发明属于涂装生产线技术领域,尤其涉及一种橱柜装饰板材高光淋涂工艺涂装生产线装置。
背景技术
现有的橱柜装饰板材高光淋涂工艺生产进度较慢,传统倒膜树脂平均5-8分钟1块板(1.22×2.44米),传统工艺做出来的产品是待干,时间6-8小时,生产效率较低,不能很好的满足人们对橱柜装饰板材高光淋涂工艺涂装生产的所需。

进一步的,所述抛光除尘机设置有除尘传送轮,所述除尘传送轮一侧设置有抛光轮,所述抛光轮两侧设置有压轮,所述抛光轮一侧设置有抛光电机,所述抛光除尘机上还设置有毛刷轮和除尘风机。
进一步的,所述第一全精密单滚涂布机设置有涂布机输送从动轮、涂布机背压轮和涂布机输送主动轮,所述第一全精密单滚涂布机上侧还设置有电光轮和涂布轮,所述电光轮和涂布轮一侧设置有电光轮减速机和涂布轮减速机。
进一步的,所述第一三灯UV干燥机和第二三灯UV干燥机均设置有固化机从动轮、干燥输送链管和固化机主动轮,所述干燥输送链管上侧设置有UV灯,所述UV灯一侧设置有风机。
进一步的,所述第一红外线流平机和第二红外线流平机均设置有流平从动轴、流平链管和流平主动轴,所述流平链管上侧设置有上烘箱,所述上烘箱一侧设置有发热管组,所述发热管组一侧设置有循环风道。
发明的有益效果为:发明一种橱柜装饰板材高光淋涂工艺涂装生产线装置,通过抛光除尘机,为使产品出来的效果更加完美,整个工件无瑕疵,所有工件表面尘埃必须清除干净,通过设有的第一全精密单滚涂布机和第二全精密单滚涂布机,使该机关键部位大量使用铸件,使整机稳定性、精密性更高。所以动力都为独立变频调速,可满足做不同效果的要求,通过设有的第一三灯UV干燥机和第二三灯UV干燥机,能够对涂料可瞬间固化,而且采用中间散热结构,使灯管散热更加均匀,大大提高灯管使用寿命,传动件使用1.5吋链条加不锈钢管传动,永不断裂,永不起锈,通过第一红外线流平机和第二红外线流平机,利用石英发热管(也叫IR灯)发热升温来降低油漆粘度,达到表面更平整、更光滑,为下一道工艺砂光效果更完美,而且可大大的降低能耗。当烤箱温度到达设定值时它处在一种恒温状态,发热管停止耗电。
