随着农业现代化进程的加快,农业机械的自动化和智能化要求越来越高。目前的高耐久性玉米综合处理装置要么结构复杂,要么脱粒效率不高,有的即使脱粒效率高,但是并不能对苞叶、玉米芯轴以及苞穗等副产品进行处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种高耐久性玉米综合处理装置。
具体通过如下技术手段实现:
一种高耐久性玉米综合处理装置,包括玉米粒脱除装置和副产品回收再利用装置。
所述玉米粒脱除装置包括外壳、进料装置、苞叶分离装置、脱粒装置、除杂装置以及控制装置。
所述副产品回收再利用装置包括破碎装置、压缩装置和副产品储存装置。
所述外壳竖直设置,采用低成本高强度热轧钢制成,所述低成本高强度热轧钢按质量百分比含量计为:C:0.06~0.09%,Si:0.2~0.5%,Mn:0.8~1.1%,Al:0.05~0.06%,Nb:0.02~0.05%,Ti:0.1~0.2%,Ca:0.001~0.002%,RE:0.010~0.016%,P<0.02%,S<0.01%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质;所述进料装置设置在外壳的上部,包括进料斗、横向设置的进料控制板以及进料控制板控制部件。

本发明的效果在于:
1,通过设置玉米粒脱除部件和副产品回收装置,从而达到既丰收了玉米又使得副产品回收再利用,达到现代农业对于环境友好的要求,并且通过二者的结合使得这样的过程在一个设备中即实现了,这并不是简单的组合,由于常规得到副产品后再回收处理,则会重新进行收集、分离、破碎过程,而在本发明的装置中通过不同步骤收集不同的副产品,最后破碎收集副产品,避免了重复劳动。
2,通过竖直设置的外壳,与顺序设置的进料装置、苞叶分离装置、脱粒装置、除杂装置配合使用,使得在重力下降的过程中,利用重力完成了分离、脱粒、废料收集等工作,使得玉米处理高效且结构简单。通过控制装置对各个部件统一控制,使得整个流程类似于生产线,各司其职但有配合有序。
3, 通过对外壳的材质进行合理选择和改进,使得在低成本的情况下,保证了高强度,从而保证了装置整体的耐久性,保证了使用安全。

具体工作过程为:

所述除杂装置设置在脱粒装置下部,包括鼓风机和杂料收集箱;
所述控制装置用于控制进料控制板的开合、苞叶切刀控制部件的工作、脱粒预紧部件中滚轮的滚动、玉米粒滤过板的倾斜、鼓风机风量和风速的调节;
所述破碎装置包括进料口、初步切碎部件、传送轴、深切部件、喷雾喷嘴和出料口;所述进料口与苞叶收集储存箱、玉米芯轴收集箱以及杂料收集箱的出口通过传送部件相连;所述出料口与压缩装置的入口相连接;
所述压缩装置用于将破碎之后的副产品压缩成块,然后送入到副产品储存装置中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐久性玉米综合处理装置,其特征在于,所述高耐久性玉米综合处理装置还包括玉米粒成品收集箱,所述玉米粒成品收集箱与所述外壳下端相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高耐久性玉米综合处理装置,其特征在于,所述杂料收集箱与鼓风机相对的方向设置宽入口,与鼓风机相背的方向设置出风口,所述出风口设置在水平位置高于宽入口的相对位置。
