本发明涉及烟道的钢结构穿墙密封技术领域,具体为一种承重梁穿烟道护板的密封结构,其既密封又不影响相对位移,能够适应温度变化,使用寿命长,其包括承重梁和烟道护板,所述承重梁穿过所述烟道护板,其特征在于,所述承重梁外侧与所述烟道护板之间留有间隙,所述承重梁外周面安装有密封板,对应所述密封板的外侧,所述烟道护板上安装有Y形叉,所述Y形叉的开口朝向所述密封板,所述Y形叉的开口与所述密封板之间设置有贴紧于所述密封板外侧周面的密封圈。

一种承重梁穿烟道护板的密封结构
技术领域
本发明涉及烟道的钢结构穿墙密封技术领域,具体为一种承重梁穿烟道护板的密封结构。
背景技术
在有烟道的钢结构设计中,经常会碰到烟道内有用于换热的受热面,需要支撑或吊于梁上,该梁再通过穿过烟道的护板把荷载传到钢架上。以前也有用过金属膨胀节密封的,但这种有金属疲劳问题,长时间会产生裂纹,特别对于经常温度变化的烟道来说,更容易快速受到破坏。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种承重梁穿烟道护板的密封结构,其既密封又不影响相对位移,能够适应温度变化,使用寿命长。
其技术方案是这样的:一种承重梁穿烟道护板的密封结构,其包括承重梁和烟道护板,所述承重梁穿过所述烟道护板,其特征在于,所述承重梁外侧与所述烟道护板之间留有间隙,所述承重梁外周面安装有密封板,对应所述密封板的外侧,所述烟道护板上安装有Y形叉,所述Y形叉的开口朝向所述密封板,所述Y形叉的开口与所述密封板之间设置有贴紧于所述密封板外侧周面的密封圈。
其进一步特征在于,所述Y形叉通过螺栓螺母与所述烟道护板固定连接;
所述Y形叉至少均匀布置有四个;
所述密封圈由保温绳围成。
采用本发明的结构后,承重梁外侧与烟道护板之间留有间隙,使得两者之间由相对位移,并且通过保温圈与密封板配合实现密封,Y形叉保证保温圈的固定,整体结构既密封又不影响相对位移,能够适应温度变化,提高了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2所示,一种承重梁穿烟道护板的密封结构,其包括承重梁6和烟道护板1,承重梁6穿过烟道护板1,承重梁6外侧与烟道护板1之间留有间隙,承重梁6外侧面安装有密封板5,对应密封板5的外侧,烟道护板1上安装有Y形叉2, Y形叉2的开口朝向密封板5,Y形叉2的开口与密封板5之间设置有贴紧于密封板5外侧周面的保温圈4,保温圈4由保温绳围成,结构简单,安装方便,成本低,一般承重梁6周围安装有四块密封板5后成为方形结构,Y形叉2也对应均匀设置有四个,为了进一步确保保温绳的稳定,可以适当增加Y形叉2的数量。Y形叉2通过螺栓螺母3与烟道护板固定连接,为了更加稳固,还可以对缝隙进行密封焊接。

1. 一种承重梁穿烟道护板的密封结构,其包括承重梁和烟道护板,所述承重梁穿过所述烟道护板,其特征在于,所述承重梁外侧与所述烟道护板之间留有间隙,所述承重梁外周面安装有密封板,对应所述密封板的外侧,所述烟道护板上安装有Y形叉,所述Y形叉的开口朝向所述密封板,所述Y形叉的开口与所述密封板之间设置有贴紧于所述密封板外侧周面的密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种承重梁穿烟道护板的密封结构,其特征在于,所述Y形叉通过螺栓螺母与所述烟道护板固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种承重梁穿烟道护板的密封结构,其特征在于,所述Y形叉至少均匀布置有四个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种承重梁穿烟道护板的密封结构,其特征在于,所述密封圈由保温绳围成。
