一种用于家电光整度和保光性能的涂料及其制备方法,主要由以下成分组成:聚酯树脂,TGIC固化剂,蜡粉,有机土,聚磷酸铵耐温助剂,亚磷酸酯抗氧剂,砂纹剂,碳黑,沉淀硫酸钡,石棉粉,纳米二氧化硅,氯化橡胶,碳酸钙,滑石粉,硫酸钡,防沉剂,消泡剂,颜料,钛石白粉,竹荪,水,人参,白术,茯苓,甘草,陈皮,生姜,PVA,淀粉,氨水,AA、AAm混合物,过硫酸铵,亚硫酸氢铵,聚乙烯醇,交联剂,聚丙烯酰胺,干酪素,氢氧化钠,磷酸钠,尿素,防腐剂。本法制备的涂料,无异味,甲醛含量远低于国家标准,同时释放一种独有的香气,适用于家庭家电和家具上使用,耐高温,耐寒性能高,有效解决现有涂料的不足。

技术领域:
本发明设计一种化工涂料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种用于家电光整度和保光性能的涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术:
市场上现有的涂料鱼龙混杂,用于家电家具上保护家电的涂料更是出现时间长久后,无法达到防腐性能、防寒性,为了满足市场需求,急需研发一种理想的涂料。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种田间大豆种植早期除草剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种用于家电光整度和保光性能的涂料,其特征在于:主要由以下重量份的成分组成:
聚酯树脂:10-15份,TGIC固化剂:2-3份,蜡粉:1-2份,有机土:3-5份,聚磷酸铵耐温助剂:1-2份,亚磷酸酯抗氧剂:5-6份,砂纹剂:7-9份,碳黑:1-2份,沉淀硫酸钡:3-5份,石棉粉:3-5份,纳米二氧化硅:10-12份,氯化橡胶:16-18份,碳酸钙:2-5份,滑石粉:6-9份,硫酸钡:3-6份,防沉剂:1-2份,消泡剂:1-2份,颜料:10-12份,钛石白粉:30-35份,竹荪:60-70份,水:1000-1100份,人参:10-15份,白术:10-15份,茯苓:10-15份,甘草:10-15份,陈皮:10-15份,生姜:10-15份,PVA:50-60份,淀粉:12-15份,氨水:5-15份,AA、AAm混合物:0.3-0.4份,过硫酸铵:0.2-0.3份,亚硫酸氢铵:0.2-0.3份,聚乙烯醇:10-15份,交联剂:0.1-0.2份,聚丙烯酰胺0.5-1份,干酪素:2-5份,氢氧化钠:0.1-0.2份,磷酸钠:0.2-0.5份,尿素:1-2份,防腐剂:0.1-0.2份。
主要包括以下步骤:
1)将竹荪洗净后切片,浸泡在淡奶内,待淡奶被竹荪吸收殆尽,取花生,磨成粉,洒在竹荪上;
2)将纳米二氧化硅进行研磨,研磨时间为60min,研磨速度为600转/min,投入反应釜中;
3)取氯化橡胶、碳酸钙、滑石粉、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、钛石白粉、竹荪,混合加入反应釜中;
4)取人参、白术、茯苓、甘草、陈皮、生姜磨成粉加入蒸馏瓶内,加入50%的水,蒸馏,收集蒸馏水;
5)将蒸馏水加入反应釜中,用300目的细目滤网进行过滤,过滤掉较粗的颗粒,研磨成粉;
6)将PVA与13%水混合加入反应釜中,与90℃搅拌4小时使PVA完全溶解,降温至75℃,将过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵与2%水混合,滴加AA、AAm混合物和过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵与水混合溶液,约1-2小时滴完,保温反应1小时,然后加入淀粉,继续加热搅拌1小时,加入防腐剂搅拌,至温度降到50℃以下,用氨水调节PH值后出料;
7)取聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺和10%的水进行混合搅拌,温度控制在90-92℃,待聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺完全溶解在水中,降温至65-70℃,加入干酪素、尿素、磷酸钠和5%的水保温反应2小时,然后加入交联剂和5%的水,继续保温反应1小时,滴加氢氧化钠和5%的水混合液,搅拌5-10分钟;
8)将步骤6)和步骤7)所得混合物于步骤5)颗粒粉混合;
9)同时取聚酯树脂、TGIC固化剂、蜡粉、有机土、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂、亚磷酸酯抗氧剂、砂纹剂、碳黑、沉淀硫酸钡、石棉粉,研磨,加入10%的水加热混合;
10)最后将步骤9)所得混合物加入步骤8)中,搅拌得到涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:本法制备的涂料,无异味,甲醛含量远低于国家标准,同时释放一种独有的香气,适用于家庭家电和家具上使用,耐高温,耐寒性能高,有效解决现有涂料的不足。

聚酯树脂:15份,TGIC固化剂:3份,蜡粉:2份,有机土:5份,聚磷酸铵耐温助剂:2份,亚磷酸酯抗氧剂:6份,砂纹剂:9份,碳黑:2份,沉淀硫酸钡:5份,石棉粉:5份,纳米二氧化硅:12份,氯化橡胶:18份,碳酸钙:5份,滑石粉:9份,硫酸钡:6份,防沉剂:2份,消泡剂:2份,颜料:12份,钛石白粉:35份,竹荪:70份,水:1100份,人参:15份,白术:15份,茯苓:15份,甘草:15份,陈皮:15份,生姜:15份,PVA:60份,淀粉:15份,氨水:15份,AA、AAm混合物:0.4份,过硫酸铵:0.3份,亚硫酸氢铵:0.3份,聚乙烯醇:15份,交联剂:0.2份,聚丙烯酰胺1份,干酪素:5份,氢氧化钠:0.2份,磷酸钠:0.5份,尿素:2份,防腐剂:0.2份。
主要包括以下步骤:

9)同时取聚酯树脂、TGIC固化剂、蜡粉、有机土、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂、亚磷酸酯抗氧剂、砂纹剂、碳黑、沉淀硫酸钡、石棉粉,研磨,加入10%的水加热混合;
10)最后将步骤9)所得混合物加入步骤8)中,搅拌得到涂料。

聚酯树脂:10-15份,TGIC固化剂:2-3份,蜡粉:1-2份,有机土:3-5份,聚磷酸铵耐温助剂:1-2份,亚磷酸酯抗氧剂:5-6份,砂纹剂:7-9份,碳黑:1-2份,沉淀硫酸钡:3-5份,石棉粉:3-5份,纳米二氧化硅:10-12份,氯化橡胶:16-18份,碳酸钙:2-5份,滑石粉:6-9份,硫酸钡:3-6份,防沉剂:1-2份,消泡剂:1-2份,颜料:10-12份,钛石白粉:30-35份,竹荪:60-70份,水:1000-1100份,人参:10-15份,白术:10-15份,茯苓:10-15份,甘草:10-15份,陈皮:10-15份,生姜:10-15份,PVA:50-60份,淀粉:12-15份,氨水:5-15份,AA、AAm混合物:0.3-0.4份,过硫酸铵:0.2-0.3份,亚硫酸氢铵:0.2-0.3份,聚乙烯醇:10-15份,交联剂:0.1-0.2份,聚丙烯酰胺0.5-1份,干酪素:2-5份,氢氧化钠:0.1-0.2份,磷酸钠:0.2-0.5份,尿素:1-2份,防腐剂:0.1-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于家电光整度和保光性能的涂料,其特征在于:主要包括以下步骤:
1)将竹荪洗净后切片,浸泡在淡奶内,待淡奶被竹荪吸收殆尽,取花生,磨成粉,洒在竹荪上;
2)将纳米二氧化硅进行研磨,研磨时间为60min,研磨速度为600转/min,投入反应釜中;
3)取氯化橡胶、碳酸钙、滑石粉、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、钛石白粉、竹荪,混合加入反应釜中;
4)取人参、白术、茯苓、甘草、陈皮、生姜磨成粉加入蒸馏瓶内,加入50%的水,蒸馏,收集蒸馏水;
5)将蒸馏水加入反应釜中,用300目的细目滤网进行过滤,过滤掉较粗的颗粒,研磨成粉;
6)将PVA与13%水混合加入反应釜中,与90℃搅拌4小时使PVA完全溶解,降温至75℃,将过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵与2%水混合,滴加AA、AAm混合物和过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵与水混合溶液,约1-2小时滴完,保温反应1小时,然后加入淀粉,继续加热搅拌1小时,加入防腐剂搅拌,至温度降到50℃以下,用氨水调节PH值后出料;
7)取聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺和10%的水进行混合搅拌,温度控制在90-92℃,待聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺完全溶解在水中,降温至65-70℃,加入干酪素、尿素、磷酸钠和5%的水保温反应2小时,然后加入交联剂和5%的水,继续保温反应1小时,滴加氢氧化钠和5%的水混合液,搅拌5-10分钟;
