底材无腐蚀性安全可靠的涂料及其制备方法,主要由以下成分组成:端羟基二甲基硅橡胶,TGIC固化剂,二酰氧庚烷二丁基锡,硼砂,聚磷酸铵耐温助剂,酸性氧化剂,砂纹剂,气相法白炭黑,透明氧化锌,石棉粉,纳米二氧化硅,氯化橡胶,二氧化钛,滑石粉,硫酸钡,防沉剂,消泡剂,颜料,钛石白粉,竹荪,水,乌梅,黄芪,茯苓,贝母,枳壳,当归,PVC,稀土多功能复合稳定剂,白石蜡,聚乙烯蜡,碳酸钙,二氯甲烷,三氯甲烷,二氯丙烷,苯酚,甲酸,氢氟酸,石蜡。本法制备的涂料,无异味,甲醛含量远低于国家标准,同时释放一种独有的香气,适用于家庭家电和家具上使用,耐高温,耐寒性能高,有效解决现有涂料的不足。

技术领域:
本发明设计一种化工涂料及其制备方法,具体涉及底材无腐蚀性安全可靠的涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术:
市场上现有的涂料鱼龙混杂,用于家电家具上保护家电的涂料更是出现时间长久后,无法达到防腐性能、防寒性,为了满足市场需求,急需研发一种理想的涂料。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种田间大豆种植早期除草剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
底材无腐蚀性安全可靠的涂料,其特征在于:主要由以下重量份的成分组成:
端羟基二甲基硅橡胶:10-15份,TGIC固化剂:2-3份,二酰氧庚烷二丁基锡:1-2份,硼砂:3-5份,聚磷酸铵耐温助剂:1-2份,酸性氧化剂:5-6份,砂纹剂:7-9份,气相法白炭黑:1-2份,透明氧化锌:3-5份,石棉粉:3-5份,纳米二氧化硅:10-12份,氯化橡胶:16-18份,二氧化钛:2-5份,滑石粉:6-9份,硫酸钡:3-6份,防沉剂:1-2份,消泡剂:1-2份,颜料:10-12份,钛石白粉:30-35份,竹荪:60-70份,水:1000-1100份,乌梅:10-15份,黄芪:10-15份,茯苓:10-15份,贝母:10-15份,枳壳:10-15份,当归:10-15份,PVC:70-75份,稀土多功能复合稳定剂:10-15份,白石蜡:1-3份,聚乙烯蜡:1-3份,碳酸钙:5-10份,二氯甲烷:10-15份,三氯甲烷:1-2份,二氯丙烷5-10份,苯酚:2-5份,甲酸:1-2份,氢氟酸:2-5份,石蜡:1-2份。
主要包括以下步骤:
1)将竹荪洗净后切片,浸泡在淡奶内,待淡奶被竹荪吸收殆尽,取花生,磨成粉,洒在竹荪上;
2)将纳米二氧化硅进行研磨,研磨时间为60min,研磨速度为600转/min,投入反应釜中;
3)取氯化橡胶、二氧化钛、滑石粉、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、钛石白粉、竹荪,混合加入反应釜中;
4)取乌梅、黄芪、茯苓、贝母、枳壳、当归磨成粉加入蒸馏瓶内,加入75%的水,蒸馏,收集蒸馏水;
5)将蒸馏水加入反应釜中,用300目的细目滤网进行过滤,过滤掉较粗的颗粒,研磨成粉;
6)将PVC、稀土多功能复合稳定剂、白石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、碳酸钙加入到塑料混合机组高混缸中,进行热混捏合,当热混升温至物料温度达到100℃时开始放料,进入冷混缸中冷混,冷混温度达到50℃放料,与15%的水混合;
7)将二氯甲烷注入容器A内,接着再向容器A内注入三氯甲烷,组成混合的氯代烃备用;将石蜡、苯酚放入另一容器B内加热至30-40℃后,再加入二氯丙烷,搅拌均;将容器B中的物料放入盛有氯代烃的容器A中,接着再向容器A中加入甲酸、氢氟酸,用机械式空气搅拌均匀;
8)将步骤6)和步骤7)所得混合物于步骤5)颗粒粉混合;
9)同时取端羟基二甲基硅橡胶、TGIC固化剂、二酰氧庚烷二丁基锡、硼砂、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂、酸性氧化剂、砂纹剂、气相法白炭黑、透明氧化锌、石棉粉,研磨,加入10%的水加热混合;
10)最后将步骤9)所得混合物加入步骤8)中,搅拌得到涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:本法制备的涂料,无异味,甲醛含量远低于国家标准,同时释放一种独有的香气,适用于家庭家电和家具上使用,耐高温,耐寒性能高,有效解决现有涂料的不足。

端羟基二甲基硅橡胶:10份,TGIC固化剂:2份,二酰氧庚烷二丁基锡:1份,硼砂:3份,聚磷酸铵耐温助剂:1份,酸性氧化剂:5份,砂纹剂:7份,气相法白炭黑:1份,透明氧化锌:3份,石棉粉:3份,纳米二氧化硅:10份,氯化橡胶:16份,二氧化钛:2份,滑石粉:6份,硫酸钡:3份,防沉剂:1份,消泡剂:1份,颜料:10份,钛石白粉:30份,竹荪:60份,水:1000份,乌梅:10份,黄芪:10份,茯苓:10份,贝母:10份,枳壳:10份,当归:10份,PVC:70份,稀土多功能复合稳定剂:10份,白石蜡:1份,聚乙烯蜡:1份,碳酸钙:5份,二氯甲烷:10份,三氯甲烷:1份,二氯丙烷5份,苯酚:2份,甲酸:1份,氢氟酸:2份,石蜡:1份。

端羟基二甲基硅橡胶:15份,TGIC固化剂:3份,二酰氧庚烷二丁基锡:2份,硼砂:5份,聚磷酸铵耐温助剂:2份,酸性氧化剂:6份,砂纹剂:9份,气相法白炭黑:2份,透明氧化锌:5份,石棉粉:5份,纳米二氧化硅:12份,氯化橡胶:18份,二氧化钛:5份,滑石粉:9份,硫酸钡:6份,防沉剂:2份,消泡剂:2份,颜料:12份,钛石白粉:35份,竹荪:70份,水:1100份,乌梅:15份,黄芪:15份,茯苓:15份,贝母:15份,枳壳:15份,当归:15份,PVC:75份,稀土多功能复合稳定剂:15份,白石蜡:3份,聚乙烯蜡:3份,碳酸钙:10份,二氯甲烷:15份,三氯甲烷:2份,二氯丙烷10份,苯酚:5份,甲酸:2份,氢氟酸:5份,石蜡:2份。
主要包括以下步骤:

10)最后将步骤9)所得混合物加入步骤8)中,搅拌得到涂料。

端羟基二甲基硅橡胶:10-15份,TGIC固化剂:2-3份,二酰氧庚烷二丁基锡:1-2份,硼砂:3-5份,聚磷酸铵耐温助剂:1-2份,酸性氧化剂:5-6份,砂纹剂:7-9份,气相法白炭黑:1-2份,透明氧化锌:3-5份,石棉粉:3-5份,纳米二氧化硅:10-12份,氯化橡胶:16-18份,二氧化钛:2-5份,滑石粉:6-9份,硫酸钡:3-6份,防沉剂:1-2份,消泡剂:1-2份,颜料:10-12份,钛石白粉:30-35份,竹荪:60-70份,水:1000-1100份,乌梅:10-15份,黄芪:10-15份,茯苓:10-15份,贝母:10-15份,枳壳:10-15份,当归:10-15份,PVC:70-75份,稀土多功能复合稳定剂:10-15份,白石蜡:1-3份,聚乙烯蜡:1-3份,碳酸钙:5-10份,二氯甲烷:10-15份,三氯甲烷:1-2份,二氯丙烷5-10份,苯酚:2-5份,甲酸:1-2份,氢氟酸:2-5份,石蜡:1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的底材无腐蚀性安全可靠的涂料,其特征在于:主要包括以下步骤:
1)将竹荪洗净后切片,浸泡在淡奶内,待淡奶被竹荪吸收殆尽,取花生,磨成粉,洒在竹荪上;
2)将纳米二氧化硅进行研磨,研磨时间为60min,研磨速度为600转/min,投入反应釜中;
3)取氯化橡胶、二氧化钛、滑石粉、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、钛石白粉、竹荪,混合加入反应釜中;
4)取乌梅、黄芪、茯苓、贝母、枳壳、当归磨成粉加入蒸馏瓶内,加入75%的水,蒸馏,收集蒸馏水;
5)将蒸馏水加入反应釜中,用300目的细目滤网进行过滤,过滤掉较粗的颗粒,研磨成粉;
6)将PVC、稀土多功能复合稳定剂、白石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、碳酸钙加入到塑料混合机组高混缸中,进行热混捏合,当热混升温至物料温度达到100℃时开始放料,进入冷混缸中冷混,冷混温度达到50℃放料,与15%的水混合;
7)将二氯甲烷注入容器A内,接着再向容器A内注入三氯甲烷,组成混合的氯代烃备用;将石蜡、苯酚放入另一容器B内加热至30-40℃后,再加入二氯丙烷,搅拌均;将容器B中的物料放入盛有氯代烃的容器A中,接着再向容器A中加入甲酸、氢氟酸,用机械式空气搅拌均匀;
8)将步骤6)和步骤7)所得混合物于步骤5)颗粒粉混合;
9)同时取端羟基二甲基硅橡胶、TGIC固化剂、二酰氧庚烷二丁基锡、硼砂、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂、酸性氧化剂、砂纹剂、气相法白炭黑、透明氧化锌、石棉粉,研磨,加入10%的水加热混合;
10)最后将步骤9)所得混合物加入步骤8)中,搅拌得到涂料。
