本发明公开一种添加盐藻的复合营养素配方,该技术属于保健食品领域。其特征在于以多种维生素、矿物质等营养素为基础,特别添加盐藻组合而成。具体组合配方有下例原料组成:盐藻、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、烟酸、泛酸、生物素、肌醇、钙、镁、锌、硒、铬、锰、铜、铁、钾、牛磺酸、赖氨酸、γ‑氨基丁酸、苦荞提取物、辅料。本发明产品的优点在于:在补充多种维生素和矿物质的同时又补充了人们平时在日常生活中很难摄取到的且对健康具有重要促进作用的功能性营养素。让人们更方便、更有效地获得健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种添加盐藻的复合营养素配方,该技术属于保健食品领域。
背景技术
目前在市场上销售的复合营养素大部分都是以多种维生素和多种矿物质组合而成的产品,其功能除了补充维生素和矿物质,基本上没有其它功能了。随着人们生活节奏的加快,这样的产品已经难于满足现代人对健康产品的更高要求。
发明内容
本发明产品是针对目前在市场上销售的复合营养素功能单一,配方不尽合理,难于满足消费者健康要求的情况下而设计的。本发明配方是在多种维生素和多种矿物质的基础上特别添加了盐藻等保健食品原料:
1、添加盐藻的目的:由于维生素A是人体必需的营养素之一,缺乏时会导致干眼病、夜盲症、各种炎症等疾病,摄入过量又会造成中毒。因此,在复合营养素里面基本上都会添加β-胡萝卜素,因为它是维生素A的前体,在人体内它会根据身体的需求量来转化为维生素A,当体内维生素A的量足够满足生理需求时它就不转化,不足是才会转化。正因为有这一特性,补充β-胡萝卜素是目前最安全的补充维生素A的途径。
但目前市场上销售的复合营养素中添加的β-胡萝卜素大部分都是人工合成的,人工合成的β-胡萝卜素常是以石油化工副产物等为原料制成,只含有全反式-β-胡萝卜素,功效成分单一,含有合成过程残留的添加剂,而且吸收率利用率都低,不适合长期服用。有研究表明:长期服用人工合成的β-胡萝卜素有致染色体畸变的风险。而盐藻中的天然9-顺式β-胡萝卜素则有很好的抗染色体畸变作用。同时,盐藻没有经过精加工,属于完整的原生态食品,对人体没有副作用,可以长期服用。
人工提纯的天然β-胡萝卜素虽然吸收率、利用率、安全性都要比人工合成的好,但其提纯后营养成分单一,难于满足人体对营养的全面需求。而盐藻中含有2%-8%的天然β-胡萝卜素,不需要人工提纯,直接可以作为β-胡萝卜素添加到复合营养素当中,保留了完整的营养结构,使各种营养素之间能协同发挥功能,表现出超强的抗氧化作用。因此,选用盐藻替代人工合成和人工提纯的β-胡萝卜素,在营养补充剂的发展史上具有里程碑意义。
2、添加牛磺酸:牛磺酸是人体健康必不可少的一种营养物质,主要作用有:维持人体大脑正常生理功能、提高神经传导、保护视网膜、提高视觉机能、抑制白内障的发生发展、促进脂类消化吸收、防止心血管病、抗疲劳、增强人体免疫力、维持正常生殖功能、增加铁的吸收防治缺铁性贫血、优化肠道菌群结构、抗氧化延缓衰老。
3、添加赖氨酸:赖氨酸是人体必需氨基酸之一,由于我们主食中的大米、面粉、玉米、杂粮等谷物食品中的赖氨酸含量甚低,且在加工过程中易被破坏而缺乏,严重影响体内蛋白质的合成,故称为第一限制性氨基酸。因此,在复合营养素中添加赖氨酸可以直接提高人体内蛋白质的合成量,改善营养不均衡状况立竿见影,而且方便成本低。
赖氨酸还可以提高智力、促进生长、增强体质;增进食欲;改善失眠,提高记忆力;帮助产生抗体、激素和酶,提高免疫力、增加血色素;帮助钙的吸收,治疗防止骨质疏松症;降低血中甘油三酯的水平、预防心脑血管疾病的产生。
4、添加Y-氨基丁酸:Y-氨基丁酸是中枢神经系统中很重要的抑制性神经递质,它是一种天然存在的非蛋白组成氨基酸,具有极其重要的生理功能,它能促进脑的活化性,健脑益智,镇静、抗癫痫、抗惊厥、促进睡眠、美容润肤。增加人体抑制性神经递质,具有良好的降血压功效。促进肾机能改善和保护,抑制脂肪肝及肥胖症,活化肝功能。
5、添加苦荞提取物:苦荞提取物中含有黄酮类物质,其主要成分为芦丁。芦丁含量占总黄酮的70~90%。芦丁又名维生素P,其主要作用有:
(1)防止体内维生素C被氧化,并能增强维生素C的效果,软化血管、降低毛细血管通透性和脆性,保持及恢复毛细血管的正常弹性,防治脑溢血、视网膜出血、牙龈出血、出血性紫癜的作用。
(2)具有降血糖、降血脂、降血压的作用,因此被美誉为三降食品。
(3)抗氧化:抑制癌细胞的激活,防止肿瘤的增生,有防癌的作用。
(4)降低胆固醇:对动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、均有良好的防治作用。
本发明产品配方具体原料组合与重量比例为:
盐藻0.1%-20%、维生素C 0.1%-40%、维生素D 0.0001%-5%、维生素E 0.1%-5%、维生素K 0.0001%-5%、维生素B1 0.1%-5%、维生素B2 0.1%-5%、维生素B6 0.1%-5%、维生素B120.0001%-5%、叶酸0.01%-5%、烟酸0.1%-5%、泛酸0.1%-5%、生物素0.001%-5%、肌醇0.1%-5%、钙0.1%-40%、镁0.1%-30%、锌0.1%-5%、硒0.001%-5%、铬0.001%-5%、锰0.01%-5%、铜0.01%-5%、铁0.1%-5%、钾0.1%-5%、牛磺酸0.1%-20%、赖氨酸0.1%-20%、Y-氨基丁酸0.1%-20%、苦荞提取物0.1%-20%、辅料1%-30%。
本发明产品的优点在于:在补充多种维生素和矿物质的同时又补充了人们平时在日常生活中很难摄取到的且对健康具有重要促进作用的功能性营养素。让人们更方便、更有效地获得健康。

1.一种添加盐藻的复合营养素配方,其特征在于由下列原料组合,重量比例为:
盐藻 0.1%-20%
维生素C 0.1%-40%
维生素D 0.0001%-5%
维生素E 0.1%-5%
维生素K 0.0001%-5%
维生素B1 0.1%-5%
维生素B2 0.1%-5%
维生素B6 0.1%-5%
维生素B12 0.0001%-5%
叶酸 0.01%-5%
烟酸 0.1%-5%
泛酸 0.1%-5%
生物素 0.001%-5%
肌醇 0.1%-5%
钙 0.1%-40%
镁 0.1%-30%
锌 0.1%-5%
硒 0.001%-5%
铬 0.001%-5%
锰 0.01%-5%
铜 0.01%-5%
铁 0.1%-5%
钾 0.1%-5%

2.根据权利要求1所述的配方,其特征在于:用盐藻中自然存在的β-胡萝卜素替代维生素A作为营养强化剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的配方,其特征在于:用盐藻中自然存在的β-胡萝卜素替代人工合成及人工提纯的β-胡萝卜素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的配方,其特征在于:制成保健食品口服制剂,包括片剂、颗粒剂、硬胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、粉剂、丸剂、口服液剂、糖浆剂、冲剂。
