本发明公开了一种加强带,包括加强带本体,所述加强带本体由外表层A、基层和外表层B组成,所述外表层A和外表层B均采用无纺布、PVC或纸质材质制成,外表层A、基层和外表层B通过超声波焊接技术融合在一起;所述基层为BOPP、PET、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯或聚酯纤维制成;所述加强带本体成卷供料,本发明产生的有益效果是:应用行业范围广,能实现多种尺寸规格的加强带设计,可生产多种不同宽度、厚度的产品,具有强度高、防水耐蚀、美观大气和卷装供料生产效率高等优点,适合在包装箱上作为提手加强垫片使用。

一种加强带及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及加强带,具体是一种加强带及其使用方法。
背景技术
纸箱包装上的一种应用于提拎物品的提拎带,在使用的过程中需要像塑料手提扣一样在里面加一垫片,来保证提拎时纸箱处的抗拉强度,保护纸箱不被撕裂。
现有的加强带的缺点:组合材料单一,生产成本高,生产效率低;不能通过胶粘合方式,使得加强带与纸箱融合,真正的提升纸箱的抗压、抗拉能力;不能印刷二维码等可以追溯跟踪包装物原厂的信息,导致出现质量问题追溯困难;其表层容易污染,抗脏能力差,影响产品外观;不容易实现成卷状供料,自动化生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加强带及其使用方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种加强带,包括加强带本体,所述加强带本体由外表层A、基层和外表层B组成,所述外表层A和外表层B均采用无纺布、PVC或纸质材质制成,外表层A、基层和外表层B通过超声波焊接技术融合在一起;所述基层为BOPP、PET、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯或聚酯纤维制成;所述加强带本体成卷供料。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述外表层A和外表层B还可以通过胶粘剂、热熔聚丙烯或热熔聚乙烯复合在基层的两侧。
作为本发明的再进一步方案:所述加强带本体的厚度为0.2-2mm。
作为本发明的再进一步方案:所述加强带本体可以由外表层A、基层和外表层B其中的两层组成。
作为本发明的再进一步方案:所述加强带本体上喷涂条形码或二维码防伪标识。
一种加强带,其使用方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将成卷状供料的加强带自动切割成小片状,加强带具体尺寸根据实际使用需求而定,加强带通过超声波焊接、胶粘剂或热熔工艺贴合在纸箱盖里面上;
步骤2,将提拎带自动穿过加强带与纸箱上预先打孔处包装盒上的纸箱盖里,使提拎带的弓形部分朝外,提拎带的两端置于纸箱盖的内侧,通过超声波焊接、胶粘剂、热熔工艺固定与纸箱盖和加强带上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:这种加强带材料组合结构既能提高其抗拉强度,又能具有防水,不易粘灰尘,表面防污染抗脏性好主要特性,加强带的使用范围更广;材料组合柔软适中,既可以组合成高硬度的产品,也可以组合成柔软适中的产品,能满足更多包装设计师对加强带的特性选择应用;提加强带供料成卷特性,能够在自动化设备上自动化供料、切断、涂层粘贴,能高效自动化生产应用,是很多大批量生产纸箱礼盒的选择;可应用行业范围广,能实现多种尺寸规格的加强带设计,可生产多种不同宽度、厚度的产品,具有强度高、防水耐蚀、美观大气和环保等优点,适合在包装箱上作为提手加强垫片使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1,一种加强带,包括加强带本体,所述加强带本体由外表层A1、基层2和外表层B3组成,所述外表层A1和外表层B3均采用无纺布、PVC或纸质材质制成,外表层A1、基层2和外表层B3通过超声波焊接技术融合在一起;所述基层2为BOPP、PET、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯或聚酯纤维制成;所述加强带本体成卷供料,容易实现自动化生产,可替换塑料加强垫,发挥高效率自动化生产安装固定于纸箱塑料提手或提拎带的安装特 性,生产效率高。
所述外表层A1和外表层B3还可以通过胶粘剂、热熔聚丙烯或热熔聚乙烯复合在基层2的两侧。
所述加强带本体的厚度为0.2-2mm。
所述加强带本体可以由外表层A1、基层2和外表层B3其中的两层组成。
所述加强带本体上喷涂条形码或二维码防伪标识,生产过程中设备识别防伪标识后才能继续生产。
请参阅图2,一种加强带的使用方法,按照如下的实施例进行说明,实施例中包括包装盒11、纸箱盖12、提拎带13和加强带14,其使用方法如下:
步骤1,将成卷状供料的加强带14自动切割成小片状,加强带14具体尺寸根据实际使用需求而定,加强带14通过超声波焊接、胶粘剂或热熔工艺贴合在纸箱盖12里面上;
步骤2,将提拎带13自动穿过加强带14与纸箱上预先打孔处包装盒上的纸箱盖11里,使提拎带13的弓形部分朝外,提拎带13的两端置于纸箱盖11的内侧,通过超声波焊接、胶粘剂、热熔工艺固定与纸箱盖11和加强带14上。

1.一种加强带,包括加强带本体,其特征在于,所述加强带本体由外表层A、基层和外表层B组成,所述外表层A和外表层B均采用无纺布、PVC或纸质材质制成,外表层A、基层和外表层B通过超声波焊接技术融合在一起;所述基层为BOPP、PET、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯或聚酯纤维制成;所述加强带本体成卷供料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强带,其特征在于,所述外表层A和外表层B还可以通过胶粘剂、热熔聚丙烯或热熔聚乙烯复合在基层的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强带,所述加强带本体的厚度为0.2-2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强带,所述加强带本体可以由外表层A、基层和外表层B其中的两层组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强带,所述加强带本体上喷涂条形码或二维码防伪标识。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强带,其特征在于,其使用方法包括如下步骤:
