背景技术
鲥鱼,又称三黎鱼、三来鱼等,是隶属鲱形目鲱科鲥属的一种名贵鱼类,分布于我国的长江、湘江、闽江、钱塘江、珠江以及黄海、东海、南海等水域。鲥鱼肉质鲜美,蛋白质、脂肪、核黄素、尼克酸等含量丰富,并且富含不饱和脂肪酸,具有降低胆固醇的作用,对防止血管硬化、高血压和冠心病等大有益处,历来被奉为席上珍品。鲥鱼肉还具有补益虚劳、强壮滋补、温中益气、暖中补虚、开胃醒脾、清热解毒等药用价值。在20世纪70年代以前,鲥鱼在长江、珠江和钱塘江渔业中占有重要地位。但近30年来,由于生态环境的恶化,再加上人们利益的驱动,鲥鱼资源日趋枯竭,现已濒临灭绝,被列入中国濒危动物红皮书,1988年被列入中国国家重点保护野生动物名录中第一级的保护物种。为了快速恢复和增殖鲥鱼资源,保障人们的饮食和药用需求,发展鲥鱼人工养殖是解决当前鲥鱼资源枯竭的重要手段。但是应用传统的养殖技术,根本无法改变这一现状,在传统养殖技术下,鲥鱼生长缓慢,养殖周期较长,抗病性较弱,鱼种容易退化,十分不利于养殖规模的扩大和效益的提高。因此,研究如何科学规范的去饲养和管理,如何提高鲥鱼的养殖产量和效益,已成为当今鲥鱼人工养殖所面临的重要难题。

为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种提高鲥鱼肉品质的生态养殖方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种提高鲥鱼肉品质的生态养殖方法,其养殖饲料的配方包括以下重量份成分:紫苏籽粕70-80、木薯粉32-38、干酒糟24-27、茄子渣13-16、活性酵母0.3-0.4、白芸豆15-17、香樟籽12-14、胡萝卜17-18、荷叶21-26、南瓜13-15、甜叶菊7-9、食盐0.4-0.6、鸡精0.2-0.3、雪梨7-8、江米3-4、麦仁2-3、黑枣肉1-2、蛋粉4-6、大豆蛋白肽7-9、红糖3-4、麦饭石粉1-2。
所述的提高鲥鱼肉品质的生态养殖方法,其养殖饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将紫苏籽粕、木薯粉、干酒糟、茄子渣混合,通入水蒸气蒸25-30分钟,倒出,冷却,将活性酵母加水配成酵母液与其拌匀,调节含水量至45-48%,密封,发酵3-4天,备用;
(2)将白芸豆、香樟籽倒锅中炒熟后取出粉碎,待步骤(1)发酵结束后将其加入进去混匀,继续发酵2-3天,取出;
(3)将胡萝卜、荷叶、南瓜、甜叶菊粉碎,撒上食盐、鸡精拌匀,通入水蒸气蒸3-5分钟倒出,密封贮藏3-4天;
(4)将雪梨洗净,加入4-5倍重量份的水榨汁,再将雪梨汁煮沸,加入江米、麦仁、黑枣肉煎煮12-15分钟,倒出冷却;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得的物料进行混合,再将余下的原料加入与之拌匀,送入到制粒机中制粒。

1.一种提高鲥鱼肉品质的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,其养殖饲料的配方包括以下重量份成分:紫苏籽粕70-80、木薯粉32-38、干酒糟24-27、茄子渣13-16、活性酵母0.3-0.4、白芸豆15-17、香樟籽12-14、胡萝卜17-18、荷叶21-26、南瓜13-15、甜叶菊7-9、食盐0.4-0.6、鸡精0.2-0.3、雪梨7-8、江米3-4、麦仁2-3、黑枣肉1-2、蛋粉4-6、大豆蛋白肽7-9、红糖3-4、麦饭石粉1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高鲥鱼肉品质的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,其养殖饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将紫苏籽粕、木薯粉、干酒糟、茄子渣混合,通入水蒸气蒸25-30分钟,倒出,冷却,将活性酵母加水配成酵母液与其拌匀,调节含水量至45-48%,密封,发酵3-4天,备用;
(2)将白芸豆、香樟籽倒锅中炒熟后取出粉碎,待步骤(1)发酵结束后将其加入进去混匀,继续发酵2-3天,取出;
(3)将胡萝卜、荷叶、南瓜、甜叶菊粉碎,撒上食盐、鸡精拌匀,通入水蒸气蒸3-5分钟倒出,密封贮藏3-4天;
(4)将雪梨洗净,加入4-5倍重量份的水榨汁,再将雪梨汁煮沸,加入江米、麦仁、黑枣肉煎煮12-15分钟,倒出冷却;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得的物料进行混合,再将余下的原料加入与之拌匀,送入到制粒机中制粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高鲥鱼肉品质的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,养殖池选择在环境安静、水质清新,池底含有沙石且有微流水的地方,最好是河流或湖泊,在鱼种投放前先用生石灰或漂白粉进行彻底清塘消毒,清塘时每亩用生石灰75-100千克或漂白粉15-20千克溶解后全塘泼洒,清塘后第5天每亩施入麦麸20-25千克、豆腐渣10-15千克培育出中等肥度的肥水,使轮虫、枝角类和桡足类等浮游生物大量繁殖,以为鲥鱼提供充足的天然生物饵料,清塘后2-3周,将鱼种用3-5%的盐水洗浴5-10分钟后放入塘中,每亩放养500-800尾,鱼种投放后,每日投喂饲料3-4次,投喂时间安排在每日的8:00-20:00进行,日投饲量为鲥鱼正常食量的70-80%,投饲时需要定时、定位、定质、定量,以提高饵料的利用率,降低饵料系数;日常管理时注意保持水质清新洁净,并在塘内栽植水草保持水中充足的溶氧,同时做好防逃、防鱼病和防敌害工作;养殖期间保持养殖环境安静祥和,实行生物预防和健康养殖。
