混料装置,涉及油漆制造技术领域;包括混料罐,所述混料罐上方设有进料口,所述混料罐设置在移动车上,所述移动车设有扶手和滚轮;所述混料罐为中空的容器,其内部设有带孔的隔板,所述隔板将所述混料罐分成预混料腔室和混料腔室,所述预混料腔室和所述混料腔室均设有混料装置和加热装置;所述混料腔室下部设有过滤板,所述混料罐与所述过滤板之间设有出料口。本发明可以解决目前搅拌机作业不方便、油漆混料不均匀的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油漆制造技术领域,尤其是一种能够移动的双搅拌轴油漆混料装置。
背景技术
在油漆生产过程中,油漆的搅拌过程是非常重要的环节之一,油漆搅拌质量的好坏直接影响到最终的油漆质量;目前油漆搅拌机绝大多数是通过驱动装置带动电机在一个密闭的罐体内对油漆进行混料搅拌,这种油漆搅拌机往往是固定在一处进行作业,作业时,操作工人需将各种漆料放在搅拌机旁边;此外,这种搅拌机由于只有一个搅拌装置,往往存在油漆搅拌不均匀的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种移动式油漆混料装置,它可以解决目前搅拌机作业不方便、油漆混料不均匀的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种移动式油漆混料装置,包括混料罐,所述混料罐上方设有进料口,所述混料罐设置在移动车上,所述移动车设有扶手和滚轮;所述混料罐为中空的容器,其内部设有带孔的隔板,所述隔板将所述混料罐分成预混料腔室和混料腔室,所述预混料腔室和所述混料腔室均设有混料装置和加热装置;所述混料腔室下部设有过滤板,所述混料罐与所述过滤板之间设有出料口。
以上技术方案中,进一步的方案可以是:所述搅拌装置包括预混料装置和混料装置;所述预混料装置包括预混料轴、预混料叶片和驱动预混料轴转动的第一电机;所述混料装置包括混料轴、混料叶片和驱动混料轴转动的第二电机,所述混料叶片与所述混料轴设有45º~75º的夹角。
进一步的:所述加热装置为电加热器,分别设在所述预混料腔室和所述混料腔室的内侧壁。
进一步的:所述过滤板上设有若干过滤孔。
进一步的:所述混料罐通过连接板与所述移动车连接。
进一步的:所述出料口上设有控制阀门。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明在一个移动的手推车上设置油漆混料装置,可实现随时随地进行油漆混料,不受场地限制;
2、本发明将油漆混料罐通过隔板分成预混料区和混料区两部分,两个区均设置有搅拌轴和叶片,大大提高油漆混料的均匀度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述:
如图1所示的移动式油漆混料装置,包括混料罐1,混产罐1的上方设有进料口2,混料罐1设置在移动车13上,混料罐1通过连接板12与移动车13连接固定,移动车13设有扶手11和滚轮14,滚轮14上设有止动装置20,使移动车13随时停止在任意地方不会移动;混料罐1为中空的容器,其外形为长方体形状,其内部中间位置设有隔4板,隔板4上设有若干孔19,隔板19将混料罐1分成预混料腔室21和混料腔室22,预混料腔室21设有预混料装置,预混料装置包括预混料轴10、设在预混料轴10上的预混料叶片8和驱动预混料轴转动的第一电机3,其中第一电机3设在混料罐1的顶部左边,并通过减速器(未画出)与预混料轴10连接;混料腔室22设有混料装置,混料装置包括混料轴6、设在混料轴6上的混料叶片5和驱动混料轴6转动的第二电机7,第二电机7设在混料罐1的顶部右边,并通过减速器(未画出)与混料轴6连接;混料叶片5与混料轴6设有45º~75º的夹角,且混料叶片5两端朝上;预混料腔室21和混料腔室22内侧壁均设有加热装置9,本实施例中,加热装置9为电加热器;混料腔室22的下部设有过滤板15,过滤板15上设有若干过滤孔16,混料罐1与过滤板15之间设有出料口18,出料口18上设有控制阀门17。
Claims (6)
1.一种移动式油漆混料装置,包括混料罐,所述混料罐上方设有进料口,其特征在于:所述混料罐设置在移动车上,所述移动车设有扶手和滚轮;所述混料罐为中空的容器,其内部设有带孔的隔板,所述隔板将所述混料罐分成预混料腔室和混料腔室,所述预混料腔室和所述混料腔室均设有混料装置和加热装置;所述混料腔室下部设有过滤板,所述混料罐与所述过滤板之间设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动式油漆混料装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置包括预混料装置和混料装置;所述预混料装置包括预混料轴、预混料叶片和驱动预混料轴转动的第一电机;所述混料装置包括混料轴、混料叶片和驱动混料轴转动的第二电机,所述混料叶片与所述混料轴设有45º~75º的夹角。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的移动式油漆混料装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置为电加热器,分别设在所述预混料腔室和所述混料腔室的内侧壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的移动式油漆混料装置,其特征在于:所述过滤板上设有若干过滤孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的移动式油漆混料装置,其特征在于:所述混料罐通过连接板与所述移动车连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的移动式油漆混料装置,其特征在于:所述出料口上设有控制阀门。
