实施例4
一种治疗渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：鱼腥草10g、石斛20g、黄精5g、白芥子15g、冬瓜仁10g、马鞭草20g、蟾皮5g、五味子25g、罗汉果10g、水葫芦根20g、昆布5g、麦冬25g、龙骨莲10g、十大功劳叶20g、橘红5g、猪殃殃25g、腹水草10g、瓜蒌皮20g、凤尾草5g、薏苡仁25g、泽兰12g、石蝉草20g、白茅根5g、柿蒂15g、丝瓜络10g、甘草15g。
实施例5
一种治疗渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：鱼腥草30g、石斛5g、黄精25g、白芥子2g、冬瓜仁20g、马鞭草5g、蟾皮15g、五味子10g、罗汉果20g、水葫芦根5g、昆布15g、麦冬10g、龙骨莲20g、十大功劳叶5g、橘红15g、猪殃殃10g、腹水草20g、瓜蒌皮5g、凤尾草25g、薏苡仁10g、泽兰20g、石蝉草5g、白茅根25g、柿蒂12g、丝瓜络20g、甘草5g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例64例，男34例，女30例，年龄25～75岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、初期以咳唾胸胁引痛，或伴有恶寒发热为主症。发病缓急不一；
2、积饮形成后，胸痛减轻，胸闷逐渐明显。重者有呼吸困难；
3、积饮消退，可后遗胸胁疼痛，咳声不扬，少痰，迁延不已；
4、少量积液时，患侧可闻及胸膜摩擦音。积液量多时病侧呼吸运动受限制，胸满隆起，肋间隙增宽。叩诊呈浊音或实音；
5、血白细胞总数正常或偏高，血沉增快；
6、胸部X线摄片检查，可见肋隔角变钝或消失。积液多者患侧有密度均匀致密阴影，纵隔向健侧移位。包裹性积液边缘光滑饱满，不随体位改变而移动。超声波探查有积液；
7、胸水常规检查呈透明黄色或微混，少数可呈血性；比重大于1.018，蛋白含量大于2.5％；细胞汁数以淋巴为主。胸水结核菌培养可为阳性。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：症状消失，胸腔积液吸收，实验检查正常；
2、有效：症状明显改善，胸腔积液减少；
3、无效：症状、胸腔积液均未改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，痊愈50例，随访未见复发；有效12例，无效2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
王某，男，51岁。患者2个月前出现胸痛、咳嗽、恶寒、发热等全身不适症状，胸片显示：右侧肋膈角变纯，显示不清，有外高内低致密阴影。诊断为：渗出性胸膜炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，胸痛、咳嗽、发热症状明显减轻；继续服用3个疗程，诸症全消，治愈。
病例2：
梁某，男，64岁。因左胸痛、咳嗽、气短伴发热前来就诊。诊见：面色苍白，形体稍瘦，精神欠兴，脉滑数，苔白舌黯。体温37.5℃，左胸微饱满，呼吸音低，叩之浊音，并有语颤音。X线摄片示：左侧肺叶中下透明度减弱，呈均匀致密阴影。B超显示：左侧胸腔有积液。诊为：渗出性胸膜炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，胸痛、咳嗽、气短症状明显减轻，复查胸水有所减少；继续服用5个疗程，症状消失，胸腔积液吸收，实验检查正常，治愈。半年后随访无复发。

1.一种治疗渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：鱼腥草10-30份、石斛5-25份、黄精5-25份、白芥子5-20份、冬瓜仁5-25份、马鞭草5-25份、蟾皮5-20份、五味子5-25份、罗汉果5-25份、水葫芦根5-25份、昆布5-20份、麦冬5-25份、龙骨莲5-25份、十大功劳叶5-25份、橘红5-20份、猪殃殃5-25份、腹水草5-25份、瓜蒌皮5-20份、凤尾草5-25份、薏苡仁5-25份、泽兰5-20份、石蝉草5-25份、白茅根5-25份、柿蒂5-20份、丝瓜络5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：鱼腥草20份、石斛15份、黄精15份、白芥子10份、冬瓜仁15份、马鞭草15份、蟾皮10份、五味子15份、罗汉果15份、水葫芦根15份、昆布10份、麦冬15份、龙骨莲15份、十大功劳叶15份、橘红10份、猪殃殃15份、腹水草15份、瓜蒌皮10份、凤尾草15份、薏苡仁15份、泽兰10份、石蝉草15份、白茅根15份、柿蒂10份、丝瓜络15份、甘草10份。
