Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条及其成型模具和方法,所述汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条,包括ABS骨架、PMMA高光表层、TPU软边,所述PMMA高光表层和TPU软边均设在所述ABS骨架上,所述ABS骨架2上设有与所述TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4连通的注塑通道。本发明成型模具将本体骨架作为嵌件放置在双色注塑模具中,可得到三色(三种材料:ABS本体骨架、PMMA高光本体表层、TPU软边一体成型产品)高光产品,并通过滑块加封胶刀实现正反面包胶的技术突破,较好地解决了现有三色注塑模具存在的问题。本发明产品在同等结构下大大提高了产品的外观品质、提升了产品的环保等级、降低了产品成本、减少了产品重量。

Description

一种汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条及其成型模具和方法
技术领域
本发明属于汽车挡风玻璃外装饰条,具体涉及一种汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条及其成型模具和方法。
技术背景
汽车挡风玻璃外装饰条一般采用带正反面密封的三色高光装饰条。传统的三色高光装饰条,如图2所示,加工时需要分别注塑成型本体2、软胶3、4,然后在本体2上通过喷涂得到高光的表面10,再将两条软胶3、4用双面胶或胶水粘接到本体2上,其工艺过程复杂、合格率低、成本高、且软胶粘接的可靠性差。 如果应用三色注塑成型,需要三色注塑设备和三色注塑模具,设备投入和模具成本非常高。由于三色注塑模具必然采用移模或抽芯的方式实现三个型腔的转换、对三色产品的外形和结构限制比较多,只能实现同一平面的本体2和本体2左右的软胶3、4三色成型,如图1所示,不能实现如图2所示的三色一体的装饰条同时左右上下的三色成型。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适合普通注塑设备生产,质量好,成本低的汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条及其成型模具和方法。
实现本发明目的采用的技术方案如下:
本发明提供的汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条,包括ABS骨架、PMMA(亚克力)高光表层、TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体)软边,所述PMMA高光表层和TPU软边均设在所述ABS骨架上,所述ABS骨架2上设有与所述TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4连通的注塑通道。
所述PMMA高光表层设在所述ABS骨架的上面且有一包边,所述TPU软边分为TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4,它们分别设在所述PMMA高光表层的一侧和包边的下面。
本发明提供的上述汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条的成型模具,为二色注塑模具,包括相互配合的前模仁和后模仁、位于前模仁、后模仁两侧的滑块、位于滑块内可以前后滑动与所述前模仁和后模仁配合的内部封胶刀。
本发明提供的上述汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条的成型方法,采用所述成型模具,其成型方法按如下步骤进行:
步骤一、在单色模中成型所述ABS骨架;
步骤二、将所述ABS骨架置入所述成型模具的型腔,由ABS骨架与后模仁共同形成TPU反面软边的第一成型空间和与第一成型空间连通的注塑通道,再由内部封胶刀与前模仁、后模仁和ABS骨架共同形成PMMA高光表层的第二成型空间,通过向第二成型空间进行第一次注塑形成PMMA高光表层;
步骤三、由内部封胶刀与前模仁、PMMA高光表层、ABS骨架和滑块共同形成TPU正面软边的第三成型空间,通过ABS骨架中的所述注塑通道向所述第三成型空间和第一成型空间进行第二次注塑形成TPU正面软边和TPU反面软边;
所述步骤二的第二成型空间是在所述前模仁、后模仁合模后,滑块不动,通过所述内部封胶刀前移贴合前模仁所形成。
所述步骤三的第三成型空间是在成型PMMA高光表层后,滑块不动,内部封胶刀后退一定的距离后所形成。
有益效果
1、本发明产品在同等结构下大大提高了产品的外观品质、提升了产品的环保等级、降低了产品成本、减少了产品重量。
2、本发明成型模具将本体骨架作为嵌件放置在双色注塑模具中,可得到三色(三种材料: ABS本体骨架、PMMA高光本体表层、TPU软边一体成型产品)高光产品,并通过滑块加封胶刀实现正反面包胶的技术突破,较好地解决了现有三色注塑模具存在的上述问题。
3、本发明方法采用双色成型加嵌件成型技术,既满足三色成型的功效,又突破了三色注塑成型模具的局限性,实现上下叠层左右交错的熔合结构。
本发明具有非常好的实用价值和非常广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
见图3、图4,本发明的汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条,包括ABS骨架2、PMMA高光表层1、TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4,所述PMMA高光表层、TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4均设在所述ABS骨架2上,所述ABS骨架2上设有与所述TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4连通的注塑通道9;所述PMMA高光表层1设在所述ABS骨架2的上面且有一包边,所述TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4分别设在所述PMMA高光表层1的一侧和包边的下面。
本发明上述汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条的成型注塑模具,如图5所示,为二色注塑模具,包括相互配合的前模仁5和后模仁6、位于前模仁5、后模仁6两侧的滑块8、位于滑块8内可以前后滑动与所述前模仁5和后模仁6配合的内部封胶刀7。
本发明上述汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条的成型方法,采用所述成型模具,按如下步骤进行:
步骤一、先在单色模中成型ABS骨架2;
步骤二、见图5、图6,将所述ABS骨架2置入所述成型模具的型腔,然后前模仁5、后模仁6合模,滑块8不动,由ABS骨架2与后模仁6共同形成TPU反面软边4的成型空间4′和与成型空间4′连通的注塑通道9,内部封胶刀7前移贴合前模仁5,与前模仁5、后模仁6和ABS骨架2共同形成PMMA高光表层1的成型空间1′,通过向成型空间1′进行第一次注塑形成PMMA高光表层1,如图7所示;
步骤三、见图8,成型PMMA高光表层1后,滑块8不动,内部封胶刀7后退一定的距离后,与前模仁5、PMMA高光表层1、ABS骨架2和滑块8共同形成TPU正面软边3的成型空间3′,通过ABS骨架2中的所述注塑通道9连通所述成型空间3′和成型空间4′,然后从成型空间3′侧进行第二次注塑,通过第二次注塑形成TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4,如图9所示。
由上述方法注塑成型的本发明汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条产品如图3、图4所示, ABS骨架2上设有多条注塑通道9,将TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4连接在一起。
本发明方法中,由于TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4通过ABS骨架2上的注塑通道9连接在一起,可以一次注塑成型;且避免了在模具上开通通道连接TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4而引起的其他问题。

Claims (5)

1.一种汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条,其特征是包括ABS骨架、PMMA高光表层、TPU软边,所述PMMA高光表层和TPU软边均设在所述ABS骨架上,所述ABS骨架2上设有与所述TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4连通的注塑通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条,其特征是所述PMMA高光表层设在所述ABS骨架的上面且有一包边,所述TPU软边分为TPU正面软边3和TPU反面软边4,它们分别设在所述PMMA高光表层的一侧和包边的下面。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条的成型模具,其特征是为二色注塑模具,包括相互配合的前模仁和后模仁、位于前模仁、后模仁两侧的滑块、位于滑块内可以前后滑动与所述前模仁和后模仁配合的内部封胶刀。
4.一种采用如权利要求3所述成型模具的汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条的成型方法,其特征是按如下步骤进行:
步骤一、在单色模中成型所述ABS骨架;
步骤二、将所述ABS骨架置入所述成型模具的型腔,由ABS骨架与后模仁共同形成TPU反面软边的第一成型空间和与第一成型空间连通的注塑通道,再由内部封胶刀与前模仁、后模仁和ABS骨架共同形成PMMA高光表层的第二成型空间,通过向第二成型空间进行第一次注塑形成PMMA高光表层;
步骤三、由内部封胶刀与前模仁、PMMA高光表层、ABS骨架和滑块共同形成TPU正面软边的第三成型空间,通过ABS骨架中的所述注塑通道向所述第三成型空间和第一成型空间进行第二次注塑形成TPU正面软边和TPU反面软边;
根据权利要求3所述的汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条的成型方法,其特征是所述步骤二的第二成型空间是在所述前模仁、后模仁合模后,滑块不动,通过所述内部封胶刀前移贴合前模仁所形成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的汽车挡风玻璃三色外装饰条的成型方法,其特征是所述步骤三的第三成型空间是在成型PMMA高光表层后,滑块不动,内部封胶刀后退一定的距离后所形成。
