Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有祛痘功能的化妆品组合物,该化妆品组合物的活性成分由下述重量份配比的天然草本植物制备获得:玫瑰叶2‑20、木芙蓉2‑20、西葫芦2‑20、石斛2‑20。本发明的特点是以天然草本植物为主要原料制备,通过清热解毒诸药协同应用,促进组织修复和抗菌抑菌作用,从而达到祛除青春痘的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种具有祛痘功能的化妆品组合物。
背景技术
目前,很多祛痘产品用到激素,抗生素,维甲酸,果酸等成分,刺激性大,容易引起皮肤对痤疮杆菌的耐药性,安全性不断受到质疑。现有技术中缺乏活性成分完全纯天然的祛痘产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有祛痘功能的化妆品组合物,该化妆品组合物的活性成分以天然草本植物为主要原料提取,大孔树脂分离纯化制备,具有抑菌和消炎的功效。
本发明提供的一种具有祛痘功能的化妆品组合物,该化妆品组合物的活性成分由下述重量份配比的天然草本植物原料制备获得:玫瑰叶2-20、木芙蓉2-20、西葫芦2-20、石斛2-20。
制备本发明化妆品组合物的活性成分的天然草本植物原料的优选重量份配比是:玫瑰叶2-10、木芙蓉2-10、西葫芦2-10、石斛2-10。
制备本发明化妆品组合物的活性成分的天然草本植物原料的最佳重量份配比是:玫瑰叶5、木芙蓉2、西葫芦3、石斛4。
本发明化妆品组合物的组成中,化妆品组合物的活性成分的百分数含量为0.1-10%,其余为化妆品外用剂型的常用基质以及去离子水或纯化水或蒸馏水。通过常规工艺,可制成祛痘洗面奶、祛痘霜或祛 痘水等化妆品外用剂型。
制备本发明化妆品组合物的活性成分的天然草本植物原料,具有以下功效和特点:
玫瑰叶是蔷薇科蔷薇属落叶灌木玫瑰的叶,主要用于行气解郁,和血,止痛。用于肝胃气痛,食少呕恶,月经不调,跌扑伤痛等症。玫瑰叶中主要有效成分为黄酮类化合物、多糖等。药理研究已证明,黄酮具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗发炎、抗过敏等活性。
木芙蓉为锦葵科木槿属植物,具有清热解毒,消肿排脓,凉血止血等功效。用于治疗肺热咳嗽、治痈肿疮疖,乳腺炎、淋巴结炎、腮腺炎、烧烫伤、毒蛇咬伤、跌打损伤。其主要成分为黄酮苷,如含黃酮苷,如異槲皮苷,金絲桃苷,芸香苷等。
西葫芦含有较多维生素C、葡萄糖等营养物质,具有除烦止渴、润肺止咳、清热利尿、消肿散结的功效。对烦渴、水肿腹胀、疮毒以及肾炎、肝硬化腹水等症具有辅助治疗的作用;能增强免疫力,发挥抗病毒和肿瘤的作用。
石斛为兰科石斛属多年生附生草本植物。甘寒,归胃肾经,益胃生津,滋阴清热,润肺益肾,用于阴伤津亏,口干烦渴;《神农本草经》:“补五脏虚劳羸瘦,轻身延年”;《名医别录》:“石斛长肌肉,逐皮肤邪热痱气”;《本草》云“石斛圆细者为上,且谓其益精强阴,壮筋补虚,健脚膝,驱冷痹,却惊悸,定心志。”;徐究仁:“石斛功能清胃生津,胃肾虚热者最宜。如欲清胃救津,自非用石斛之甘滋轻灵不为功。”现代药理研究表明,石斛有效成分含有生物碱、多糖、微 量元素和氨基酸等成分,其提取物有优秀的持水效果,可增加毛细血管的血流量;并能显著提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,从而起到降低过氧化脂质(LPO)的作用;还从脑单胺类神经介质水平的调节角度,作为类似单胺氧化酶(MAO)的抑制剂而起到抗衰老作用。
本发明化妆品组合物的活性成分是指从天然草本植物原料玫瑰叶、木芙蓉、西葫芦、石斛中通过混合提取(水提或醇提),提取液经大孔树脂分离纯化制备得到的,该活性成分中总黄酮含量在18%以上或芸香苷含量在20%以上或多糖含量在20%以上。
制备本发明化妆品组合物的活性成分的天然草本植物原料中,玫瑰叶行气解郁,和血,止痛;木芙蓉清热解毒,凉血止血;西葫芦清热消肿;石斛滋阴清热,用于长肌肉,逐皮肤邪热痱气等。清热解毒诸药协同应用,促进组织修复和抗菌抑菌作用,从而达到祛除青春痘的效果。
具体实施方式
下面列举一部分具体实施例对本发明进行说明,有必要在此指出的是以下具体实施例只用于对本发明作进一步说明,不代表对本发明保护范围的限制。其他人根据本发明做出的一些非本质的修改和调整仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
取玫瑰叶500g、木芙蓉200g、西葫芦300g、石斛400g。
将上述原料按下列步骤制备成祛痘洗面奶:
将玫瑰叶、木芙蓉、西葫芦、石斛经水煮提取液浓缩后,加入乙醇沉淀,静置,过滤,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,得中草药浓缩液。将浓缩液上大孔树脂柱,水洗,乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液,洗脱液回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,得到组合提取物。
祛痘洗面奶
组成上述祛痘洗面奶产品的组分及其百分数含量为:
上述祛痘洗面奶的制备方法是:取月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸棕榈酸、硬脂酸混合,搅拌加热至80-90℃使其溶解;氢氧化钠用去离子水稀释,加入上述溶液中,加热搅拌均匀;将丙二醇、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物与去离子水混合,加入上述溶液中,搅拌溶解。组合提取物 与丁二醇混合溶解,待溶液冷却降至45℃以下时加入,并加入剩余原料,搅拌溶解均匀。出料前检测PH值、粘度、微生物,合格即可灌装。
实施例2
取玫瑰叶200g、木芙蓉300g、西葫芦100g、石斛600g。
将上述原料按下列步骤制备成祛痘霜:
将玫瑰叶、木芙蓉、西葫芦、石斛经水煮提取液浓缩后,加入乙醇沉淀,静置,过滤,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,得中草药浓缩液。将浓缩液上大孔树脂柱,水洗,乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液,洗脱液回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,得到组合提取物。
祛痘霜
组成上述祛痘霜产品的组分及其百分数含量为:
油相:
水相:
上述祛痘霜的制备方法是:将油相、水相分别加热到85℃后,两相混合均质数分钟,搅拌降温,降温到45℃加入组合提取物、香精、防腐剂,搅拌均匀,35℃成细腻均匀的膏体。
实施例3
取玫瑰叶40g、木芙蓉50g、西葫芦70g、石斛80g。
将上述原料按下列步骤制备成祛痘水:
将玫瑰叶、木芙蓉、西葫芦、石斛经水煮提取液浓缩后,加入乙醇沉淀,静置,过滤,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,得中草药浓缩液。将浓缩液上大孔树脂柱,水洗,乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液,洗脱液回收乙醇,浓缩,干燥,得到组合提取物。
祛痘水
组成上述祛痘水产品的组分及其百分数含量为:
上述祛痘水产品的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将丙二醇、去离子水混合,搅拌使其溶解;
(2)加入丙烯酸二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物,边加边搅拌,搅拌均匀后即得透明基质;
(3)取组合提取物,加入甘油,搅拌使其溶解,制成溶液;
(4)将组合提取物溶液与基质混合搅拌均匀,去离子水加至全量;
(5)调节PH值至5.5-6,5之间,即得。
实施例4 对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制试验
痤疮的发生主要与皮脂分泌过多、毛囊皮脂腺导管堵塞、细菌感染和炎症反应等因素密切相关。进入青春期后人体内雄激素特别是睾酮的水平迅速升高,促进皮脂腺发育并产生大量皮脂。同时毛囊皮脂腺导管的角化异常造成导管堵塞,皮脂排出障碍,形成角质栓即微粉刺。毛囊中多种微生物尤其是痤疮丙酸杆菌大量繁殖,痤疮丙酸杆菌产生的脂酶分解皮脂生成游离脂肪酸,同时趋化炎症细胞和介质,最终诱导并加重炎症反应。由此可见,痤疮丙酸杆菌大量繁殖是诱发青春痘并导致青春痘恶化的一个重要因素,因此,研究对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制作用是评价样品祛痘作用效果的重要方法之一。
(1)试验样品:实施例1所得的天然草本植物祛痘组合物、木芙蓉提取物、痤疮丙酸杆菌菌株3组(痤疮患者皮损处分离得到);
(2)试验方法:
①厌氧菌的培养、分离、鉴定:将在痤疮患者皮损处分离得到标本接种于THl0培养基中,用气袋法,置于厌氧罐内37℃培养72h,以美蓝作指示剂,钯粒为催化刺。
②厌氧菌的分离
挑取单个菌落,转2块平板,一块置于厌氧罐中,厌氧条件下37℃纯培养;另一块以37℃需氧培养;48h后观察结果。
③厌氧菌的鉴定
需氧培养下无细菌生长;
厌氧培养的平板上出现形态均一、灰白色、细小、直径约1.0mm凸起的圆形、边缘稍齐的菌落,将菌落作镜检,镜下可见紫色杆菌。微弯呈棒状或杆状,可一端钝圆,一端变细,着色不深,细胞为单个,可成对排列或排为“人”、“v”等形状。又经耐氧试验、触酶试验、吲哚试验、生化系列试验鉴定为痤疮丙酸杆菌。
④厌氧药敏试验
菌株接种:挑取以上培养的菌落中的1个菌落接种于LB平板培养基上,37℃需氧培养24h,将需氧培养24h痤疮丙酸杆菌用无菌生理盐水冲洗,冲洗液放入无菌试管中;采用麦氏比浊法比浊,比浊管用前需振摇12次,先比浊至3×108/mL,再用生理盐水稀释至106/mL备用。
LB平板培养基接种:将灭菌的棉棒蘸取菌液,于管壁上挤去多余菌液,在LB平板培养基上均匀涂布,并沿平皿边缘环扫一圈,盖好平 皿,干燥2min。将无菌钢杯(直径为6mm)轻放于平板培养基上,加满实施例1所得的天然草本植物祛痘组合物,放入37℃需氧培养24h,发现平皿内无细菌生长,继续37℃需氧培养24h后见有抑菌圈形成。测抑菌圈直径,将3组抑菌圈直径值取平均值。
试验结果:
以加入实施例1所得的天然草本祛痘组合物组为实验组,以加入木芙蓉提取物为对照组,中药抗菌药敏等级划分,参照相应抗生素标准”。抑菌环直径>20mm为高敏,10~20mm为中敏,<10mm为耐药,具体观察结果如表1所示。

功效评价:
从以上试验结果可以看出本发明的天然草本植物祛痘组合物及木芙蓉提取物皆具有抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌的作用,且天然草本祛痘组合物对痤疮丙酸杆菌具有高敏作用(抑菌圈直径>20mm);木芙蓉提取物组对痤疮丙酸杆菌具有中敏作用(抑菌圈直径在10~20mm间),由此可看出本发明天然草本植物祛痘组合物中木芙蓉通过与其他天然草本植物合用具有协同增效的作用。
上述表1中实施例和对比例制得的化妆品,分别经16-35岁长有青春痘的自愿者50名连续试用6个月后,结果如下:
自愿者颜面部有丘疹、红肿、皮肤油腻,毛孔粗大、炎症反应明显,、脓疱反复不断等症状。疗效标准参照中药新药治疗寻常痤疮的临床研究指导原则制订。1)基本痊愈:炎性皮疹全部消退,仅留色素沉着,无新皮疹;2)显效:炎性皮疹消退70%以上,新皮疹少于5个;3)有效:炎性皮疹消退30%-60%以上,新皮疹少于10个;4)无效:炎性皮疹消退不足29%或无明显变化,甚至加重者。
临床疗效结果如表2所示:

自愿者在试验过程中未见明显刺激反应,痊愈的自愿者中98%无痘痕残留,随访的6个月中,1例出现复发症状,重复使用本化妆品后痊愈。总有效率临床试验结果达98%。
从以上数据可以看出,本发明的中草药祛痘组合物对皮肤安全无刺激,其作为功能性添加物加入化妆品体系中不仅能起到祛痘、修复痘痕的 作用,同时疗效稳定,能够预防青春痘反复发作。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有祛痘功能的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,该化妆品组合物的活性成分由下述重量份配比的天然草木植物原料制备获得:玫瑰叶2-20、木芙蓉2-20、西葫芦2-20、石斛2-20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有祛痘功能的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的天然草本植物原料的重量份配比是:玫瑰叶2-10、木芙蓉2-10、西葫芦2-10、石斛2-10。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有祛痘功能的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,该化妆品组合物的活性成分是指从天然草本植物原料玫瑰叶、木芙蓉、西葫芦、石斛中通过混合提取,提取液经大孔树脂分离纯化制备得到的组合提取物,该活性成分中总黄酮含量在18%以上或芸香苷含量在20%以上或多糖含量在20%以上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有祛痘功能的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,该化妆品组合物的组成中,化妆品组合物的活性成分的百分数含量为0.1-10%,其余为化妆品外用剂型的常用基质以及去离子水或纯化水或蒸馏水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有祛痘功能的化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的化妆品外用剂型为祛痘洗面奶、祛痘霜或祛痘水。
