Abstract

本发明属于稀有金属冶炼领域,具体涉及制作电容器用的一种钽粉及其制造方法和由其制成的烧结阳极,其初始粉末的BET为3.0‑4.5m2/g,二次团化颗粒粒度大,FSSS粒径为1.2‑3.0μm,以标准筛筛目度量75%大于325目,粒度分布D50值为60μm以上,其二次粒度大,用这种钽粉在1200℃烧结20分钟再用20V赋能获得的电容器的比电容量在140000到180000μFV/g,残余电流小于1.0nA/μFV。本发明同时提供了一种经济制造该钽粉的方法。
