发明内容

参照图2和图3,示出了具有保护成型件24的车辆22的一个实施例,保护成型件24沿车辆22的腰线纵向地延伸。如这里所用的,腰线总体指的是沿车辆22的侧部和后部恰好位于侧窗26和可伸缩顶部28下方的线。沿腰线定位的成型件24可以被分段且连接到车辆22的车身面板,包括侧面板30、后面板32和行李厢面板34。如下面更详细地示出和描述的,成型件24配置用于提供装饰和/或功能照明。虽然图2和3中示出为活顶车辆22,但应明白的是,这里所述的成型件24可以是沿非活顶车辆的腰线的类似形式,非活顶车辆是例如但不限于双门轿车、四门轿车、货车、运动型多用途车辆、厢式货车等。而且,应明白的是,根据本发明的原理也可以制造出存在于车辆22其他位置的保护成型件。
参考图4和5,根据一个实施例示出了成型件24的剖视图。成型件24包括安装到车辆22的车身面板(例如侧面板30和行李厢面板34)的覆盖板元件36以及通过任何常规方式固定到车身面板的安装元件38。覆盖板元件36可以由例如弹性体的柔性、弹性材料构造且包括远端40,远端40配置为与支架40接合,以使支架40设置在覆盖板元件36和车身面板之间。支架40可以设置为大体延伸成型件24的长度的光波导且被注塑成型(例如双射成型)到成型件24,由此实现在较低的成本将支架40与成型件24集成。
支架40的前部包括配置为响应于光激发而发光的外露部分42。外露部分42可以设置为带状或区段且包括应用于或以其它方式设置在其上或分散在其内的光致发光结构44。外露部分42相对于车身面板被定向为确保它能被位于车辆22外侧的人员看到。一个或多个光源46设置在支架40内且配置用于发射光以激发外露部分42。更具体地,从光源46发射的、到达外露部分42的光被光致发光结构44转换且重新发射具有不同波长、通常处于可见光谱内的光。光源46可以设置在柔性电路板48(例如铜柔性电路)上,柔性电路板48连接到支架40的后部。在这样的设置中,柔性电路板48可以与覆盖板元件36柔性地连接以容许成型件24的轮廓与车身面板相吻合。
参照图6,多个光源46a-j设置在柔性电路板48上。柔性电路板48卡合地接合或以其他方式固定到支架40。光源46a-j可以由车辆电源(例如车辆电池)供电且每个都配置用于朝向位于光源前方的外露部分42的部分发射非聚焦光。光源46a-j可以被分开以在光源46a-j同时被激活时使光分布在大体整个外露部分42,从而为外露部分42提供均匀的激发。此外,支架40未外露的壁以及柔性电路板48朝向外露部分42的表面可以配置为在支架40中内反射光,由此优化激发并且进而优化外露部分42可感知的发光。
在操作中,每个光源46a-j可以通过车辆22的电控模块来控制(例如车身控制模块)且自动或手动地选择性被激活。根据一个实施例,光源46a-j可以在不同的强度被激活(例如通过脉冲宽度调制或直流电流控制),从而控制外露部分42的发光亮度。例如,当车辆22怠速或行驶时可以一起激活光源46a-j以发射低强度的光,并且当应用车辆制动器时可以一起激活光源46a-j以发射较高强度的光。只要应用制动器,光源46a-j就可以继续发射高强度的光,引起外露部分42以相对于光源46a-j在低强度被激活时的更高亮度发光。支架40和柔性电路板48整体被连接到位于车辆22后部的成型件24,如图2所示的那样。而且,光源46a-j可以配置为蓝色LED并且外露部分42可以配置为响应于蓝色光的激发而以红色发光。以这种方式,成型件24可以发挥与已有的制动灯一致的制动灯的作用,已有的制动灯是例如尾灯和中央高位制动灯(CHMSL)。
根据另一实施例,支架40和柔性电路板48可以连接到外车门成型件。当车门打开时,光源46a-j可以同时被激活以使外露部分42发光(例如以白色),由此使车门对于迎面而来的车辆而言更明显。
根据另一实施例,光源46a-j可以共同被激活以间歇地发光,从而使外露部分42以闪烁模式发光。因此,如果支架40和柔性电路板48整体连接设置在位于车辆22侧部上的成型件24内,各成型件24可以作为转向信号。也就是,当车辆操作者移动转向信号杆以表明左转向时,激活与位于车辆22左侧的成型件相连的光源46a-j,从而使位于车辆22左侧的外露部分42以与左前照灯和/或尾灯的闪烁模式类似的模式发光。同样地,当车辆操作者移动转向信号杆以表明右转向时,激活与位于车辆22右侧的成型件24相连的光源46a-j,从而使位于车辆22右侧的外露部分42以与右前照灯和/或尾灯的闪烁模式类似的模式发光。此外,当车辆操作者激活危险报警开关时,可以一起激活车辆22每侧的光源46a-j,从而使车辆22每侧的外露部分42以与危险报警灯的闪烁模式类似的模式发光。关于当前所述的实施例,外露部分42可以配置为以与车辆22的前照灯的光束颜色配合的颜色发光,例如琥珀色或白色。
根据又一实施例,光源46a-j可以被激活以产生多种装饰效果。例如,光源46a-j可以相继地被激活,以光源46a开始,之后通过光源46b、光源46c等,并且以光源46j结束,由此使外露部分42整体上逐渐发光。光源46j一经被激活,就可以停用光源46a-j以使外露部分42的发光一起减弱或消除。之后,可以再次重复上述概括的启动顺序。此外或可选地,为了产生穿过外露部分42的移动的光的印象,可以依次激活和停用每个光源46a-j。仍另外或可选地,光源46a-j的一部分可以配置为发射第一波长的光且光源46a-j的另一部分可以配置为发射第二波长的光,第二波长不同于第一波长。以这种方式,外露部分42或外露部分42的部分可以配置为在光源46a-j的仅第一部分被激活时以第一颜色发光且在光源46a-j的仅第二部分被激活时以第二颜色发光。当光源46a-j的第一部分和第二部分一起被激活时,外露部分42以第三颜色发光,第三颜色由第一颜色和第二颜色的混合光组成。由于光源46a-j所获取的电流通常是低的,因此即使是在车辆22熄火时,光源46a-j也可以被激活或保持为激活以产生发光照明。一经特定的时间段流逝就可以停用光源46a-j,或如果车辆电源变低,则可以自动关闭光源46a-j。
相应地,这里有利地提供了成型件。成型件保持它的保护性能,同时提供具有功能和装饰特性的发光照明。
为了说明和限定本发明的教导的目的,应该注意的是,这里利用术语“大体上”和“约”来表示可归因于任何定量的比较、数值、测量或其他表示的固有不确定性程度。这里也利用术语“大体上”和“约”代表在不引起所述主题的基本功能的变化的情况下,定量表示可以从所述参考改变的程度。
应当理解的是,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,可以对上述结构做出变化和修改,并且进一步应当理解的是,这些构思旨在被下述权利要求覆盖,除非这些权利要求通过其文字另有明确表述。

Claims (20)

1.一种车辆成型件,包含:
覆盖板部分,所述覆盖板部分安装到所述车辆的车身面板;
支架,所述支架设置在所述覆盖板部分和所述车身面板之间,所述支架具有配置为响应于光激发而发光的外露部分;以及
至少一个光源,所述至少一个光源设置在所述支架内并且配置用于发射光以激发所述外露部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成型件,其中所述支架设置为光波导并且被注塑成型到所述成型件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的成型件,其中所述至少一个光源设置在可卡合地接合到所述支架的柔性电路上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的成型件,设置为沿所述车辆的腰线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的成型件,其中所述至少一个光源可操作为间歇地发射光,以使所述外露部分以闪烁模式发光。
6.根据权利要求1所述的成型件,其中所述至少一个光源可操作为以变化的强度发射光,以使所述外露部分以表明第一车辆状况的第一亮度和表明第二车辆状况的第二亮度发光。
7.根据权利要求1所述的成型件,包含设置在所述支架内的多个光源,其中所述外露部分配置为在所述多个光源的第一部分被激活时以第一颜色发光并且在所述多个光源的第二部分被激活时以第二颜色发光。
8.根据权利要求1所述的成型件,其中所述车身面板包含侧面板和包括行李厢面板的后部面板中的一个。
9.一种车辆成型件,包含:
部分地覆盖所述车辆的车身面板的覆盖板部分;
支架,所述支架设置在所述覆盖板部分和所述车身面板之间,所述支架具有配置为响应于光激发而发光的外露部分;以及
至少一个光源,所述至少一个光源配置用于发射光以激发所述外露部分并且设置在可卡合地接合到所述支架的柔性电路上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的成型件,其中所述支架设置为光波导并且被注塑成型到腰线成型件。
11.根据权利要求9所述的成型件,设置为沿所述车辆的腰线。
12.根据权利要求1所述的成型件,其中所述至少一个光源可操作为间歇地发射光,以使所述外露部分以闪烁模式发光。
13.根据权利要求9所述的成型件,其中所述至少一个光源可操作为以变化的强度发射光,以使所述外露部分以表明第一车辆状况的第一亮度和表明第二车辆状况的第二亮度发光。
14.根据权利要求9所述的成型件,包含设置在所述支架内的多个光源,其中所述外露部分配置为在所述多个光源的第一部分被激活时以第一颜色发光并且在所述多个光源的第二部分被激活时以第二颜色发光。
15.一种车辆成型件,包含:
部分地覆盖所述车辆的车身面板的覆盖板部分;
支架,所述支架注塑成型到所述覆盖板部分并且设置在所述覆盖板部分和所述车身面板之间,所述支架具有配置为响应于光激发而发光的外露部分;以及
至少一个光源,所述至少一个光源配置用于发射光以激发所述外露部分并且设置在可卡合地接合到所述支架的柔性电路上。
16.根据权利要求15所述的成型件,其中所述至少一个光源配置用于发射蓝色光。
17.根据权利要求15所述的成型件,设置为沿所述车辆的腰线。
18.根据权利要求15所述的成型件,其中所述至少一个光源可操作为间歇地发射光,以使所述外露部分以闪烁模式发光。
19.根据权利要求15所述的成型件,其中所述至少一个光源可操作为以变化的强度发射光,以使所述外露部分以表明第一车辆状况的第一亮度和表明第二车辆状况的第二亮度发光。
20.根据权利要求15所述的成型件,包含多个光源,所述多个光源设置在所述支架内,其中所述外露部分配置为在所述多个光源的第一部分被激活时以第一颜色发光并且在所述多个光源的第二部分被激活时以第二颜色发光。
