Background
The liver is an organ essential for life maintenance, and is an organ mainly responsible for metabolic functions in the body, and plays a role in detoxifying, storing hepatic glycogen, synthesizing secretory proteins, and the like in the body. The liver is not only the largest digestive organ of the human body, but also an important detoxifying organ in the human body. In traditional Chinese medicine, the liver belongs to wood, prefers dryness, mainly relieves diarrhea and excessive symptoms, so that purging is mostly adopted for treating and nourishing the liver. Emotion, sleep, diet, drugs, etc. all can affect the function of the liver to smooth flow of qi. The incidence of hepatitis, fatty liver, alcoholic liver, liver cirrhosis, hepatic cyst, liver cancer and other diseases has increased in successive years, with liver cancer being the most serious. Liver cancer is difficult to cure once it is ill, and the onset and death of the disease are fast.
Most liver diseases do not have particularly significant symptoms at the initial stage, and it is difficult to judge whether a liver disease is obtained from superficial diagnosis or conjecture. Therefore, the liver protection in daily life is very important.

TABLE 1 Effect of different treatments on carbon tetrachloride induced liver injury serum AST and ALT in mice
Figure BDA0000987837730000071
As can be seen from Table 1, the AST and ALT activities in the serum of the model group mice are obviously increased, which indicates that the modeling is successful. The activity of AST and ALT in the serum of the mice in the experimental group is reduced to different degrees, and the activity of AST and ALT in the experimental groups 1-5 is obviously lower than that in the experimental groups 6-9. The results show that the composition in 9 experimental groups can effectively inhibit the increase of AST and ALT activity in mice caused by carbon tetrachloride, and has different degrees of protective effects on acute liver injury of the mice. Meanwhile, the inhibition effect of the beautiful millettia root composition prepared by the 5 embodiments of the invention on the activity increase of AST and ALT is obviously higher than that of other experimental groups, which shows that the beautiful millettia root composition greatly enhances the liver protection effect by the combination and proportioning, and the effect is difficult to achieve by removing one or more components.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
