技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动三轮车,确切的说是一种设有可整体倾斜行驶的倒三轮电动车。
背景技术
三轮车是一种体积小、重量轻、转向灵活的小型客运车,一般正三轮多见,即前轮一个后轮两个。所谓倒三轮则是前轮两个后轮一只,目前生产销售的倒三轮,其转向大都延用传统的转向机构,即左右转向轮分别单独设置,整体性能差,如遇高凹不平路面时,左右前轮分别单独倾斜,增加了车身的摇晃侧翻感和抖动频率,使车辆的行驶稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是克服上述缺陷,提供一种可整体倾斜行驶的倒三轮机动车,以增加车辆的整体性能,确保行驶安全。
本发明的方案包括车架、前支架、前横梁、平衡杆、控制销及电机,其结构特点是在车架的前端设有前横梁,前横梁的上端设有前支架,前支架的上中部设有中支架,中支架的下端设有连接支架,连接支架的后侧设有平衡杆,平衡杆由轴销活动的安装在连接支架上。中支架的后端设有控制套管,控制套管分别焊接固定在前支架后侧的中上端。前横梁的左右两侧分别设有左右两个下悬挂臂,下悬挂臂的上端设有左右两个上悬挂臂,下悬挂臂的上端分别设有左右两个下连接吊耳,平衡杆的下端分别设有左右两个上连接吊耳,左右两个上连接吊耳上分别装有左右两个减震器,左右两个减震器的下端分别安装固定在左右两个下连接吊耳上。前支架的左上端设有电机,电机的右端主轴上设有电机皮带轮,电机皮带轮的右端设有传动轴,传动轴的左端连接安装在电机皮带轮的中心轴上,传动轴的右端设有传动轮,电机皮带轮与传动轮上设有牵引绳,牵引绳的下端分别连接在控制套管上端的控制销杆上。也可将牵引绳系在控制套管上端的控制销杆上,采用手动操作控制平衡杆控制销杆的升降。
本发明结构简单,加工生产方便,操作使用安全。

具体实施方式
图1-2中示出的车架的前端设有前横梁19,前横梁的上端设有前支架4,前支架的上中部设有中支架7,中支架的下端设有连接支架13,连接支架的后侧设有平衡杆6,平衡杆由轴销活动的安装在连接支架上。中支架的后端设有控制套管12,控制套管分别焊接固定在前支架后侧的中上端。前横梁的左右两侧分别设有左右两个下悬挂臂18,下悬挂臂的上端设有左右两个上悬挂臂2,下悬挂臂的上端分别设有左右两个下连接吊耳17,平衡杆的下端设有左右两个上连接吊耳15,左右两个上连接吊耳上分别装有左右两个减震器3,减震器上装有减震弹簧5,左右两个减震器的下端分别安装固定在左右两个下连接吊耳上。前支架的左上端设有电机8,电机的右端主轴上设有电机皮带轮21,电机皮带轮的右端设有传动轴9,传动轴的左端连接安装在电机皮带轮的中心轴上,传动轴的右端设有传动轮11,电机皮带轮与传动轮上设有牵引绳22,牵引绳的下端分别连接在控制套管上端的控制销杆上。前支架的中部设有转向杆10,悬挂架的左端设有左前轮1,悬挂架的右端设有右前轮16。
图2示出的控制套管12内设有控制销杆14,控制销杆上装有回位弹簧20,控制销杆的上端设有电机皮带轮21,电机皮带轮上装有牵引绳22,牵引绳的下端分别连接在控制套管上端的控制销杆上。驾驶座前侧的仪表盘上设有电机倒顺开关。
起动电机,电机顺时针旋转时,电机驱动电机皮带轮并带动传动轮旋转卷动牵引绳向上拉出控制销杆可实现车身的摇摆和左右倾斜,按下倒转开关,电机反时针旋转,两皮带轮松开牵引绳,控制销杆在回位弹簧的作用下,向下卡住平衡杆,即可使整个车身锁为一体,实现整车稳定。
