Abstract

技术领域
本公开总体上涉及在发动机曲轴与带或其他环式驱动构件之间、或者在诸如MGU或交流发电机之类的附件的轴与环式驱动构件之间使用的解耦器的领域。
背景技术
已知提供了一种位于由车辆中的发动机曲轴的带所驱动的诸如MGU(电动发电机单元)或交流发电机之类的带传动附件上或位于发动机曲轴上的解耦器。众所周知,曲轴经历与发动机中的气缸的点火相关联的加速循环和减速循环。解耦器允许这些加速和减速在对带的速度的影响减小的情况下发生。一些解耦器的问题在于它们不提供允许带和带轮相对于发动机曲轴发生超越(overrunning)的‘解耦’。已经提出了一些解耦器,这些解耦器包括带动力的离合器以提供解耦并且这些解耦器在需要时还允许发动机的BAS(带/交流发电机起动)能力。然而,这样的解耦器会是复杂的。提供至少部分解决这种问题的解耦器是有益的。
发明内容
一方面,提供了一种包括毂、带轮和毂驱动离合器的离合装置。该毂限定了轴线并且能够连接至旋转装置的可旋转轴。带轮能够相对于毂旋转并且能够与环式驱动构件接合。毂驱动离合器为卷绕弹簧式离合器并且能够控制成将带轮操作性地连接至毂以沿第一旋转方向驱动毂。提供了隔振弹簧并且该隔振弹簧在毂沿第一旋转方向驱动带轮时将毂操作性地连接至带轮。可选地,提供了带轮超越离合器并且该带轮超越离合器允许带轮沿第一旋转方向超越毂。

具体实施方式
参照示出了用于车辆的发动机10的图1。发动机10包括曲轴12,曲轴12驱动环式驱动构件14,为方便起见,环式驱动构件14可以被称为带14,应当理解的是,可以替代地使用任何其他合适的环式驱动构件。发动机10经由带14驱动多个附件16比如MGU(电动发电机单元)18。每个附件16均包括输入驱动轴15,输入驱动轴15上具有通过带14驱动的带轮13。为方便起见,这里使用了术语‘带轮’,然而,应当理解的是,可以根据所使用的环式驱动构件14使用任何合适的扭矩传递构件。
在发动机曲轴12上示出有离合装置20,并且该离合装置20用于控制曲轴12与带14之间的扭矩传递。离合装置20可以被称为解耦器20,这是由于离合装置20提供了至少一定程度上使带14与曲轴12中的扭转振动隔离开的能力,并且在带14处提供了超越能力,从而允许带14根据需要暂时超越曲轴12。在一些实施方式中,解耦器12还提供了使带14驱动曲轴12的能力从而提供了对发动机10提供推力或BAS(带/交流发电机起动)的能力。
解耦器20在图2中以放大立体图示出,在图3a和图3b中以分解立体图示出,并且在图4中以截面图示出。如图2至图4中可见的,解耦器20包括毂22、可以被称为第一单向离合器的毂驱动离合器23、离合器致动器组件24、第一隔振弹簧和第二隔振弹簧26(分别以26a和26b示出)、解耦器带轮28和可以被称为第二单向离合器的带轮超越离合器99。可选地,解耦器20还包括扭转振动减振器(TVD)29。
毂22可以适于以任何合适的方式安装至曲轴12(图1)。例如,毂22可以具有用于带螺纹的紧固件32的孔口31(图4),该带螺纹的紧固件32穿过孔口31进入到曲轴12的端部中的带螺纹孔中。毂22限定了解耦器的轴线A(图4)并且能够绕解耦器的轴线A旋转。
毂22具有固定地连接至其的杯状件33。杯状件33支承轴承36,轴承36进而支承带轮28以允许带轮28与曲轴12和毂22之间的相对旋转。轴承36可以是任何合适类型的轴承比如单列滚珠轴承。替代性地,可以使用用于支承带轮28以使带轮28相对于毂22旋转的任何其他合适的装置。
隔振弹簧26弹性地变形以使环式驱动构件14和曲轴12免受彼此中的振动或其他的扭矩方面的突然变化。在所示的具体实施方式中,隔振弹簧26经由驱动器25上的臂部25a并且经由弹簧外壳94在毂22与带轮28之间传递力,驱动器25固定地安装至毂22并且与弹簧外壳94上的内凸耳95沿轴向重叠。用于将扭矩从毂传递到比如弹簧26的弧形压缩弹簧中并且从弧形压缩弹簧传递到弹簧外壳中的这样的装置为本领域所公知的。
所示示例中的弹簧26为由任何合适的材料——比如弹簧钢——制成的弧形的、螺旋线圈压缩弹簧。然而,例如,可以使用任何其他合适类型的弹簧,比如闭孔泡沫弹簧或PTU弹簧。弹簧26并联地操作。可以设置单个隔振弹簧26,或者用三个或更多个弹簧26替代所示的两个弹簧26。
如隔离器领域所公知的,弹簧26具有第一端部和第二端部,该第一端部和第二端部接合设置在带轮28上的凸耳88的第一侧部上的接合表面。凸耳88的第二侧部以90示出并且具有接合驱动臂25a和25b的第二侧部92的接合表面。
可以设置以94示出的可以是聚合物的弹簧外壳以防止弹簧26的径向外表面与带轮28的内表面之间接触。可选地,隔振弹簧26可以被预加载以至少在离合装置20处于原始位置时有助于保持所有部件接合。
弹簧外壳94可以构成毂22与带轮28之间的中间构件,并且弹簧外壳94经由带轮超越离合器99操作性地连接至带轮28,带轮超越离合器99可以是如所示的卷绕弹簧式离合器,该卷绕弹簧式离合器具有接合弹簧外壳94上的弹簧外壳接合表面103的第一螺旋端部101并且具有接合带轮28的径向内表面107的外表面105,该径向内表面107可以被称为带轮超越离合器接合表面107。
带轮28经由轴承36支承以相对于曲轴12旋转并且带轮28能够与带14接合。所示实施方式中的带轮28具有构造成接合多V形槽带的带接合表面72。带轮28可以由多个元件制成,所述多个元件包括主部28a、罩构件28b和套筒28c,罩构件28b经由任何合适的装置连接至主部28a。带轮28可以由任何合适的材料——比如诸如钢之类的合适的金属——制成。
毂驱动离合器23能够控制成将扭矩从带轮28传递至毂22(在带轮28沿第一旋转方向D1的旋转期间)。离合器23还能够控制成允许带轮28沿第一方向D1相对于毂22超越。离合器23可以是单向离合器并且更具体地可以是具有径向外表面38、第一螺旋端部39和形成为柄脚(tang)的第二螺旋端部40的卷绕弹簧式离合器。卷绕弹簧式离合器23的第一螺旋端部39与轴上的第一端部接合表面42接合(图3B)以在离合器23与轴之间传递扭矩。外表面38能够与带轮28的可以被称为离合器接合表面43的径向内表面接合以在离合器23与带轮28之间传递扭矩。
表面43可以被称为毂驱动离合器接合表面43。卷绕弹簧式离合器23的静置位置可以使得外表面38与离合器接合表面43基本上操作性地断开接合。因此,当卷绕弹簧式离合器23在带轮28相对于毂22的旋转期间位于静置位置中时,卷绕弹簧式离合器23将带轮28与毂22之间彼此断开接合。
离合器致动器组件24包括电磁线圈50、电枢52、致动本体53、电枢偏置弹簧55和弹簧支承件57。电磁线圈50安装在线圈壳体54中,线圈壳体54自身能够安装(例如,经由带螺纹的紧固件59)至固定表面61,比如发动机10的安装支架的一部分。线圈50连接至控制系统56并且连接至电源58。电源58可以是诸如车辆电池之类的任何合适的电源。
偏置弹簧55促使电枢52远离带轮68以在供应至线圈50的电力被切断时辅助将电枢52与带轮28分离。弹簧支承件57安装至诸如前述的安装支架之类的固定结构。
线圈50的通电吸引电枢52沿轴向与带轮28的壁68接合。电枢52旋转地连接至致动构件53,致动构件53进而旋转地连接至卷绕弹簧式离合器23的第二端部40(例如,借助于位于致动构件53上的接纳卷绕弹簧式离合器23的第二端部40处的柄脚的柄脚孔口111)。电枢52对带轮壁68的摩擦驱使卷绕弹簧式离合器23的第二端部40沿导致卷绕弹簧式离合器23的径向膨胀的方向相对于第一端部39旋转以接合带轮28上的表面43,从而将带轮28操作性地连接至毂22。这在需要‘热起动’车辆(在车辆的发动机于停止灯处短暂停止之后要被再次起动时,作为节约燃料的措施)时是有用的。在这样的情形下,MGU 18(图1)作为马达被运行并且驱动带14,带14进而驱动带轮28。
线圈50的断电减小或消除了电枢52与带轮壁68之间的摩擦。由偏置构件55辅助将电枢52与壁68分离,如上面指出的。然而,离合器23可以在带轮28与毂22之间保持接合直到毂22超越了带轮28的这样的时间为止,在该时间点时,卷绕弹簧式离合器23将返回至其静置位置并且将带轮28与毂22操作性地断开连接。
应当注意到的是,在带轮28驱动毂22时,扭矩传递绕过了隔振弹簧26。这是由于带轮超越离合器99在带轮28沿第一旋转方向D1旋转时的超越条件下将起作用。
合适的轴衬以113示出,该轴衬有助于致动构件53相对于毂22的相对旋转运动。
设置了滑环115以抑制卷绕弹簧式离合器23在运行期间的结合。
尽管带轮超越离合器已被示出为卷绕弹簧式离合器,但其可以是任何其他合适类型的单向离合器。
图5示出了正常驱动期间的扭矩传递路径(从毂22传递至驱动器25、至弹簧26、至弹簧外壳94、至离合器99、至带轮28)。图6示出了由MGU 18推动发动机期间的扭矩路径(从带轮28传递至离合器23、至毂22)。一些扭矩还将通过电枢52和致动构件53传递,该致动构件53与离合器23的端部40处的柄脚接合。(在停止灯处短暂停止之后)热起动期间的扭矩传递将类似于图6。(利用发动机的起动马达(未示出))‘冷起动’期间的扭矩传递可以类似于图5。

Claims (3)
1.一种离合装置,包括:
毂,所述毂限定了轴线并且能够连接至旋转装置的可旋转轴;
带轮,所述带轮能够相对于所述毂旋转并且能够与环式驱动构件接合;
隔振弹簧,所述隔振弹簧在所述毂沿第一旋转方向驱动所述带轮时将所述毂操作性地连接至所述带轮;以及
毂驱动离合器,所述毂驱动离合器为卷绕弹簧式离合器并且能够控制成将所述带轮操作性地连接至所述毂以沿第一旋转方向驱动所述毂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合装置,还包括带轮超越离合器,所述带轮超越离合器允许所述带轮沿所述第一旋转方向超越所述毂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离合装置,其中,所述带轮超越离合器为允许扭矩从所述毂沿所述第一旋转方向传递至所述带轮的单向离合器,其中,所述隔振弹簧通过所述带轮超越离合器将所述毂操作性地连接至所述带轮。
