本发明申请提供一种能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带及其制备方法,所述胶粘带包括五层结构,第一层为常温具有粘结性的压敏胶,用于粘结电池极组的外表面;第二层为基材;第三层为底涂胶,用于粘结基材和第四层;第四层为胶黏层,用于粘结电池外壳的内表面;第五层为双面离型膜。所述的提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,总厚度为16~35um,并且所使用的材料不会跟电解液发生反应,主要靠加热或加压的方式对电池极组和外壳内表面产生粘结性,并且粘结强度高,在电池中使用很小的面积就能达到满意的效果。

技术领域
本发明申请涉及一种胶粘带,特别是一种能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带及其制作方法。
背景技术
可充电电池,特别是锂电池由于其能量密度高,可多次循环使用,其寿命长、污染小,广泛使用在手机、笔记本等领域。随着科技的提高,各领域对锂电池要求越来越高,其中对锂电池的抗摔性能提出了很高的要求,锂电池的抗摔性能决定着锂电池的稳定性和安全性。
锂电池抗摔性主要是由电池极组与外包装材料的贴合性决定,若电池极组与外包装材料贴合性不好,当电池受到水平或者垂直运动时,电池极组和外包装材料就会有相对的运动,严重时会造成电池极组变形导致电池短路,断路等情况,这将会带来电池着火、爆炸等危险。锂电池的外包装材料主要选择铝塑膜,铝塑膜由CPP、AL、尼龙三层结构构成,其中靠电池极组面的为CPP材料。锂电池极组主要由正极材料、隔离膜、负极材料、正极极耳、负极极耳组成,其中隔离膜的主要作用是将正极材料和负极材料隔离,防止正极和负极接触,从而导致电池短路无法工作。目前某公司推出了一款取向聚苯乙烯胶带用于锂电池用铝塑膜和电池极组的粘结,但是该胶带对铝塑膜及电池极组粘结性小,需要在锂电池中使用大面积的聚苯乙烯胶带才能满足锂电池的抗跌落性能,导致电池能量密度下降。
现有技术中,有文献报道了一款用于提高电池抗跌落性能的取向聚苯乙烯胶带,该胶带由四层构成,分别为第一胶层(常温有粘性)、基材层、第二胶层(取向聚苯乙烯)和保护层,该胶带的第一胶层粘结电池极组的外表面,保护层在遇到锂电池电解液后会跟电解液反应掉,从而使第二胶层露出,第二胶层便粘结了电池外壳的内面,该胶带总厚度在50um左右。上述胶带存在以下几个方面的缺点:(1)胶带总体厚度较厚,在一定程度上影响了锂电池的能量密度;(2)胶带中提到的保护层会跟锂电池用电解液发生反应,对电池整体性能起到不可预测性的影响;(3)该胶带使用的取向聚苯乙烯对外壳内表面粘结性较差,在电池中使用的面积较大。
针对锂电池市场的要求,需要提供一款粘结力更强,在电池中使用面积更小的一种胶带,不仅能够提高锂电池的抗跌落性能,还不能影响锂电池的其他性能。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明申请旨在提供一种提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带及其制作方法,能够降低锂离子电池因振动、跌落等造成的电池极组和外壳的相对移动,从而避免电池发生不良事故。
本发明申请主要需要解决的问题为:
(1)胶带厚度需要减薄至35um以下,用来提高电池能量密度;
(2)胶带所用材料不得与电解液发生反应,并且也不能在电池充放电时发生反应,不影响电池使用寿命;
(3)胶带对电池极组和外壳内表面的粘结力要强,需要在电池内使用的面积减少,从而提高电池能量密度。
(4)彻底解决电池因跌落造成不良事故的问题。
本发明申请采用的技术方案如下:
本发明申请提供一种能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,共五层结构,第一层为常温具有粘结性的压敏胶,用于粘结电池极组的外表面,粘结材料可以为金属或塑料;第二层为基材;第三层为底涂胶,用于粘结基材和第四层;第四层为胶黏层,用于粘结电池外壳的内表面,可以粘结金属或塑料;第五层为双面离型膜,用来防止将所述胶粘带做成卷状物料时,第一层压敏胶层跟第四层胶黏层发生粘结。
所述的压敏胶是一类具有对压力有敏感性的胶粘剂,主要用于制备压敏胶带,压敏胶按照主体树脂成分可分为橡胶型和树脂型两类,橡胶型又可分为天然橡胶和合成橡胶类,树脂型又主要包括丙烯酸类、有机硅类以及聚氨酯类。
进一步的,所述第一层的压敏胶由丙烯酸酯胶黏剂构成,涂布厚度为2~4um;所述丙烯酸酯胶黏剂使用了特殊官能团的聚烯烃橡胶弹性体对丙烯酸酯树脂进行改性,其中特殊的官能团包括羟基、羧基、环氧基、马来酸酐。改性方法为:通过加入固化剂(如氮丙啶固化剂、聚氨酯固化剂、环氧固化剂等)将丙烯酸树脂中的官能团和聚烯烃橡胶中的官能团进行交联连接,从而使丙烯酸酯压敏胶具有了聚烯烃橡胶的特性。
所述的丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,包括如下质量比的各种组分:
聚烯烃橡胶I: 20~30
聚烯烃橡胶II: 5~10
丙烯酸树脂: 60~70
固化剂: 1~2
其中,聚烯烃橡胶I,具有羧基官能团,分子量0.5~1万;聚烯烃橡胶II,具有马来酸酐官能团,分子量0.5~1万。二者均市售可得。
可选择的,所述第一层的压敏胶也可以为SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)压敏胶,涂布厚度为5~10um;所述SIS压敏胶主要特点是不使用软化油,如环烷油、橡胶油等,其主要是靠低分子量的聚烯烃橡胶和液体树脂来提高该压敏胶的初粘。

更进一步的,过氧化物类引发剂含有过氧基(—O—O—)的一类化合物,受热后—O—O—键断裂,分裂成两个相应的自由基,从而引发单体聚合。过氧化物类引发剂分为无机过氧化物和有机过氧化物两类,无机过氧化物引发剂包括过氧化氢、过硫酸铵或过硫酸钾等;有机过氧化物引发剂包括过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯、过氧化甲乙酮等,可引发不饱和聚酯的聚合、橡胶的硫化、氯乙烯、苯乙烯等烯类单体的聚合。
进一步的,所述第二层基材厚度为2~12um,基材类型包括PP(聚丙烯)、PA(聚酰胺)或PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯),具体基材类型不限,但厚度不超过12um。
进一步的,所述第三层底涂胶为SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)压敏胶,与第一层所使用的SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)压敏胶一致,涂布厚度为2~4um。
进一步的,所述第四层胶黏层用苯乙烯分子链段含量为30~40%的SEBS(氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物),涂布厚度2~4um。SEBS是以聚苯乙烯为末端段,以聚丁二烯加氢得到的乙烯-丁烯共聚物为中间弹性嵌段的线性三嵌共聚物。SEBS不含不饱和双键,因此具有良好的稳定性和耐老化性。
进一步的,所述第五层胶黏层为双面离型膜,该膜可以为PET、BOPP、或双面无硅离型膜,厚度不做要求。
应该理解的是,上述胶粘带第一层和第三层所用的胶黏剂并不局限于特制的丙烯酸酯胶黏剂和特制的SIS胶黏剂,也可以使用其他类型的压敏胶,但要满足在锂电池中使用,不得跟锂电池用电解液发生物理溶解和化学反应,导致锂电池性能发生变化。
同样的,上述胶粘带第四层所用保护层胶黏剂也并不局限于使用SEBS,只要满足涂布在第三层胶黏层后,能与第三层胶黏层粘结紧密,并且在常温下第四层胶黏层无粘性,经过高温或高压便可以粘结锂电池外壳的内表面即可。
本发明申请所述的胶粘带,第一层压敏胶在常温下稍加压力便对电池极组产生强力的粘结性,该层压敏胶使用橡胶改性丙烯酸酯胶水,对粘结材料具有很好的密封性,不会被锂电池电解液浸润和破坏;同样使用特制的SIS压敏胶也具有同样的效果。所述发明申请胶粘带,第四层在60℃以下是不具有粘性的,需要在60℃以上,并施加0.5MPa以上的压力后就会对锂电池外壳产生很强的粘结性,并且该材料化学性能稳定,耐锂电池电解液性能强,不会跟锂电池电解液反应。
本发明申请所述的提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带的制作方法如下所述:
1.将常温无粘性胶粘剂SEBS加入转移式涂布机,启动涂布机,将双面无硅离型膜送入涂布机放卷处,在双面无硅离型膜的一侧面涂布上常温无粘性胶黏剂SEBS,形成常温无粘性胶层,并收成卷;
2.将基膜安装到基膜放卷辊,将特制SIS压敏胶加入转移式刮刀涂布机,同时将特制丙烯酸酯压敏胶或特制SIS压敏胶加入挤出式涂布机,将带有常温无粘性密封胶层的双面无硅离型膜安装到离型膜放卷辊;其中,挤出式涂布机设有精确计量型计量泵,该计量泵主要是保证输出胶的质量精准,使得涂布的精度提高,目前挤出式涂布机涂布厚度精度可以控制在0.5um左右;
3.启动所有设备,将基膜送到转移式刮刀涂布机,转移式刮刀涂布机利用转移式刮刀涂布头在基膜的一侧面涂布上特制SIS压敏胶,接着将基膜送入烘干装置,除去特制SIS压敏胶中的溶剂,形成第三胶层;
4.将带有第三层特制SIS压敏胶层的基膜和带有常温无粘性密封胶层的双面无硅离型膜送入离型膜贴合装置,使第三层特制SIS压敏胶层与第四层常温无粘性SEBS胶层贴合;
5.将基膜送入挤出式涂布机,挤出式涂布机利用挤出式涂布头在基膜的另一侧面涂布上特制丙烯酸酯压敏胶或特制SIS压敏胶,形成第一层压敏胶层;
6.将基膜送到收卷装置进行收卷,即得成品。
本发明申请所述的提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,具备以下有益效果:
(1)根据本发明该胶带整体厚度减薄至16~35um,可减少在电池内部的占用空间,增大电池能量密度;
(2)本发明中该胶带对电池极组和外壳粘结力强,可减少在电池内部的使用面积,从而增大电池能量密度;
(3)该胶带可防止电池极组和电池外壳之间的相对运动;
(4)该胶带由于将电池极组和电池外壳进行固定,可防止电池因振动或跌落造成电池极组脱离电池外壳的保护受到严重撞击后产生电池短路或断路。
(5)该胶带两面都使用具有黏流特性的压敏胶,在电池受到一定撞击的情况下具有吸收振动能量的作用,从而起到保护电池极组不受破坏。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明申请所述的技术方案进行说明,目的是为了公众更好地理解所述技术方案,而不是对其进行任意限制。
实施例一
一种能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,共五层结构,从最贴近电池极组往上,依次为压敏胶、基材、底涂胶、胶黏层和双面离型膜,其中,第一层压敏胶由丙烯酸酯胶黏剂构成,涂布厚度为2um,所述的丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,包括如下质量比的各种组分:1、聚烯烃橡胶I:20份,2、聚烯烃橡胶II:5份,3、丙烯酸树脂:60份;4、氮丙啶固化剂:1份;所述第二层基材为PP,厚度为2um;第三层底涂胶为SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)压敏胶,涂布厚度为2um;包括以下质量份的各种组分:1、SIS橡胶弹性体I 15份,2、SIS橡胶弹性体II 20份,3、聚烯烃橡胶I 20份,4、聚烯烃橡胶II 5份,5、液体石油树脂 10份,6、氢化石油树脂20份,7、过氧化苯甲酰 0.5份;所述第四层胶黏层用苯乙烯分子链段含量为30~40%的SEBS(氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物),涂布厚度2um;所述第五层胶黏层为PET双面离型膜,厚度36um。
其中,聚烯烃橡胶I,具有羧基官能团,分子量0.5~1万;聚烯烃橡胶II,具有马来酸酐官能团,分子量0.5~1万;SIS橡胶弹性体I的分子量5~10万,SIS橡胶弹性体II分子量10~20万,液体石油树脂分子量0.1~0.3万,氢化石油树脂分子量0.2~0.5万,均市售可得。
上述的胶粘带,制作方法如下:
1.将常温无粘性胶粘剂SEBS加入转移式涂布机,启动涂布机,将双面PET双面离型膜送入涂布机放卷处,在离型膜的一侧面涂布上常温无粘性胶黏剂SEBS,形成常温无粘性胶层,并收成卷;
2.将基膜安装到基膜放卷辊,将特制SIS压敏胶加入转移式刮刀涂布机,同时将特制丙烯酸酯压敏胶加入挤出式涂布机,将带有常温无粘性密封胶层的离型膜安装到离型膜放卷辊;
3.启动所有设备,将基膜送到转移式刮刀涂布机,转移式刮刀涂布机利用转移式刮刀涂布头在基膜的一侧面涂布上特制SIS压敏胶,接着将基膜送入烘干装置,除去特制SIS压敏胶中的溶剂,形成第三胶层;
4.将带有第三层特制SIS压敏胶层的基膜和带有常温无粘性密封胶层的离型膜送入离型膜贴合装置,使第三层特制SIS压敏胶层与第四层常温无粘性SEBS胶层贴合;
5.将基膜送入挤出式涂布机,挤出式涂布机利用挤出式涂布头在基膜的另一侧面涂布上特制丙烯酸酯压敏胶或特制SIS压敏胶,形成第一层压敏胶层;
6.将基膜送到收卷装置进行收卷,即得成品。
实施例二
一种能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,共五层结构,从最贴近电池极组往上,依次为压敏胶、基材、底涂胶、胶黏层和双面离型膜,其中,第一层压敏胶由丙烯酸酯胶黏剂构成,涂布厚度为4um,所述的丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,包括如下质量比的各种组分:1、聚烯烃橡胶I:30份,2、聚烯烃橡胶II:10份,3、丙烯酸树脂:70份;4、聚氨酯固化剂:2份;所述第二层基材为PA(聚酰胺)基材,厚度为12um;第三层底涂胶为SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)压敏胶,涂布厚度为4um;包括以下质量份的各种组分:1、SIS橡胶弹性体I 25份,2、SIS橡胶弹性体II 40份,3、聚烯烃橡胶I 30份,4、聚烯烃橡胶II 10份,5、液体石油树脂 20份,6、氢化石油树脂30份,7、过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯1份;所述第四层胶黏层用苯乙烯分子链段含量为30~40%的SEBS(氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物),涂布厚度4um;所述第五层胶黏层为PET 36um双面离型膜。
其中,聚烯烃橡胶I,具有羧基官能团,分子量0.5~1万;聚烯烃橡胶II,具有马来酸酐官能团,分子量0.5~1万;SIS橡胶弹性体I的分子量5~10万,SIS橡胶弹性体II分子量10~20万,液体石油树脂分子量0.1~0.3万,氢化石油树脂分子量0.2~0.5万,均市售可得。
上述的胶粘带,制作方法如下:
1.将常温无粘性胶粘剂SEBS加入转移式涂布机,启动涂布机,将双面无硅离型膜送入涂布机放卷处,在离型膜的一侧面涂布上常温无粘性胶黏剂SEBS,形成常温无粘性胶层,并收成卷;
2.将基膜安装到基膜放卷辊,将特制SIS压敏胶加入转移式刮刀涂布机,同时将特制丙烯酸酯压敏胶加入挤出式涂布机,将带有常温无粘性密封胶层的离型膜安装到离型膜放卷辊;
3.启动所有设备,将基膜送到转移式刮刀涂布机,转移式刮刀涂布机利用转移式刮刀涂布头在基膜的一侧面涂布上特制SIS压敏胶,接着将基膜送入烘干装置,除去特制SIS压敏胶中的溶剂,形成第三胶层;
4.将带有第三层特制SIS压敏胶层的基膜和带有常温无粘性密封胶层的离型膜送入离型膜贴合装置,使第三层特制SIS压敏胶层与第四层常温无粘性SEBS胶层贴合;
5.将基膜送入挤出式涂布机,挤出式涂布机利用挤出式涂布头在基膜的另一侧面涂布上特制丙烯酸酯压敏胶或特制SIS压敏胶,形成第一层压敏胶层;
6.将基膜送到收卷装置进行收卷,即得成品。
实施例三
一种能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,共五层结构,从最贴近电池极组往上,依次为压敏胶、基材、底涂胶、胶黏层和双面离型膜,其中,第一层压敏胶由丙烯酸酯胶黏剂构成,涂布厚度为3um,所述的丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,包括如下质量比的各种组分:1、聚烯烃橡胶I:26份,2、聚烯烃橡胶II:7份,3、丙烯酸树脂:65份;4、环氧固化剂:1.5份;所述第二层基材为PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)基材,厚度为8um;第三层底涂胶为SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)压敏胶,涂布厚度为3um;包括以下质量份的各种组分:1、SIS橡胶弹性体I20份,2、SIS橡胶弹性体II 30份,3、聚烯烃橡胶I 26份,4、聚烯烃橡胶II 7份,5、液体石油树脂 15份,6、氢化石油树脂24份,7、过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯0.8份;所述第四层胶黏层用苯乙烯分子链段含量为30~40%的SEBS(氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物),涂布厚度3um;所述第五层胶黏层为PET 36um双面离型膜。
其中,聚烯烃橡胶I,具有羧基官能团,分子量0.5~1万;聚烯烃橡胶II,具有马来酸酐官能团,分子量0.5~1万;SIS橡胶弹性体I的分子量5~10万,SIS橡胶弹性体II分子量10~20万,液体石油树脂分子量0.1~0.3万,氢化石油树脂分子量0.2~0.5万,均市售可得。BOPP离型膜就是在BOPP薄膜表面涂了一层硅油,之后可以很容易跟压敏胶分离的一种搜索薄膜。BOPP是“Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene”的简称,即双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,它的生产是将高分子聚丙烯的熔体首先通过狭长机头制成片材或厚膜,然后在专用的拉伸机内,在一定的温度和设定的速度下,同时或分步在垂直的两个方向(纵向、横向)上进行的拉伸,并经过适当的冷却或热处理或特殊的加工(如电晕、涂覆等)制成的薄膜。
上述的胶粘带,制作方法如下:
1.将常温无粘性胶粘剂SEBS加入转移式涂布机,启动涂布机,将双面BOPP离型膜送入涂布机放卷处,在离型膜的一侧面涂布上常温无粘性胶黏剂SEBS,形成常温无粘性胶层,并收成卷;
2.将基膜安装到基膜放卷辊,将特制SIS压敏胶加入转移式刮刀涂布机,同时将特制丙烯酸酯压敏胶加入挤出式涂布机,将带有常温无粘性密封胶层的离型膜安装到离型膜放卷辊;
3.启动所有设备,将基膜送到转移式刮刀涂布机,转移式刮刀涂布机利用转移式刮刀涂布头在基膜的一侧面涂布上特制SIS压敏胶,接着将基膜送入烘干装置,除去特制SIS压敏胶中的溶剂,形成第三胶层;
4.将带有第三层特制SIS压敏胶层的基膜和带有常温无粘性密封胶层的离型膜送入离型膜贴合装置,使第三层特制SIS压敏胶层与第四层常温无粘性SEBS胶层贴合;
5.将基膜送入挤出式涂布机,挤出式涂布机利用挤出式涂布头在基膜的另一侧面涂布上特制丙烯酸酯压敏胶或特制SIS压敏胶,形成第一层压敏胶层;
6.将基膜送到收卷装置进行收卷,即得成品。
实施例四
一种能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,共五层结构,从最贴近电池极组往上,依次为压敏胶、基材、底涂胶、胶黏层和双面离型膜,其中,第一层的压敏胶也为SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)压敏胶,涂布厚度为7um,包括以下质量份的各种组分:1、SIS橡胶弹性体I 20份,2、SIS橡胶弹性体II 25份,3、聚烯烃橡胶I 26份,4、聚烯烃橡胶II 7份,5、液体石油树脂15份,6、氢化石油树脂22份,7、过氧化甲乙酮0.6份;所述第二层基材为PP(聚丙烯)基材,厚度为6um;第三层底涂胶为SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)压敏胶,涂布厚度为4um;包括以下质量份的各种组分:1、SIS橡胶弹性体I 20份,2、SIS橡胶弹性体II 30份,3、聚烯烃橡胶I 26份,4、聚烯烃橡胶II 7份,5、液体石油树脂 15份,6、氢化石油树脂24份,7、过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯0.8份;所述第四层胶黏层用苯乙烯分子链段含量为30~40%的SEBS(氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物),涂布厚度4um;所述第五层胶黏层为36um PET双面离型膜。
其中,聚烯烃橡胶I,具有羧基官能团,分子量0.5~1万;聚烯烃橡胶II,具有马来酸酐官能团,分子量0.5~1万;SIS橡胶弹性体I的分子量5~10万,SIS橡胶弹性体II分子量10~20万,液体石油树脂分子量0.1~0.3万,氢化石油树脂分子量0.2~0.5万,均市售可得。
上述的胶粘带,制作方法如下:
1.将常温无粘性胶粘剂SEBS加入转移式涂布机,启动涂布机,将双面PET离型膜送入涂布机放卷处,在离型膜的一侧面涂布上常温无粘性胶黏剂SEBS,形成常温无粘性胶层,并收成卷;
2.将基膜安装到基膜放卷辊,将SIS压敏胶加入转移式刮刀涂布机,同时将SIS压敏胶加入挤出式涂布机,将带有常温无粘性密封胶层的离型膜安装到离型膜放卷辊;
3.启动所有设备,将基膜送到转移式刮刀涂布机,转移式刮刀涂布机利用转移式刮刀涂布头在基膜的一侧面涂布上SIS压敏胶,接着将基膜送入烘干装置,除去SIS压敏胶中的溶剂,形成第三胶层;
4.将带有第三层SIS压敏胶层的基膜和带有常温无粘性密封胶层的离型膜送入离型膜贴合装置,使第三层特制SIS压敏胶层与第四层常温无粘性SEBS胶层贴合;
5.将基膜送入挤出式涂布机,挤出式涂布机利用挤出式涂布头在基膜的另一侧面涂布上SIS压敏胶,形成第一层压敏胶层;
6.将基膜送到收卷装置进行收卷,即得成品。
本发明申请所述的提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,总厚度为16~35um,并且所使用的材料不会跟电解液发生反应,主要靠加热或加压的方式对电池极组和外壳内表面产生粘结性,并且粘结强度高,在电池中使用很小的面积就能达到满意的效果。
应该理解的是,上述内容不是对所述技术方案的限制,事实上,在相同或近似的原理下,对所述技术方案进行的改进,等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明申请所要求保护的技术方案。

Claims (4)

1.一种能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,其特征在于:所述胶粘带包括五层结构,第一层为常温具有粘结性的压敏胶,用于粘结电池极组的外表面;第二层为基材;第三层为底涂胶,用于粘结基材和第四层;第四层为胶黏层,用于粘结电池外壳的内表面;第五层为双面离型膜,所述第一层的压敏胶由丙烯酸酯胶黏剂构成,涂布厚度为 2~4um;所述的丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,包括如下质量比的各种组分:
聚烯烃橡胶 I: 20~30
聚烯烃橡胶 II: 5~10
丙烯酸树脂: 60~70
固化剂: 1~2;
其中,聚烯烃橡胶 I 具有羧基官能团,分子量 0.5~1 万;聚烯烃橡胶 II 具有马来酸酐官能团,分子量 0.5~1 万。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,其特征在于:所述第二层基材厚度为 2~12um,基材类型包括 PP、PA 或 PET。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,其特征在于:所述第三层底涂胶为 SIS 压敏胶,涂布厚度为 2~4um。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的能够提高电池抗跌落性能的胶粘带,其特征在于:所述第四层胶黏层用苯乙烯分子链段含量为 30~40%的 SEBS,涂布厚度 2~4um。
