本发明属机械领域,本发明的目的是提供种新型柴油机凸轮轴结构,可在不影响发动机轮系结构的前提下,能承受较高的泵端压力并能保证凸轮轴、油泵凸轮的可靠性。它的设计技术方案是:凸轮轴包括油泵凸轮、凸轮轴正时齿轮支承轴部分、进气凸轮、排气凸轮部分,将油泵凸轮、凸轮轴做成一体,油泵凸轮、凸轮轴正时齿轮支承轴、凸轮轴安装轴承支承轴部分的直径依次减小,凸轮轴正时齿轮、轴承须从凸轮轴B端(机体飞轮侧)依次装在凸轮轴,凸轮轴支承端通过齿轮盖盖、机体支承,通过必要的定位方式完成轴向定位,完成凸轮轴功能。

本发明涉及一种柴油机凸轮轴结构发明专利结构,属机械领域。
背景技术
凸轮轴作为发动机运转是一个不可缺少的零件,是发动机正常工作的保证,为获得较好的燃油经济性及排放指标,随着电控泵在小型柴油机上的应用,发动机油泵的泵端压高压逐渐提高,对发机机的凸轮轴刚度新的要求。目前,国内的单缸大缸径的柴油机油泵凸轮同凸轮轴一体制作,受发动机的传动轮系结构影响,凸轮轴油泵端直接安装在机体上,其支承面较宽,导致柴油机机体宽,比质量参数较大,装配顺序为凸轮轴正时齿轮从凸轮轴A端通过其内孔装配在凸轮轴上,并采取适当的定位方式;要么小型柴油机的油泵凸轮与与凸轮轴分体制作,凸轮轴正时齿轮从凸轮轴A端通过其内孔装配在凸轮轴上,油泵凸轮也从凸轮轴A端装配在凸轮轴上,安装用键等其它方式固定,凸轮轴油泵端通过轴承安装在机体上,其支承面较窄,同时柴油机机体宽受发动机的传动轮系结构影响,凸轮轴的直径不易过大,但随喷油泵泵端压力的提高,其喷油泵凸轮须用较小的基圆以便喷油泵配套,但小的喷油泵基圆与凸轮轴联接,其喷油泵的泵端压力影响凸轮轴的可靠性,引起键、凸轮轴或喷油泵凸轮的变形,影响发动机的性能或直接引起发动机无法工作,故急需一种新型的小型柴油机凸轮轴结构发明专利结构,能在不影响发动机轮系结构的情况下,能承受较高的泵端压力并能保证凸轮轴、油泵凸轮等的可靠性。
因此设计一种柴油机凸轮轴结构发明专利结构,是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供种新型柴油机凸轮轴结构,可在不影响发动机轮系结构的前提下,将油泵凸轮、凸轮轴做成一体,能承受较高的泵端压力并能保证凸轮轴、油泵凸轮的可靠性。
技术方案是:凸轮轴(2)包括油泵凸轮(3)、凸轮轴正时齿轮支承轴部分(5)、进气凸轮(8)、排气凸轮(9)部分,凸轮轴正时齿轮(5)、轴承(6)从凸轮轴B端依次装在凸轮轴(2),凸轮轴支承端通过齿轮室盖(1)、机体(2)支承,通过必要的定位方式完成轴向定位,完成凸轮轴功能。
本发明是一种新的柴油机凸轮轴结构,在小型单缸柴油机上将油泵凸轮、凸轮轴做成一体,能够能在不影响发动机轮系结构的情况下,能承受较高的泵端压力并能保证凸轮轴、油泵凸轮等的可靠性。

具体实施方式
附图1中,凸轮轴(2)包括油泵凸轮(3)、凸轮轴正时齿轮支承轴部分(5)、进气凸轮(8)、排气凸轮(9)部分,凸轮轴正时齿轮(4)、轴承(6)须从凸轮轴B端依次装在凸轮轴(2),凸轮轴支承端通过齿轮室盖(1)、机体(2)支承,通过必要的定位方式完成轴向定位,供发动机工作使用,完成凸轮轴功能。
本发明是能在不影响发动机轮系结构的情况下,将油泵凸轮、凸轮轴正时齿轮支承轴、凸轮轴安装轴承支承轴部分的直径依次减小,油泵凸轮、凸轮轴做成一体,装配为凸轮轴正时齿轮、轴承从凸轮轴B端依次装在凸轮轴上,使之能承受较高的泵端压力并能保证凸轮轴、油泵凸轮等的可靠性。

1.一种柴油机凸轮轴结构发明专利,它主要齿轮室盖(1)、凸轮轴(2)、油泵凸轮(3)、凸轮轴正时齿轮(4)、凸轮轴正时齿轮支承轴部分(5)、轴承(6)、机体(7)、进气凸轮(8)、排气凸轮(9)组成。
2.如权利要求1所述要求, 凸轮轴(2)包括油泵凸轮(3)、凸轮轴正时齿轮支承轴部分(5)、进气凸轮(8)、排气凸轮(9),将油泵凸轮(3)、凸轮轴正时齿轮支承轴(5)、凸轮轴安装轴承支承轴部分的直径依次减小,凸轮轴正时齿轮(4)、轴承(6)须从凸轮轴B端依次装在凸轮轴(2),完成凸轮轴功能。
