本发明涉及油漆喷涂领域,具体的是一种家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:1)干燥:将家具置于烘房内干燥;2)打磨:将干燥后的家具采用砂纸打磨平整;3)除尘:采用高压风吹扫打磨后的家具表面,去除灰尘和小颗粒物;4)刷底漆:在除尘后的家具表面涂布一层透明底漆;5)底漆固化:采用紫外光照射,固化涂布的底漆,照射时间为10‑15min;6)抛光:采用细砂纸抛光处理一次固化后的底漆本发明采用的喷涂工艺,快速去除油漆里面的水分,防治水分进入家具木板内,从而引起发霉、鼓包等问题,本发明固化效果好,油漆挥发少,安全环保,可有效提高家具表面亮度、色彩,且抗划伤性好,不易残留指纹。

本发明涉及油漆喷涂领域,具体的是一种家具UV漆喷涂方法。
背景技术
UV漆是目前应用比较广泛的家具漆,主要特点有:经过强紫外线光固化处理,色泽稳定,历久常新,有效解决门板褪色及色差问题;门板镜面纯平效果较好,并且漆膜饱满无桔皮;是目前世界上比较环保健康的烤漆门板之一;门板硬度是其他烤漆门板的2倍,耐刮划,耐酸碱,不易变形。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种家具UV漆喷涂方法,解决现有家具表面油漆易挥发有毒物质的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的方案为:
一种家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)干燥:将家具置于烘房内干燥;
2)打磨:将干燥后的家具采用砂纸打磨平整;
3)除尘:采用高压风吹扫打磨后的家具表面,去除灰尘和小颗粒物;
4)刷底漆:在除尘后的家具表面涂布一层透明底漆;
5)底漆固化:采用紫外光照射,固化涂布的底漆,照射时间为10-15min;
6)抛光:采用细砂纸抛光处理一次固化后的底漆;
7)刷面漆:再在抛光处理后底漆表面涂布一层面漆;
8)烘干:对涂布面漆家具采用梯度升温方式烘干;
9)面漆固化:紫外光照射,固化面漆。
优选的,所述步骤1)烘房的温度控制在35-45℃。
优选的,所述步骤2)中砂纸型号为200-300目。
优选的,所述步骤4)中底漆的涂布量为20-24g/m2
优选的,所述步骤6)中细砂纸型号为400-600目。
优选的,所述步骤7)中面漆的涂布量为25-30g/m2
优选的,所述步骤8)中所述梯度升温方式为在30-40℃温度范围内烘4-6min,再升温至45-50℃烘3-5min,再升温至65-75℃烘2-4min。
本发明有益效果:本发明采用的喷涂工艺,快速去除油漆里面的水分,防治水分进入家具木板内,从而引起发霉、鼓包等问题,本发明固化效果好,油漆挥发少,安全环保,可有效提高家具表面亮度、色彩,且抗划伤性好,不易残留指纹。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)干燥:将家具置于烘房内干燥,烘房的温度控制在35℃;
2)打磨:将干燥后的家具采用200目的砂纸打磨平整;
3)除尘:采用高压风吹扫打磨后的家具表面,去除灰尘和小颗粒物;
4)刷底漆:在除尘后的家具表面涂布一层透明底漆,涂布量为20g/m2
5)底漆固化:采用能量调至200mj/m2紫外光照射,固化涂布的底漆,照射时间为10min;
6)抛光:采用400目的细砂纸抛光处理一次固化后的底漆;
7)刷面漆:再在抛光处理后底漆表面涂布一层面漆,涂布量为25g/m2
8)烘干:对涂布面漆家具采用梯度升温方式烘干,在30℃温度范围内烘4min,再升温至45℃烘3min,再升温至65℃烘2min;
9)面漆固化:能量调至500mj/m2的紫外光照射,固化面漆。
实施例2
一种家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)干燥:将家具置于烘房内干燥,烘房的温度控制在39℃;
2)打磨:将干燥后的家具采用260目的砂纸打磨平整;
3)除尘:采用高压风吹扫打磨后的家具表面,去除灰尘和小颗粒物;
4)刷底漆:在除尘后的家具表面涂布一层透明底漆,涂布量为22g/m2
5)底漆固化:采用能量调至200mj/m2紫外光照射,固化涂布的底漆,照射时间为13min;
6)抛光:采用500目的细砂纸抛光处理一次固化后的底漆;
7)刷面漆:再在抛光处理后底漆表面涂布一层面漆,面漆根据实际需要配以需要的颜色,涂布量为27g/m2
8)烘干:对涂布面漆家具采用梯度升温方式烘干,在36℃温度范围内烘5min,再升温至47℃烘4min,再升温至68℃烘3min;
9)面漆固化:能量调至500mj/m2的紫外光照射,固化面漆。
实施例3
一种家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)干燥:将家具置于烘房内干燥,烘房的温度控制在45℃;
2)打磨:将干燥后的家具采用300目的砂纸打磨平整;
3)除尘:采用高压风吹扫打磨后的家具表面,去除灰尘和小颗粒物;
4)刷底漆:在除尘后的家具表面涂布一层透明底漆,涂布量为24g/m2
5)底漆固化:采用能量调至200mj/m2紫外光照射,固化涂布的底漆,照射时间为15min;
6)抛光:采用600目的细砂纸抛光处理一次固化后的底漆;
7)刷面漆:再在抛光处理后底漆表面涂布一层面漆,涂布量为30g/m2
8)烘干:对涂布面漆家具采用梯度升温方式烘干,在40℃温度范围内烘6min,再升温至50℃烘3-5min,再升温至75℃烘4min;
9)面漆固化:能量调至500mj/m2的紫外光照射,固化面漆。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)干燥:将家具置于烘房内干燥;
2)打磨:将干燥后的家具采用砂纸打磨平整;
3)除尘:采用高压风吹扫打磨后的家具表面,去除灰尘和小颗粒物;
4)刷底漆:在除尘后的家具表面涂布一层透明底漆;
5)底漆固化:采用紫外光照射,固化涂布的底漆,照射时间为10-15min;
6)抛光:采用细砂纸抛光处理一次固化后的底漆;
7)刷面漆:再在抛光处理后底漆表面涂布一层面漆;
8)烘干:对涂布面漆家具采用梯度升温方式烘干;
9)面漆固化:紫外光照射,固化面漆。

3.根据权利要求1所述家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中砂纸型号为200-300目。
4.根据权利要求1所述家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中底漆的涂布量为20-24g/m2
5.根据权利要求1所述家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:所述步骤6)中细砂纸型号为400-600目。
6.根据权利要求1所述家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:所述步骤7)中面漆的涂布量为25-30g/m2
7.根据权利要求1所述家具UV漆喷涂方法,其特征在于:所述步骤8)中所述梯度升温方式为在30-40℃温度范围内烘4-6min,再升温至45-50℃烘3-5min,再升温至65-75℃烘2-4min。
