3)取氯化橡胶、二氧化钛、滑石粉、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、钛石白粉、竹荪,混合加入反应釜中;
4)取乌梅、黄芪、茯苓、贝母、枳壳、当归磨成粉加入蒸馏瓶内,加入75%的水,蒸馏,收集蒸馏水;
5)将蒸馏水加入反应釜中,用300目的细目滤网进行过滤,过滤掉较粗的颗粒,研磨成粉;
6)将PVA与13%水混合加入反应釜中,与90℃搅拌4小时使PVA完全溶解,降温至75℃,将过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵与2%水混合,滴加AA、AAm混合物和过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵与水混合溶液,约1-2小时滴完,保温反应1小时,然后加入淀粉,继续加热搅拌1小时,加入硅烷偶联剂搅拌,至温度降到50℃以下,用氨水调节PH值后出料;
7)将二氯甲烷注入容器A内,接着再向容器A内注入三氯甲烷,组成混合的氯代烃备用;将石蜡、苯酚放入另一容器B内加热至30-40℃后,再加入二氯丙烷,搅拌均;将容器B中的物料放入盛有氯代烃的容器A中,接着再向容器A中加入甲酸、氢氟酸,用机械式空气搅拌均匀;
8)将步骤6)和步骤7)所得混合物于步骤5)颗粒粉混合;
9)同时取端羟基二甲基硅橡胶、TGIC固化剂、二酰氧庚烷二丁基锡、硼砂、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂、酸性氧化剂、砂纹剂、气相法白炭黑、透明氧化锌、石棉粉,研磨,加入10%的水加热混合;
10)最后将步骤9)所得混合物加入步骤8)中,搅拌得到涂料。

6)将PVA与13%水混合加入反应釜中,与90℃搅拌4小时使PVA完全溶解,降温至75℃,将过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵与2%水混合,滴加AA、AAm混合物和过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵与水混合溶液,约1-2小时滴完,保温反应1小时,然后加入淀粉,继续加热搅拌1小时,加入硅烷偶联剂搅拌,至温度降到50℃以下,用氨水调节PH值后出料;
7)将二氯甲烷注入容器A内,接着再向容器A内注入三氯甲烷,组成混合的氯代烃备用;将石蜡、苯酚放入另一容器B内加热至30-40℃后,再加入二氯丙烷,搅拌均;将容器B中的物料放入盛有氯代烃的容器A中,接着再向容器A中加入甲酸、氢氟酸,用机械式空气搅拌均匀;
8)将步骤6)和步骤7)所得混合物于步骤5)颗粒粉混合;
9)同时取端羟基二甲基硅橡胶、TGIC固化剂、二酰氧庚烷二丁基锡、硼砂、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂、酸性氧化剂、砂纹剂、气相法白炭黑、透明氧化锌、石棉粉,研磨,加入10%的水加热混合;
10)最后将步骤9)所得混合物加入步骤8)中,搅拌得到涂料。
