Abstract

本发明公开了一种节能型钢带式还原炉,包括装料系统、钢带传动系统、保护气体系统、纠偏机械系统、炉膛加热系统、自动控制系统;炉膛加热系统包括支架、炉壳、炉墙砌体、蓄热板、马弗管、炉顶;炉壳由支架支撑;炉顶、炉墙砌体设置在炉壳内壁内,炉顶盖合在炉墙砌体上部围成中空炉膛;蓄热板平置在中空炉膛中,马弗管支承在蓄热板上;炉膛加热系统全长上设有五个加热区,每个加热区设有燃气喷嘴、温度热电偶;燃气喷嘴设置在炉膛加热系统炉膛一侧,贯穿炉壳、炉墙砌体,外接进气管路;温度热电偶设置在炉膛另一侧炉墙砌体上,与自动控制系统电性连接;进一步改进之处在于:进气管路中设有电磁阀。本发明能耗低、控温精度高、炉温均匀性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉末冶金工业的技术装备,尤其涉及一种节能型还原炉。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,资源逐渐消耗,节能减排已然成为实现可持续发展的必由之路。铁粉属于粉末冶金的基础原料,其质量对粉末冶金制品有着至关重要的影响。还原工序是铁粉生产过程中必不可少的工序,铁粉经还原工序处理后消除之前加工带来的残余硬化应力,降低粉末的氧、碳、硫等杂含量。钢带式还原炉是现有生产设备中最先进设备,其核心技术主要体现在加热结构和炉膛温度控制上,炉膛温度的不均匀性会造成内置铁粉受热不均匀,影响铁粉还原质量,炉膛结构特点关系到还原炉的热效率利用,传统的还原炉加热炉膛温度监控不够精确,控温精度低,热量分布不均、单位产能耗能高和热效率低、温度均匀性差,产品结构有待提高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种控温精度高、炉温均匀性好、能耗低的节能型钢带式还原炉。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
节能型钢带式还原炉,包括装料系统、钢带传动系统、保护气体系统、纠偏机械系统、炉膛加热系统、自动控制系统;所述炉膛加热系统包括支架、炉壳、炉墙砌体、蓄热板、马弗管、炉顶;所述炉壳为用金属板料制成的卧置矩形箱体,炉壳由支架支撑;所述炉顶、炉墙砌体设置在炉壳内壁内,炉顶盖合在炉墙砌体上部,围成中空炉膛;所述蓄热板平置在中空炉膛中,马弗管支承在蓄热板上;其改进之处在于:所述炉膛加热系统全长上设有五个加热区,每个加热区设有燃气喷嘴、温度热电偶;所述燃气喷嘴设置在炉膛加热系统炉膛一侧,贯穿炉壳、炉墙砌体,外接进气管路;所述温度热电偶设置在炉膛另一侧的炉墙砌体上,与自动控制系统电性连接。
上述结构中,所述进气管路中设有电磁阀,电磁阀与自动控制系统电性连接。
上述结构中,所述炉墙砌体为四层结构,为从炉壳内壁依次向内垒砌的隔热层、外炉壁、中间壁、内炉壁。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1. 将炉膛加热系统分为五个加热区,每个加热区设有燃气喷嘴和温度热电偶,独立控温,确保炉温的均匀性、准确性,炉膛内升温快、控温精度高、温度均匀可靠;燃气从位于炉膛侧面的喷嘴中喷出燃烧,火焰撞击对面形成对流,大幅度提高热效率和温度均匀性。
2. 通过自动控制系统向电磁阀发出信号,精确控制燃气的输入量和输入速度,燃气经喷嘴喷射后燃烧充分,热效率高,能耗低,炉膛中温差小,置放在蓄热板上的马弗管受热辐射均匀,铁粉还原质量一致性好。
3. 本发明独特的四层炉壁炉膛设计,使炉膛的热量散失小,热效率高。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示节能型钢带式还原炉,包括装料系统、钢带传动系统、保护气体系统、纠偏机械系统、炉膛加热系统1、自动控制系统2;炉膛加热系统1包括支架1.1、炉壳1.2、炉墙砌体1.3、蓄热板1.5、马弗管1.6、炉顶1.8;炉壳1.2为用金属板料制成的卧置矩形箱体,炉壳1.2由支架1.1支撑;炉顶1.8、炉墙砌体1.3设置在炉壳1.2内壁内,炉顶1.8盖合在炉墙砌体1.3上部,围成中空炉膛;蓄热板1.5平置在中空炉膛中,马弗管1.6支承在蓄热板1.5上;炉膛加热系统1全长上设有五个加热区1.9,每个加热区设有燃气喷嘴1.9.1、温度热电偶1.9.2;燃气喷嘴1.9.1设置在炉膛加热系统1炉膛一侧,贯穿炉壳1.2、炉墙砌体1.3,外接进气管路1.9.3,进气管路1.9.3中设有电磁阀1.9.3.1,电磁阀1.9.3.1与自动控制系统2电性连接;温度热电偶1.9.2设置在炉膛另一侧的炉墙砌体1.3上,与自动控制系统2电性连接。
炉墙砌体1.3为四层结构,为从炉壳1.2内壁依次向内垒砌的隔热层1.3.1、外炉壁1.3.2、中间壁1.3.3、内炉壁1.3.4。

1.一种节能型钢带式还原炉,包括装料系统、钢带传动系统、保护气体系统、纠偏机械系统、炉膛加热系统(1)、自动控制系统(2);所述炉膛加热系统(1)包括支架(1.1)、炉壳(1.2)、炉墙砌体(1.3)、蓄热板(1.5)、马弗管(1.6)、炉顶(1.8);所述炉壳(1.2)为用金属板料制成的卧置矩形箱体,炉壳(1.2)由支架(1.1)支撑;所述炉顶(1.8)、炉墙砌体(1.3)设置在炉壳(1.2)内壁内,炉顶(1.8)盖合在炉墙砌体(1.3)上部,围成中空炉膛;所述蓄热板(1.5)平置在中空炉膛中,马弗管(1.6)支承在蓄热板(1.5)上;其特征在于:所述炉膛加热系统(1)全长上设有五个加热区(1.9),每个加热区设有燃气喷嘴(1.9.1)、温度热电偶(1.9.2);所述燃气喷嘴(1.9.1)设置在炉膛加热系统(1)炉膛一侧,贯穿炉壳(1.2)、炉墙砌体(1.3),外接进气管路(1.9.3);所述温度热电偶(1.9.2)设置在炉膛另一侧的炉墙砌体(1.3)上,与自动控制系统(2)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能型钢带式还原炉,其特征在于:所述进气管路(1.9.3)中设有电磁阀(1.9.3.1),电磁阀(1.9.3.1)与自动控制系统(2)电性连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能型钢带式还原炉,其特征在于:所述炉墙砌体(1.3)为四层结构,为从炉壳(1.2)内壁依次向内垒砌的隔热层(1.3.1)、外炉壁(1.3.2)、中间壁(1.3.3)、内炉壁(1.3.4)。
