Abstract

一种果实诱导着色剂组合物­,包括以下重量份计的组份:天然脱落酸1‑3份,质量含量为0.02%的异戊烯腺嘌呤18‑22份,钼酸铵9‑12份,柠檬酸钛38‑42份,甘氨酸18‑22份,二氢茉莉酸丙酯1‑3份,磷酸二氢钾6‑10份。本发明不含乙烯利,不会出现脱粒、落叶等副作用;在膨果期能促使果实快速膨大,在果实着色前期能促使果实一周之内快速着色,增加糖度,提高天然花青苷的含量,能提早7‑10天上市,经过该果实诱导着色剂处理后果实品质提高,增加储运性能,还能增强光合作用,提高叶绿素含量和过氧化酶的活性,并促进植物对氮、磷、钾和其它微量元素的吸收和运转。

Description

一种果实诱导着色剂组合物
技术领域:本发明涉及一种具有促进果实生长过程中诱导着色的药剂,特别涉及一种果实诱导着色剂组合物。
背景技术:
植物生长调节剂是一类与植物激素具有相似生理和生物学效应的物质。现已发现具有调控植物生长和发育功能的物质有:胺鲜酯、氯吡脲、复硝酚钠、生长素、赤霉素、乙烯、细胞分裂素、脱落酸、油菜素内酯、水杨酸、茉莉酸、多效唑和多胺等。植物生长调节剂有很多用途,因品种和目标植物而不同。
目前关于果实着色的应用研究,主要集中在乙烯利、脱落酸等植物生长调节剂上。
乙烯利是优质高效植物生长调节剂,具有促进果实成熟,刺激伤流,调节性别转化等效应。合理使用乙烯利等植物生长调节剂是可以的,但若超量、超标使用,导致蔬菜催熟剂含量超标,有可能对人体健康造成危害。经大量实验研究发现:在葡萄的着色过程中单独使用乙烯利制剂容易造成葡萄树落叶、果粒脱粒以及果实不耐贮藏等现象。
脱落酸是能引起芽休眠、叶子脱落和抑制细胞生长等生理作用的植物激素,除促使叶子脱落外尚有其他作用,如使芽进入休眠状态、促使马铃薯形成块茎等,对细胞的延长也有抑制作用。单独使用脱落酸,直接在葡萄、苹果等水果上喷施,能特异地促进果皮中花色苷的形成,有效促进着色,但是在使用过程中发现葡萄、苹果等水果着色较快,但糖分积累相对缓慢,导致水果美而不甜;另外脱落酸对光敏感,在使用过程中不稳定易分解,如天然脱落酸(右旋型S-ABA),会见光分解或者异构化成左旋型脱落酸(R-ABA),研究表明,R-ABA 活性比 S-ABA 活性弱3~5倍。吲哚丁酸钠、芸苔素内酯、乙酰丙酸等化合物虽然具有着色的功能,但是也容易引起果实呼吸高峰的提前来临,降低其后的耐贮性,缩短货架期;而着色剂肥料的着色效果不明显,需要的着色时间较长。
为了提高果品品质,使果品着色均匀、果实鲜艳、甜度增加,防止果粒脱粒、果实不耐贮藏等现象,有必要研究一种使用方便、效果稳定、持效期长、不会出现脱粒、落叶等副作用的果实诱导着色剂。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是:提供一种效果稳定、持效期长、着色效果好、着色期短的果实诱导着色剂,该产品具有能提高果实品质、果品着色均匀、果实鲜艳、甜度增加、口感纯正等优点。
本发明的技术方案:
一种果实诱导着色剂组合物,包括以下重量份计的组份:天然脱落酸1-3份,质量含量为0.02%的异戊烯腺嘌呤18-22份,钼酸铵9-12份,柠檬酸钛38-42份,甘氨酸18-22份,二氢茉莉酸丙酯1-3份,磷酸二氢钾6-10份。
所述的果实诱导着色剂组合物,包括以下重量份计的组份:天然脱落酸1份,质量含量为0.02%的异戊烯腺嘌呤20份,钼酸铵10份,柠檬酸钛40份,甘氨酸20份,二氢茉莉酸丙酯1份,磷酸二氢钾8份。

本发明产品的作用机理:
在该果实诱导着色剂组合物使用过程中,模拟作物受到逆境来临,脱落酸和茉莉酸含量提高,外源应用能够激发防御植物基因的表达,诱导植物的化学防御,产生与机械损伤和昆虫取食相似的效果。诱导蛋白酶抑制剂(PI)和多酚氧化酶(PPO),从而影响植食动物对营养物质的吸收,还能增加过氧化物酶、壳聚糖酶和脂氧合酶等防御蛋白的活性水平,导致生物碱和酚酸类次生物质的积累,增加并改变挥发性信号化合物的释放,形成防御。激活花青苷的合成通路上结构基因,促使果实快速着色,促进细胞分裂,调节植物营养,促进果实膨大,诱导产生内源乙烯,调节花青素和糖分的分解代谢,增加作物糖的含量,糖类物质可以通过植物细胞产生渗透胁迫诱导植物花青苷的形成。明显改善果实品质,显著增加着色指数,提早着色。提高果实VC,降低果实酸度,因而使得糖酸比值提高,果实的口感得到改善;达到催红不催熟,防止裂果,落果,减少日灼果,加速表皮色素细胞的分裂,促使果品着色均匀,果实鲜艳,甜度增加,口感纯正,提高果品品质。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)该果实诱导着色剂组合物稳定、持效期长、效果稳定,不含乙烯利,不会出现脱粒、落叶等副作用;在膨果期能促使果实快速膨大,在果实着色前期能促使果实一周之内快速着色,增加糖度,提高天然花青苷的含量,能提早7-10天上市,经过该果实诱导着色剂处理后果实品质提高,增加储运性能。
(2)该果实诱导着色剂组合物能增强光合作用,提高叶绿素含量和过氧化酶的活性,并促进植物对氮、磷、钾和其它微量元素的吸收和运转;增进作物的生理活性,促进作物生长,光合作用强度增加50%以上;据实验表明,应用后可使苹果增产35.00%,果实着色程度提高48.02%,天然花青苷含量提高119.05%,绿果数下降56.00%,Vc含量提高40.80%,可溶性糖增加14.63%,有机酸下降18.89%。
可见,本发明产品能有效增加苹果的糖度,提高果实天然花青苷、Vc的含量,使果实中有机酸含量下降,改善了果实口感,提高了果实品质,增加储运性能,提高了果实产量。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
一种果实诱导着色剂组合物,包括以下重量份计的组份:天然脱落酸1份,质量含量为0.02%的异戊烯腺嘌呤20份,钼酸铵10份,柠檬酸钛40份,甘氨酸20份,二氢茉莉酸丙酯1份,磷酸二氢钾8份。
用法与用量:将以上组份混合后,搅拌均匀,得到果实诱导着色剂产品。
使用时可以叶面喷施,与氨基酸及微肥配合使用效果更佳,也可以冲施。在果实膨大期和果实着色期叶面喷施2-3次为好,单独使用时用量,每0.5-1g产品需兑水15公斤;与氨基酸及微肥配合使用时,每吨需加入15-20公斤此果实诱导着色剂,兑水600-800倍;冲施用量为每亩30-40g。
实施例2
一种果实诱导着色剂组合物,包括以下重量份计的组份:天然脱落酸2份,质量含量为0.02%的异戊烯腺嘌呤18份,钼酸铵9份,柠檬酸钛39份,甘氨酸18份,二氢茉莉酸丙酯2份,磷酸二氢钾7份。
用法与用量与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种果实诱导着色剂组合物,包括以下重量份计的组份:天然脱落酸3份,质量含量为0.02%的异戊烯腺嘌呤22份,钼酸铵12份,柠檬酸钛41份,甘氨酸22份,二氢茉莉酸丙酯3份,磷酸二氢钾10份。
用法与用量与实施例1相同。
实验例 为进一步检验本发明的果实诱导着色剂组合物在作物上的实际效果,发明人在作物上作进一步的对比实验。
实验例1 本发明的果实诱导着色剂组合物对苹果果品的影响
试验地设在郑州市中牟县苹果园,试验田地势平坦,肥力中等且均匀,土壤有机质含量为12.1g/kg,pH=7.2。对同一茬的处于生长期长势均匀的苹果果树平等的分为5个区,每区50株果树,分别用含有30ppm的实施例1产品、30ppm的实施例2产品、30ppm的实施例3产品、30ppm柠檬酸钛的水溶液,在苹果采摘前一个月和半个月时,各均匀喷施一次,以叶面表层形成一层水雾但不下滴为准。剩下一个区做对照实验,对照实验以清水做同样处理。采收时,在每个区随机摘取100个苹果,对果实着色程度、果实果皮花青苷含量、可溶性糖含量、有机酸含量、每个区的总产量进行检测,结果如表1和表2所示。
色指数计算公式:
着色指数 (%)= (∑各级果粒数×各级代表值)/(总粒数×最高级代表值)×100%

由表1可知,实施例1-3中的产品对苹果着色的影响效果均好于对照组,好于单一组柠檬酸钛;用该产品处理过的苹果,绿果数最多下降56.00%,着色指数从60%多提高到90%多,着色程度最大提高了48.02%。本发明产品可以有效促进果实着色,经试验研究可知,在果实着色前期喷施能促使果实一周之内快速着色,可使果实提早7-10天上市。

式中,A为本发明产品处理过的果实品质指标的实际测定值,B为对照实验的果实品质指标的实际测定值。
由表2可知,实施例1-3中的产品对苹果的影响效果均好于对照组,也好于单一组柠檬酸钛;用该果实诱导着色剂组合物处理过的苹果,苹果果实中花青苷的含量最大提高了119.05%,可溶性糖含量最大提高14.63%,Vc含量最大提高40.80%,有机酸含量最高下降18.89%,苹果果实产量最大提高35.00%。由此可知,本发明产品能有效增加苹果的糖度,提高了果实天然花青苷、Vc的含量,使果实中有机酸含量下降,改善了果实口感,提高了果实品质,增加储运性能,提高了产量。
用本发明的果实诱导着色剂处理过的苹果进行光合作用测试,实验表明,该着色剂能增进作物的生理活性,促进作物生长,光合作用强度可增加50%以上。

1.一种果实诱导着色剂组合物,其特征是,包括以下重量份计的组份:天然脱落酸1-3份,质量含量为0.02%的异戊烯腺嘌呤18-22份,钼酸铵9-12份,柠檬酸钛38-42份,甘氨酸18-22份,二氢茉莉酸丙酯1-3份,磷酸二氢钾6-10份。
