本发明涉及一种黑芝麻固体饮料及其制作方法,属于保健饮料技术领域。
背景技术
黑芝麻药食两用,具有“补肝肾,滋五脏,益精血,润肠燥”等保健功效,被视为滋补圣品;一方面是因为含有优质蛋白质和丰富的矿物质,另一方面是因为含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、维生素E和珍贵的芝麻素及黑色素,随着人民生活水平的提高,功能性食品越来越受到较高的重视,天然的健康型食品能够让大众更容易接受。
发明内容
为了更好的提供一种保健饮料,本发明的目的在于提供一种黑芝麻固体饮料及其制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
黑芝麻固体饮料,按重量份计,其组成原料的重量份为:黑芝麻粉30-40、花生粉10-15、桂枝4-6、黄芪2-4、败酱草1-3、龙葵4-6、柿蒂2-4、炒枳壳4-6、乌药6-8、制香附3-4、麦芽糊精0.2-0.5、破壁灵芝孢子粉3-4、蛋黄粉4-6、白砂糖15-20。
黑芝麻固体饮料,按重量份计,其组成原料的重量份为:黑芝麻粉35、花生粉12、桂枝5、黄芪3、败酱草2、龙葵5、柿蒂3、炒枳壳5、乌药7、制香附3、麦芽糊精0.3、破壁灵芝孢子粉3、蛋黄粉5、白砂糖18。
黑芝麻固体饮料的制作方法,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取桂枝、黄芪、败酱草、龙葵、柿蒂、炒枳壳、乌药、制香附,加入少量米酒、食用醋润湿均匀,放入蒸帘大火蒸制10-15分钟,捞出绞制成末,加5-8倍水煎煮30-40分钟,过滤分离,得滤液;
(2)按重量份称取黑芝麻粉、花生粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉、蛋黄粉,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入上述滤液及其他剩余组成原料,搅拌混合均匀,烘干、造粒即得。

黑芝麻固体饮料的制作方法,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取桂枝、黄芪、败酱草、龙葵、柿蒂、炒枳壳、乌药、制香附,加入少量米酒、食用醋润湿均匀,放入蒸帘大火蒸制10-15分钟,捞出绞制成末,加5-8倍水煎煮30-40分钟,过滤分离,得滤液;

2.根据权利要求1所述的黑芝麻固体饮料,其特征在于,按重量份计,其组成原料的重量份为:黑芝麻粉35、花生粉12、桂枝5、黄芪3、败酱草2、龙葵5、柿蒂3、炒枳壳5、乌药7、制香附3、麦芽糊精0.3、破壁灵芝孢子粉3、蛋黄粉5、白砂糖18。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的黑芝麻固体饮料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取桂枝、黄芪、败酱草、龙葵、柿蒂、炒枳壳、乌药、制香附,加入少量米酒、食用醋润湿均匀,放入蒸帘大火蒸制10-15分钟,捞出绞制成末,加5-8倍水煎煮30-40分钟,过滤分离,得滤液;
(2)按重量份称取黑芝麻粉、花生粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉、蛋黄粉,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入上述滤液及其他剩余组成原料,搅拌混合均匀,烘干、造粒即得。
