一种室内吊顶结构,它至少包括两块通过横梁进行组合拼接在一起的装饰板,所述的装饰板为单层木板或复合木板或塑板或挤塑板;所述装饰板的形状为长方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形或多边形;所述装饰板的背面设置有起着防止变形、加固及吊装连接作用的加强筋以及安装槽;所述装饰板的四边分别铣制有内凹缺口和外凸侧边,并且所述内凹缺口和外凸侧边在两两拼接时形成装饰槽;所述的加强筋靠近拼接处的一内侧设置,它包括卡脚和凹槽,所述的卡脚与所述安装槽相配合,通过黏胶、螺丝的连接方式与装饰板进行固定;所述的凹槽为螺丝的安装孔位及吊顶丝杆的安装孔位;它具有结构简单、合理,使用安装方便,结构牢固可靠,整体感强,能够实现个体化定制等特点。

一种室内吊顶结构
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种室内吊顶结构,属于室内建筑装饰技术领域。
背景技术
现有的传统室内吊顶主要由龙骨和扣板相互扣接而成,所述的扣板有铝扣板和塑料扣扳等,有块状扣扳,也有条形扣扳;它们基本上依靠扣扳两侧的扣接边扣接于三角龙骨的嵌槽中实现固定。但上述传统的吊顶结构安装相对繁琐,扣扳的形式也局限于铝扣板和塑料扣扳,扣扳的加工工艺和表面处理都比较局限,限制了吊顶结构的改良。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、合理,使用安装方便,结构牢固可靠,整体感强,能够实现个体化定制的室内吊顶结构。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种室内吊顶结构,它至少包括两块通过横梁进行组合拼接在一起的装饰板,所述的装饰板为单层木板或复合木板或塑板或挤塑板;所述装饰板的形状为长方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形或多边形;所述装饰板的背面设置有起着防止变形、加固及吊装连接作用的加强筋以及安装槽;所述装饰板的四边分别铣制有内凹缺口和外凸侧边,并且所述内凹缺口和外凸侧边在两两拼接时形成装饰槽。
作为优选:所述的加强筋靠近拼接处的一内侧设置,它包括卡脚和凹槽,所述的卡脚与所述安装槽相配合,通过黏胶、螺丝的连接方式与装饰板进行固定;所述的凹槽为螺丝的安装孔位及吊顶丝杆的安装孔位;
所述横梁包括下部的凸接边和上部的横梁凹槽,所述的凸接边两侧分别与所述的凹缺口和外凸侧边进行固定,所述的横梁凹槽为吊顶丝杆安装孔位;吊顶丝杆通过所述的凹槽和横梁凹槽分别对装饰板和横梁进行安装固定。
本发明具有结构简单、合理,使用安装方便,结构牢固可靠,整体感强,能够实现个体化定制等特点。

下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1-3所示,本发明所述的一种室内吊顶结构,它至少包括两块通过横梁3进行组合拼接在一起的装饰板1,所述的装饰板1为单层木板或复合木板或塑板或挤塑板;所述装饰板1的形状为长方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形或多边形;所述装饰板1的背面设置有起着防止变形、加固及吊装连接作用的加强筋以及安装槽4;所述装饰板1的四边分别铣制有内凹缺口5和外凸侧边6,并且所述内凹缺口5和外凸侧边在两两拼接时形成装饰槽7。

1.一种室内吊顶结构,它至少包括两块通过横梁(3)进行组合拼接在一起的装饰板(1),其特征在于所述的装饰板(1)为单层木板或复合木板或塑板或挤塑板;所述装饰板(1)的形状为长方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形或多边形;所述装饰板(1)的背面设置有起着防止变形、加固及吊装连接作用的加强筋(2)以及安装槽(4);所述装饰板(1)的四边分别铣制有内凹缺口(5)和外凸侧边(6),并且所述内凹缺口(5)和外凸侧边在两两拼接时形成装饰槽(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内吊顶结构,其特征在于所述的加强筋(2)靠近拼接处的一内侧设置,它包括卡脚(8)和凹槽(9),所述的卡脚(8)与所述安装槽(4)相配合,通过黏胶、螺丝的连接方式与装饰板(1)进行固定;所述的凹槽(9)为螺丝的安装孔位及吊顶丝杆的安装孔位;
所述横梁包括下部的凸接边(10)和上部的横梁凹槽(11),所述的凸接边(10)两侧分别与所述的凹缺口(5)和外凸侧边(6)进行固定,所述的横梁凹槽(11)为吊顶丝杆安装孔位;吊顶丝杆通过所述的凹槽(9)和横梁凹槽(11)分别对装饰板(1)和横梁(3)进行安装固定。
