Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车前排气管支架，包括长方形固定条板，在固定条板的右侧端一体制有与固定条板等宽度的半环状挂钩，在固定条板的一侧边上一体制有与固定条板平面成90度的安装侧板条，在安装侧板条的左端一体制有与安装侧板条共面的方形安装片，在方形安装片中部开有安装孔，而且在固定条板的上表面中部冲压有条形凹槽，所述条形凹槽由固定条板的左侧一直向右延伸至半环状挂钩由左端起计算的四分之三处。本发明加强了固定条板的机械强度，同时也加强了半环状挂钩的强度，避免了以往固定条板因重力作用而产生弯曲的现象，为汽车的安全行驶提供保障。

本发明属于汽车结构件技术领域，尤其是涉及一种汽车前排气管支架。
背景技术
汽车前排气管是汽车气动系统中的重要组成部分，汽车前排气管安装稳定性的好坏直接影响汽车运行中的安全可靠，同时对汽车的噪声控制起到一定影响，在汽车的整体结构设计中，为了在有限的空间内合理安排每个部件的位置及安装结构，每个部件都要力争实现最优化合理设计。原有汽车前排气管支架只是设计有固定条板，在固定条板的端部设计有前排气管半环状挂钩，这种结构经长期使用发现固定条板因重力作用而产生弯曲，造成前排气管位置下移，给汽车运行带来安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种汽车前排气管支架。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的：
一种汽车前排气管支架，包括长方形固定条板，在固定条板的右侧端一体制有与固定条板等宽度的半环状挂钩，在固定条板的一侧边上一体制有与固定条板平面成90度的安装侧板条，在安装侧板条的左端一体制有与安装侧板条共面的方形安装片，在方形安装片中部开有安装孔。
而且，在固定条板的上表面中部冲压有条形凹槽。
而且，所述条形凹槽由固定条板的左侧一直向右延伸至半环状挂钩由左端起计算的四分之三处。
本发明的优点和积极效果是：
本发明的汽车前排气管支架通过设计有与固定条板一体成型的安装侧板条加强了固定条板的机械强度，同时在固定条板表面冲压有条形凹槽构成固定条板加强筋，避免了以往固定条板因重力作用而产生弯曲的现象，为汽车的安全行驶提供保障。

一种汽车前排气管支架，如图1所示，包括长方形固定条板1，在固定条板的右侧端一体制有与固定条板等宽度的半环状挂钩3，本发明的创新点是，在固定条板的一侧边上一体制有与固定条板平面成90度的安装侧板条4，在安装侧板条的左端一体制有与安装侧板条共面的方形安装片5，在方形安装片中部开有安装孔6。
在本发明的具体实施中，在固定条板的上表面中部冲压有条形凹槽2，构成固定条板的加强筋，
在本发明的具体实施中，所述条形凹槽由固定条板的左侧一直向右延伸至半环状挂钩由左端起计算的四分之三处，条形凹槽构成的加强筋不但加强了固定条板的强度，同时也加强了半环状挂钩的强度。

1.一种汽车前排气管支架，包括长方形固定条板，在固定条板的右侧端一体制有与固定条板等宽度的半环状挂钩，其特征在于：在固定条板的一侧边上一体制有与固定条板平面成90度的安装侧板条，在安装侧板条的左端一体制有与安装侧板条共面的方形安装片，在方形安装片中部开有安装孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前排气管支架，其特征在于：在固定条板的上表面中部冲压有条形凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车前排气管支架，其特征在于：所述条形凹槽由固定条板的左侧一直向右延伸至半环状挂钩由左端起计算的四分之三处。
