本发明公开了一种天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,包括:将所述软木塞置于滚筒中,预热;在预热后的所述软木塞的表面喷涂覆膜材料,加热,烘干,自然冷却;将冷却后的软木塞置于滚筒中,预热;在软木塞表面喷涂液体蜡,在室温下滚动,静置,再在软木塞表面淋洒半固体蜡,在室温下滚动,自然冷却,即得。该工艺中通过特定条件下对软木塞进行覆膜处理,解决了天然软木塞浸出色素的问题;而通过将天然软木塞表面进行了特定材料和工艺的覆膜和上蜡,同时解决了天然软木塞浸出色素严重和瓶装葡萄酒在储存和运输过程中的漏酒比例较高的问题,提高了软木塞的质量,其工艺简单、易操作,适于工业生产及推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及葡萄酒包装设备领域,具体地说是一种天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺。
背景技术
优质的葡萄酒不仅取决于优质的葡萄原料与加工工艺,而且取决于装瓶后的科学保存。在此过程中,葡萄酒瓶塞起着至关重要的作用。到目前为止,软木仍是世界上葡萄酒瓶塞应用最普遍、历史最悠久、效果最好的密封材料。软木的生长主要生长在地中海附近,其当地湿度在60-70%、温度在15-25℃左右,其加工及其使用更为适合当地的气候环境。如果改变了加工及使用环境就需要研发人员重新研究新的加工工艺,以满足软木塞在后期使用的稳定性。目前,我国瓶装葡萄酒所使用的天然软木塞都是经过特定加工处理的,但是天然软木塞由于其本身材料的特性,其表面会形成或多或少、大小不一的孔洞,而天然软木塞中自带的一种天然成分——单宁就会在浸泡过程中从孔洞中渗出,由于单宁为黄色或棕黄色无定形松散粉末,在空气中颜色逐渐变深,有强吸湿性;不溶于乙醚、苯、氯仿,易溶于水、乙醇、丙酮,其水溶液有涩味,所以其浸出在葡萄酒中,尤其是干白中会让人有种不好的感觉,这也就是人们常说的浸出色素的问题。目前,我国加工软木塞的工艺主要为:软木塞——漂白——印字——上蜡;一般采用双氧水漂白,二甲基聚硅氧烷上蜡;也有在漂白之后或者与漂白相结合进行覆膜处理的。从工艺上来说,漂白覆膜是在覆膜材料的使用过程中添加漂白液,会使外观更好;而单纯覆膜是不加漂白液的覆膜工艺,对塞子的保护作用更强一些。现有技术中,大多使用的覆膜材料为水溶性材料,容易与水以任意比例混合;胶溶性材料使用较少,因为胶溶性材料使用的溶剂易燃所以使用并不广泛。总体来讲,目前的覆膜处理的主要功能是灭菌、外观等级和修复塞体表面结构,而对软木塞色素浸出的阻挡性能相对较差。而且从目前行业内的天然软木塞的处理工艺来看,国外的覆膜和上蜡技术也不能有效控制色素的浸出。因此,研究一种能够降低天然软木塞浸出色素的工艺技术对葡萄酒尤其是干白的品质提升具有十分重要的意义。
此外,我国由于地域跨越多个纬度,气候除沿海城市,其它地区较干燥,南北温湿度差距大,葡萄酒产区集中在黄河以北,而销售区域集中在福建、广东、浙江、江苏等南部地区,产品需要长距离运输,加之我国软木塞加工方法主要是从欧洲借鉴和学习过来的,所以导致最终制备的软木塞在使用过程中与酒瓶的密封性较差,在运输及储存过程中存在漏酒比例较高的困扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,以解决现有技术处理的天然软木塞存在浸出色素以及漏酒率较高的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,将软木塞进行覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理的步骤包括:将所述软木塞置于滚筒中,边滚动滚桶边加热,使所述软木塞表面温度预热至20-40℃;在预热后的所述软木塞的表面喷涂覆膜材料,边滚动滚桶边加热,升温至所述软木塞的表面温度为50-70℃,维持烘干5-10min,自然冷却;所述覆膜材料为质量百分比浓度为14-28%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液;所述覆膜材料和软木塞的用量比为3-5L/万只。
本发明覆膜处理中所述的软木塞为天然软木塞或漂白工艺处理过的天然软木塞。其漂白工艺为现有传统漂白工艺,具体为:将软木塞放入滚筒中,在0.2-0.4MPa压力下将漂白液喷在所述软木塞的表面上,温度控制在50-70℃,滚动反应20min即可。漂白液的用量为每10000只软木塞使用质量百分比浓度为50%的双氧水0.5-1.0L,质量百分比浓度为15%的碳铵催化剂1.0-2.0L。
本发明覆膜处理中所述的覆膜材料丙烯酸树脂为食品或药品级的水溶性材料,属于市售商品。
本发明覆膜处理中所述喷涂覆膜材料的喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.2-0.4MPa。
本发明采用特定覆膜材料以及特定工艺对天然软木塞的表面进行覆膜处理,该覆膜处理能够起到较强的阻隔功能,该工艺可以有效降低天然软木塞的单宁物质在浸泡液中析出。
本发明还公开了一种天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(a)将所述软木塞置于滚筒中,加热,使所述软木塞表面温度预热至20-40℃;
(b)在预热后的所述软木塞的表面喷涂覆膜材料,加热,升温至所述软木塞的表面温度为50-70℃,维持烘干5-10min,自然冷却;所述覆膜材料为质量百分比浓度为14-28%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液;所述覆膜材料和软木塞的用量比为3-5L/万只;
(c)将冷却后的软木塞置于滚筒中,加热,使软木塞表面温度预热至20-40℃;在软木塞表面喷涂液体蜡,在室温下滚动15-25min,静置2.5-3.5h,再在软木塞表面淋洒半固体蜡,在室温下滚动15-25min,自然冷却,即得;
所述液体蜡是将高碳正烷烃和单甘酯溶于水的混合液,所述高碳正烷烃为C16-C20正烷烃中的任意一种或两种以上任意比例的混合物;所述液体蜡中高碳正烷烃的质量百分比浓度为15-25%;所述液体蜡和软木塞的用量比为300-400g/万只;

本发明步骤(a)所述的软木塞为天然软木塞或漂白工艺处理过的天然软木塞。其漂白工艺为现有传统漂白工艺;具体为:将软木塞放入滚筒中,在0.2-0.4MPa压力下将漂白液喷在所述软木塞的表面上,温度控制在50-70℃,滚动反应20min即可。漂白液的用量为每10000只软木塞使用质量百分比浓度为50%的双氧水0.5-1.0L,质量百分比浓度为15%的碳铵催化剂1.0-2.0L。
本发明步骤(b)的覆膜处理中所述的覆膜材料为可溶于水的食品或药品级丙烯酸树脂,属于市售商品。
本发明步骤(b)所述喷涂覆膜材料的喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.2-0.4MPa。
本发明步骤(c)中所述液体蜡中单甘酯的质量百分比浓度为2-5%。
本发明步骤(c)中在软木塞表面喷涂液体蜡的喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.2-0.4MPa。
本发明在步骤(b)之后、步骤(c)之前将所述软木塞的塞表面印字。
本发明中所述的滚筒为旋转滚筒,能够促使软木塞和喷涂材料进行充分接触,并将喷涂料均匀涂抹到软木塞的表面。
本发明通过将天然软木塞表面进行了特定材料和工艺的覆膜和上蜡,同时解决了天然软木塞浸出色素严重和瓶装葡萄酒在储存和运输过程中的漏酒比例较高两个问题,提高了软木塞的质量。本发明的创新点在于:将天然软木塞或漂白过的软木塞在覆膜之前预热活化,激活了软木塞的表面细胞,进而通过适当用量的特定覆膜材料对其表面进行均匀覆膜、特定烘干温度快速烘干,使软木塞表面成膜、稳定,在天然软木塞的表面形成的覆膜具有较强的阻隔性能,可以使得天然软木塞显著降低在浸泡过程中色素的浸出比例;进一步通过对覆膜后的软木塞进行特定用量以及特定材料的两次上蜡,使得软木塞被所述材料适当厚度层层包裹,以此提高了软木塞的质量,有效降低了软木塞在储运过程中的漏酒率,这对提高瓶装葡萄酒的品质以及方便储运具有极其重要的意义;此外,本发明公开的工艺简单、易操作,适于工业生产及推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面实施例用于进一步详细说明本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。
实施例1
将一万只特级天然软木塞装入于滚筒中,边滚动边加热,使软木塞均匀受热且预热至表面温度为30℃;在预热后的软木塞的表面喷涂5L质量百分比浓度为14%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.3MPa;滚筒滚动,使丙烯酸树脂水溶液均匀滚涂在软木塞上,加热,升温至软木塞的表面温度为60℃,保持滚筒滚动,且维持60℃烘干10min,自然冷却,即得。
实施例2
将一万只特级天然软木塞装入于滚筒中,边滚动边加热,使软木塞均匀受热且预热至表面温度为40℃;在预热后的软木塞的表面喷涂5L质量百分比浓度为28%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.2MPa;滚筒滚动,使丙烯酸树脂水溶液均匀滚涂在软木塞上,加热,升温至软木塞的表面温度为50℃,保持滚筒滚动,且维持50℃烘干10min,自然冷却;即得。
实施例3
将一万只特级天然软木塞装入于滚筒中,边滚动边加热,使软木塞均匀受热且预热至表面温度为20℃;在预热后的软木塞的表面喷涂3L质量百分比浓度为22%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.4MPa;滚筒滚动,使丙烯酸树脂水溶液均匀滚涂在软木塞上,加热,升温至软木塞的表面温度为70℃,保持滚筒滚动,且维持70℃烘干5min,自然冷却;即得。
实施例4
将一万只特级天然软木塞装入于滚筒中,边滚动边加热,使软木塞均匀受热且预热至表面温度为35℃;在预热后的软木塞的表面喷涂3.5L质量百分比浓度为17%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.3MPa;滚筒滚动,使丙烯酸树脂水溶液均匀滚涂在软木塞上,加热,升温至软木塞的表面温度为65℃,保持滚筒滚动,且维持65℃烘干8min,自然冷却;即得。
实施例5
将一万只特级天然软木塞装入于滚筒中,边滚动边加热,使软木塞均匀受热且预热至表面温度为30℃;在预热后的软木塞的表面喷涂4L质量百分比浓度为14%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.3MPa;滚筒滚动,使丙烯酸树脂水溶液均匀滚涂在软木塞上,加热,升温至软木塞的表面温度为60℃,保持滚筒滚动,且维持软木塞的表面温度60℃烘干10min,自然冷却;将冷却后的软木塞再置于滚筒中,滚筒滚动,加热,使覆膜后的软木塞的表面温度预热至30℃,在软木塞表面喷涂400g液体蜡,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.4MPa,在室温下滚动20min,静置3h,再在软木塞表面淋洒50g二甲基聚硅氧烷半固体蜡,在室温下滚动20min,自然冷却,即可。
液体蜡的配制:将18g的C20正烷烃和3g的单甘酯溶于79g的水中,混合均匀得到的混合液。
实施例6
将一万只特级天然软木塞装入于滚筒中,边滚动边加热,使软木塞均匀受热且预热至表面温度为40℃;在预热后的软木塞的表面喷涂3.5L质量百分比浓度为14%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.3MPa;滚筒滚动,使丙烯酸树脂水溶液均匀滚涂在软木塞上,加热,升温至软木塞的表面温度为70℃,保持滚筒滚动,且维持软木塞的表面温度70℃烘干10min,自然冷却;将冷却后的软木塞再置于滚筒中,滚筒滚动,加热,使覆膜后的软木塞的表面温度预热至40℃,在软木塞表面喷涂400g液体蜡,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.3MPa,在室温下滚动25min,静置3h,再在软木塞表面淋洒100g二甲基聚硅氧烷半固体蜡,在室温下滚动25min,自然冷却,即可。
液体蜡的配制:将20g的C18正烷烃和5g的单甘酯溶于75g的水中,混合均匀得到的混合液。
实施例7
将一万只特级天然软木塞放入滚筒中,在0.3MPa压力下将漂白液(质量百分比浓度为50%的双氧水1.0L,质量百分比浓度为15%的碳铵催化剂2.0L。)喷在塞子表面上,温度60℃,滚动反应20min,自然冷却,将冷却后的软木塞装入于滚筒中,边滚动边加热,使软木塞均匀受热且预热至表面温度为40℃;在预热后的软木塞的表面喷涂3.5L质量百分比浓度为28%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.3MPa;滚筒滚动,使丙烯酸树脂水溶液均匀滚涂在软木塞上,加热,升温至软木塞的表面温度为70℃,保持滚筒滚动,且维持70℃烘干10min,自然冷却;将冷却后的软木塞上料印字,再将软木塞再置于滚筒中,滚动滚筒,加热,使覆膜后的软木塞的表面温度预热至40℃,在软木塞表面喷涂400g液体蜡,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.3MPa,在室温下滚动25min,静置3h,再在软木塞表面淋洒100g二甲基聚硅氧烷半固体蜡,在室温下滚动25min,自然冷却,即可。
液体蜡的配制:将10g的C16正烷烃、C18正烷烃和5g的单甘酯溶于75g的水中,混合均匀得到的混合液。
对比例1
将一万只特级天然软木塞装入于滚筒中,边滚动边加热,使软木塞均匀受热且预热至表面温度为30℃;在预热后的软木塞的表面喷涂3.5L含有TiO2和2-甲基丁二烯的水溶液,其中TiO2的质量百分比浓度为0.8%、2-甲基丁二烯的质量百分比浓度为50%,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.3MPa;加热,升温至软木塞的表面温度为60℃,保持滚筒滚动,且维持60℃烘干10min,自然冷却,即得。
对比例2
将一万只特级天然软木塞装入于滚筒中,加热,使软木塞预热至表面温度为30℃;在预热后的软木塞的表面喷涂3.5L含有Fe2O3和2-甲基丁二烯的水溶液,其中TiO2的质量百分比浓度为0.8%、2-甲基丁二烯的质量百分比浓度为50%,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.3MPa;加热,升温至软木塞的表面温度为60℃,保持滚筒滚动,且维持60℃烘干10min,自然冷却,即得。
对比例3
将一万只特级天然软木塞装入于滚筒中,在软木塞表面淋洒50g二甲基聚硅氧烷半固体蜡,在室温下滚动25min,自然冷却,即可。
对比例4
将一万只特级天然软木塞装入于滚筒中,加热,使软木塞预热至表面温度为30℃;在预热后的软木塞的表面喷涂3.5L质量百分比浓度为50%的2-二甲基丁二烯水溶液,其喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.3MPa;加热,升温至软木塞的表面温度为60℃,保持滚筒滚动,且维持60℃烘干10min,自然冷却;将冷却后的软木塞再置于滚筒中,加热,在软木塞表面淋洒50g二甲基聚硅氧烷半固体蜡,在室温下滚动20min,自然冷却,即可。
实施例8
浸出色素实验检测:
检测方法:
将上述每个实施例、对比例最终获得的天然软木塞分别随机取50只,每个实施例、对比例的软木塞分10组,将每组5个软木塞分别浸泡在250mL的纯净水中,静置24小时,将每组浸泡后的水取50mL混合,得每个实施例和对比例的软木塞的浸泡液500mL,肉眼观察浸泡液的颜色,并在420nm下测定其吸光值,测量三次取平均值即为实验结果。如表1所示。
实施例9
漏酒率实验检测:
检测方法:分别取上述实施例1-7以及对比例1-4中加工的软木塞各100只进行葡萄酒灌装压塞,室温下(25℃)正放24小时后使软木塞充分回弹,卧放于38℃±0.5℃的保温箱中,24小时后观察漏酒瓶数,计算漏酒率。
漏酒率%=漏酒瓶数/总瓶数*100%。
其检测结果见表1。

从表1可以看出,本发明公开的软木塞表面处理技术与对比例相比,能够显著降低浸出色素和葡萄酒的漏酒率,其工艺简单、易操作,适于推广应用。
Claims (7)
1.一种天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,其特征在于,将软木塞进行覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理的步骤包括:
将所述软木塞置于滚筒中,加热,使所述软木塞的表面温度预热至20-40℃;在预热后的所述软木塞的表面喷涂覆膜材料,加热,升温至所述软木塞的表面温度为50-70℃,维持烘干5-10min,自然冷却;
所述覆膜材料为质量百分比浓度为14-28%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液;所述覆膜材料和软木塞的用量比为3-5L/万只。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,其特征在于,所述喷涂覆膜材料的喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.2-0.4MPa。
3.一种天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(a)将所述软木塞置于滚筒中,加热,使所述软木塞的表面温度预热至20-40℃;
(b)在预热后的所述软木塞的表面喷涂覆膜材料,加热,升温至所述软木塞的表面温度为50-70℃,维持烘干5-10min,自然冷却;所述覆膜材料为质量百分比浓度为14-28%的丙烯酸树脂水溶液;所述覆膜材料和软木塞的用量比为3-4L/万只;
(c)将冷却后的软木塞置于滚筒中,加热,使软木塞的表面温度预热至20-40℃;在软木塞的表面喷涂液体蜡,在室温下滚动15-25min,静置2.5-3.5h,再在软木塞表面淋洒半固体蜡,在室温下滚动15-25min,自然冷却,即得;
所述液体蜡是将高碳正烷烃和单甘酯溶于水的混合液,所述高碳正烷烃为C16-C20正烷烃中的任意一种或两种以上任意比例的混合物;所述液体蜡中高碳正烷烃的质量百分比浓度为15-25%;所述液体蜡和软木塞的用量比为300-400g/万只;
所述半固体蜡为二甲基聚硅氧烷;所述半固体蜡和软木塞的用量比为50-100g/万只。
4.根据权利要求3所述的天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(b)所述喷涂覆膜材料的喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.2-0.4MPa。
5.根据权利要求3所述的天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(c)中所述液体蜡中单甘酯的质量百分比浓度为2-5%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(c)中在软木塞表面喷涂液体蜡的喷料速率为1.0L/min,喷料压力为0.2-0.4MPa。
7.根据权利要求3、4、5或6所述的天然软木塞的塞表面的处理工艺,其特征在于,在步骤(b)之后、步骤(c)之前将所述软木塞的塞表面印字。
