本发明公开了一种新型天然耐水无味涂料,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:聚氨酯树脂30‑40份、活性凹凸棒土12‑15份、矿渣棉8‑10份、芦荟粉8‑10份、洋葱粉5‑7份、白炭黑12‑15份、玻化微珠4‑6份、氯化橡胶4‑6份、附着力促进树脂助剂3‑5份、氧化铝1‑3份、石蜡1‑3份、氢氧化钠2‑4份、低密度聚乙烯5‑8份、氧化铜2‑4份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂10‑12份、矿化水50‑60份。本发明有效的利用天然植物芦荟粉、洋葱粉,与化学物质结合,有助于化学物质的吸收,改善环境中的刺鼻气味,制作成本低,效果好。

一种新型天然耐水无味涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及建材领域,具体属于一种新型天然耐水无味涂料。
背景技术
建筑涂料具有装饰功能、保护功能和居住性改进功能。而市场上出现各种功能不一的建筑涂料。对于室内墙体喷刷涂料的要求越来越高,涂料中含有大量的化学刺激味道,人体吸收后会出现各种不适,尤其是老人和儿童、孕妇不适合在这种环境中生存。而本发明在传统的制作涂料中添加了些帮助吸收成分好的天然植物粉,有助于化学物质的吸收,改善涂料中的化学功能带来的刺鼻气味。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型天然耐水无味涂料,有效利用天然植物芦荟粉、洋葱粉,与化学物质结合,有助于化学物质的吸收,改善环境中的刺鼻气味,制作成本低,效果好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新型天然耐水无味涂料,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:聚氨酯树脂30-40份、活性凹凸棒土12-15份、矿渣棉8-10份、芦荟粉8-10份、洋葱粉5-7份、白炭黑12-15份、玻化微珠4-6份、氯化橡胶4-6份、附着力促进树脂助剂3-5份、氧化铝1-3份、石蜡1-3份、氢氧化钠2-4份、低密度聚乙烯5-8份、氧化铜2-4份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂10-12份、矿化水50-60份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将上述重量份的矿渣棉、玻化微珠用质量浓度15-20%盐酸浸泡1-2h,用去离子水洗涤,后用质量浓度8-10%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3h,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,过滤后与活性凹凸棒土、聚氨酯树脂均匀混合后成颗粒状,焙烧0.8-1.5h,焙烧温度为300-500℃;焙烧后投入粉磨机粉碎得到混合料;
(2)将白炭黑、强酸性阳离子树脂、芦荟粉、洋葱粉、硬脂酸和矿化水混合,一起投入到高速搅拌机中,转速保持在600-800r/min,向搅拌机中加入无机凝胶继续搅拌30 min;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,搅拌均匀,再加热至100℃搅拌15-20min,降温至30-40℃以下出料,即得。
一种新型天然耐水无味涂料,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:聚氨酯树脂35份、活性凹凸棒土13份、矿渣棉9份、芦荟粉9份、洋葱粉6份、白炭黑13份、玻化微珠5份、氯化橡胶5份、附着力促进树脂助剂4份、氧化铝2份、石蜡2份、氢氧化钠3份、低密度聚乙烯7份、氧化铜3份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂13份、矿化水55份。
本发明有效的利用天然植物芦荟粉、洋葱粉,与化学物质充分结合,有助于化学物质的吸收,改善环境中的刺鼻气味,制作成本低,效果好。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明以活性凹凸棒土和聚氨酯树脂为主,所制得的涂料有足够的粘度,同时抗裂性非常好,附着力促进树脂助剂的加入,又大大增加了抗拉强度及耐磨性,低密度聚乙烯使得板材具有较好的耐高温性能,可适用于400摄氏度高温使用。
具体实施方式
一种新型天然耐水无味涂料,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:聚氨酯树脂35份、活性凹凸棒土13份、矿渣棉9份、芦荟粉9份、洋葱粉6份、白炭黑13份、玻化微珠5份、氯化橡胶5份、附着力促进树脂助剂4份、氧化铝2份、石蜡2份、氢氧化钠3份、低密度聚乙烯7份、氧化铜3份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂13份、矿化水55份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将上述重量份的矿渣棉、玻化微珠用质量浓度18%盐酸浸泡1.5h,用去离子水洗涤,后用质量浓度9%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2.5h,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,过滤后与活性凹凸棒土、聚氨酯树脂均匀混合后成颗粒状,焙烧1.1h,焙烧温度为400℃;焙烧后投入粉磨机粉碎得到混合料;
(2)将白炭黑、强酸性阳离子树脂、芦荟粉、洋葱粉、硬脂酸和矿化水混合,一起投入到高速搅拌机中,转速保持在700r/min,向搅拌机中加入无机凝胶继续搅拌30 min;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,搅拌均匀,再加热至100℃搅拌18min,降温至35℃以下出料,即得。
本实施例制得的产品性能检测结果如下表所示:

Claims (2)

1.一种新型天然耐水无味涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:聚氨酯树脂30-40份、活性凹凸棒土12-15份、矿渣棉8-10份、芦荟粉8-10份、洋葱粉5-7份、白炭黑12-15份、玻化微珠4-6份、氯化橡胶4-6份、附着力促进树脂助剂3-5份、氧化铝1-3份、石蜡1-3份、氢氧化钠2-4份、低密度聚乙烯5-8份、氧化铜2-4份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂10-12份、矿化水50-60份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将上述重量份的矿渣棉、玻化微珠用质量浓度15-20%盐酸浸泡1-2h,用去离子水洗涤,后用质量浓度8-10%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3h,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,过滤后与活性凹凸棒土、聚氨酯树脂均匀混合后成颗粒状,焙烧0.8-1.5h,焙烧温度为300-500℃;焙烧后投入粉磨机粉碎得到混合料;
(2)将白炭黑、强酸性阳离子树脂、芦荟粉、洋葱粉、硬脂酸和矿化水混合,一起投入到高速搅拌机中,转速保持在600-800r/min,向搅拌机中加入无机凝胶继续搅拌30 min;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,搅拌均匀,再加热至100℃搅拌15-20min,降温至30-40℃以下出料,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型天然耐水无味涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:聚氨酯树脂35份、活性凹凸棒土13份、矿渣棉9份、芦荟粉9份、洋葱粉6份、白炭黑13份、玻化微珠5份、氯化橡胶5份、附着力促进树脂助剂4份、氧化铝2份、石蜡2份、氢氧化钠3份、低密度聚乙烯7份、氧化铜3份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂13份、矿化水55份。
