Abstract

本发明涉及一种鱼骨的自动切料装置,包括:切刀,切刀的切刀轴安装在轴承座内,该轴承座通过螺栓固定在工作台上,切刀的切刀盘位于工作台的下面;切刀盘的上部安装上底板,下部安装下底板,上底板处加工鱼骨下料孔,该鱼骨下料孔的上面安装送料管。鱼骨切料时,外动力通过齿轮使切刀旋转,鱼骨从送料管处通过上底板的鱼骨下料孔往下到达切刀的切刀槽处,鱼骨被锋利的刀刃切割,切削后鱼骨的长度与切刀盘的厚度一致,切削好的鱼骨随着切刀继续转动,到达下底板的空位处,切削好的鱼骨通过气嘴的辅助吹气掉下,切料完成。本发明的有益效果为:可实现鱼骨的快速切削,同时切削精度高,操作人员无需与刀直接接触,安全性大大提高。

一种鱼骨的自动切料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及加工装置,尤其涉及一种鱼骨的自动切料装置。
背景技术
现在国内有许多的鱼的加工企业,加工以后有许多剩下的鱼骨,如鮟鱇鱼的鱼骨,而现在在鮟鱇鱼的加工过程中都是用机械设备来处理鱼,剩下的鱼骨基本上都是规格接近的,只不过根据鱼的大小,鱼骨的长度不一致而已,而鱼骨的截面形状基本都是一样的,现很多的鱼类加工厂都想把剩余的鱼骨废物利用,比如做成五香鱼骨等,这里就需要一套装置来快速,卫生的切断鱼骨,以提高经济效益,为使鱼骨更容易包装及食用,一般鱼骨的长度控制在12mm左右,现国内的鱼骨切料基本都采用人工或半自动的切料,自动化程度不高,劳动成本较大。
本发明提及的一种鱼骨的自动切料装置通过不停转动的切刀与送料管内鱼刺的不停送料相结合,能做到不停顿的切料,操作安全,切料速度快。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种可实现鱼骨快速,精确切断的鱼骨的自动切料装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种鱼骨的自动切料装置,包括:
切刀,所述切刀的上部为切刀轴,所述切刀轴的下面固定连接切刀盘;
所述切刀轴通过传动机构进行固定,所述传动机构包括轴承,所述轴承安装在轴承座内;所述切刀轴的上部通过键连接齿轮,所述齿轮作为动力齿轮带动切刀转动;
上底板及下底板,所述上底板安装在所述切刀盘上面,所述下底板安装在所述切刀盘下面,所述上底板及下底板通过螺栓固定在工作台的底面,所述螺栓穿过所述下底板上的沉孔及所述上底板上的通孔;
送料管,所述送料管安装在所述工作台的上面,所述送料管的中心线与切刀的切刀槽中心运动轨迹垂直;
所述切刀槽的形状为腰子槽状,所述切刀槽的一端加工刀刃所述刀刃的下面为过渡段;
所述切刀槽的一端加工刀刃所述刀刃的下面为过渡段;
作为本发明进一步改进,所述下底板的形状为一个扇形圆盘,所述扇形圆盘的圆心角大于180°。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述轴承为两只,轴承之间安装隔圈。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述轴承座的上部通过螺栓固定压板,所述压板的中心内孔处安装密封圈。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述上底板处加工鱼骨下料孔,所述鱼骨下料孔的中心与所述送料管的中心线重合。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述固定上底板及下底板的螺栓中间套定位套,所述定位套的长度与所述切刀盘的厚度一致。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述扇形圆盘的下面安装气嘴。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过不停转动的切刀与送料管内鱼刺的不停送料相结合,能做到不停顿的切料,切料速度快。
2、利用切刀的特殊设计,使鱼骨快速,精准切断。
3、该装置结构简单,运营可靠,生产效率高,同时操作人员无需与刀直接接触,安全性大大提高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例所述的一种鱼骨的自动切料装置,包括:切刀5,切刀轴51通过传动机构3进行固定,上底板6及下底板7,上底板6安装在切刀盘52上面,下底板7安装在切刀盘52下面,上底板6及下底板7通过螺栓固定在工作台1的底面,螺栓穿过下底板7上的沉孔72及上底板6上的通孔61;送料管2安装在工作台1的上面,送料管2的中心线与切刀的切刀槽53中心运动轨迹垂直。上底板6处加工鱼骨下料孔62,鱼骨下料孔62的中心与送料管2的中心线重合。固定上底板6及下底板7的螺栓中间套定位套15,定位套15的长度与所述切刀盘52的厚度一致,使切刀盘可以自由转动。扇形圆盘71的下面安装气嘴14,使切下的鱼骨全部掉下。
如图2所示,所述传动机构3包括轴承13,轴承13安装在轴承座11内,轴承13为两只,轴承之间安装隔圈12,保证切刀轴51两点定位。轴承座11的上部通过螺栓固定压板9,压板9的中心内孔处安装密封圈10,使装置卫生,整洁。切刀轴51的上部通过键8连接齿轮4,齿轮4作为动力齿轮带动切刀5转动。
如图3-5所示,所述切刀5上部为切刀轴51,切刀轴51的下面固定连接切刀盘52,切刀盘52的圆周方向加工切刀槽53,切刀槽一般为6个或8个,切刀槽53的形状为腰子槽状,切刀槽53的一端加工刀刃54,刀刃54的下面为过渡段55。
如图6所示,为部件上底板的剖视图,上底板6处加工鱼骨下料孔62。
如图7所示,下底板7的形状为一个扇形圆盘71,扇形圆盘71的圆心角大于180°。
通过不停转动的切刀与送料管内鱼刺的不停送料相结合,能做到不停顿的切料,切料速度快。利用切刀的特殊设计,使鱼骨快速,精准切断。该装置结构简单,运营可靠,生产效率高,同时操作人员无需与刀直接接触,安全性大大提高。
具体使用时:齿轮带动切刀旋转,将鱼骨从送料管的上端放入,鱼骨经过上底板的鱼骨下料孔,当旋转的切刀的切刀槽前部刚与下料孔重合时,鱼骨通过重力及操作人员的往下作用力,使鱼骨的下面部分进入到切刀槽内,鱼骨的下部碰到下底板的上表面,鱼骨保持不动,鱼骨进入的长度与切刀的厚度保持一致,旋转的切刀在转动中使切刀槽的后部的刀刃对鱼骨进行切屑,被切断的鱼骨通过过渡段,被夹在上底板与下底板之间的切刀槽内,被切刀带着转动,当运动到下底板的空位位置时,通过重力及气嘴吹出的压力气体作用掉下,进入到下一个加工环节。

1.一种鱼骨的自动切料装置,其特征在于,包括:
切刀(5),所述切刀(5)的上部为切刀轴(51),所述切刀轴(51)的下面固定连接切刀盘(52);
所述切刀轴(51)通过传动机构(3)进行固定,所述传动机构(3)包括轴承(13),所述轴承(13)安装在轴承座(11)内;所述切刀轴(51)的上部通过键(8)连接齿轮(4),所述齿轮(4)作为动力齿轮带动切刀(5)转动;
上底板(6)及下底板(7),所述上底板(6)安装在所述切刀盘(52)上面,所述下底板(7)安装在所述切刀盘(52)下面,所述上底板(6)及下底板(7)通过螺栓固定在工作台(1)的底面,所述螺栓穿过所述下底板(7)上的沉孔(72)及所述上底板(6)上的通孔(61);
送料管(2),所述送料管(2)安装在所述工作台(1)的上面,所述送料管(2)的中心线与切刀的切刀槽(53)中心运动轨迹垂直;
所述切刀盘(52)的圆周方向加工切刀槽(53),所述切刀槽(53)的形状为腰子槽状;
所述切刀槽(53)的一端加工刀刃(54),所述刀刃(54)的下面为过渡段(55);
所述下底板(7)的形状为一个扇形圆盘(71),所述扇形圆盘(71)的圆心角大于180°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼骨的自动切料装置,其特征在于:所述轴承(13)为两只,轴承之间安装隔圈(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼骨的自动切料装置,其特征在于:所述轴承座(11)的上部通过螺栓固定压板(9),所述压板(9)的中心内孔处安装密封圈(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼骨的自动切料装置,其特征在于:所述上底板(6)处加工鱼骨下料孔(62),所述鱼骨下料孔(62)的中心与所述送料管(2)的中心线重合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼骨的自动切料装置,其特征在于:所述固定上底板(6)及下底板(7)的螺栓中间套定位套(15),所述定位套(15)的长度与所述切刀盘(52)的厚度一致。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼骨的自动切料装置,其特征在于:所述扇形圆盘(71)的下面安装气嘴(14)。
