本发明公开了一种碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀,它包括阀体(8),安装在阀体(8)内的二个相同结构的球阀组件;球阀组件包括支撑座(4),安装在支撑座(4)内的阀座(6),安装在阀座(6)上的阀球(7),支撑座(4)二侧安放有碟簧(3),阀球(7)的上端连接有阀杆(10),在阀体(8)和阀杆(10)之间安装有填料(9),填料(9)上安装有填料压环(11),阀杆(10)上端与六角螺母(13)和手柄(15)相连,阀体(8)的两端均拧有端接头(1)。本发明结构设计合理,密封性高,使用寿命长,采用双球阀组件结构,当一处球阀泄漏时,可以通过使用另一处球阀作为紧急切断阀使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体涉及一种结构设计合理,密封性能好,使用寿命长,性能优良的碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀。
背景技术
球阀因其通径大,无流阻,压力阀门大,从而在市场中得到了广泛的应用,但是一般球阀都为单球阀结构,在使用中每次阀门开关都会出现阀座磨损问题,一旦出现内漏,便需要关闭整个上游系统才能实现切断和维护,尤其是新能源系统上,球阀作为整条管路的唯一切断阀,一端泄漏,则极易造成重大事故。
因此,很有必要在现有技术的基础之上,设计研发一种结构设计合理,密封性高,安全性好,使用寿命长,应用范围广泛的碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,研发设计一种结构设计合理,密封性高,安全性好,使用寿命长,应用范围广泛的碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀,它包括:阀体,安装在阀体内的的二个相同结构的球阀组件;所述的球阀组件包括支撑座,安装在支撑座内的阀座,安装在阀座上的阀球,支撑座二侧安放有碟簧,阀球的上端连接有阀杆,在阀体和阀杆之间安装有填料,填料上安装有填料压环,阀杆上端与六角螺母和手柄相连,六角螺母和手柄之间安装有弹簧垫圈,阀体上部安装有控制开关行程的定位销;阀体的两端均拧有端接头;
二个相同结构的球阀组件在阀体内部的同一水平线上,相互连通。
作为优选方案,以上所述的碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀,所述的端接头与阀体之间安装有O型密封圈。
作为优选方案,以上所述的碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀,所述的阀体与支撑座之间安装有O型密封圈。
本发明所述的碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀,通过在使用弹簧垫圈加载阀座的球阀,可以降低阀门启闭时的摩擦,降低启闭力矩,同时减少阀座磨损,大幅提高球阀阀座寿命和密封性能。
有益效果:本发明提供的碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀和现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明提供的碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀,结构设计合理,密封性高,可以降低球阀启闭时的摩擦力,减少阀座的磨损,提高阀门使用寿命,其次当阀座出现磨损时,通过碟簧的弹力加载对磨损进行补偿,可减低磨损带来的失效风险,大幅提升阀门的使用寿命。
并且采用双球阀组件结构,设有两处阀球开关,在实际使用中,使用一处球阀进行开关,通常一处球阀根据需求为常开或常关,当一处球阀泄漏时,可以通过使用另一处球阀作为紧急切断阀使用,能够保证让系统能正常运转,不需切断整个系统,从而可减少财产损失和避免安全事故。

如图1所示,一种碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀,它包括:阀体8,安装在阀体8内的的二个相同结构的球阀组件;所述的球阀组件包括支撑座4,安装在支撑座4内的阀座6,安装在阀座6上的阀球7,支撑座4二侧安放有碟簧3,阀球7的上端连接有阀杆10,在阀体8和阀杆10之间安装有填料9,填料9上安装有填料压环11,阀杆10上端依次与六角螺母13和手柄15相连,六角螺母13和手柄15之间安装有弹簧垫圈12,阀体8上部安装有控制开关行程的定位销14;阀体8的两端均拧有端接头1;
二个相同结构的球阀组件在阀体8内部的同一水平线上,相互连通。
以上所述的碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀,所述的端接头1与阀体8之间安装有O型密封圈2。

1.一种碟簧加载自动补偿的双球阀,其特征在于,它包括:阀体(8),安装在阀体(8)内的的二个相同结构的球阀组件;所述的球阀组件包括支撑座(4),安装在支撑座(4)内的阀座(6),安装在阀座(6)上的阀球(7),支撑座(4)二侧安放有碟簧(3),阀球(7)的上端连接有阀杆(10),在阀体(8)和阀杆(10)之间安装有填料(9),填料(9)上安装有填料压环(11),阀杆(10)上端与六角螺母(13)和手柄(15)相连,六角螺母(13)和手柄(15)之间安装有弹簧垫圈(12),阀体(8)上部安装有控制开关行程的定位销(14);阀体(8)的两端均拧有端接头(1);
二个相同结构的球阀组件在阀体(8)内部的同一水平线上,相互连通。
